I know I haven't updated much around here. I keep forgetting to is the problem. This wasn't too hard to do over the summer, but during school, eh...I don't think about it.
I have not quit here, just so you know! I just haven't had the time yet. Once winter break comes, I should probably upload something.

Oh and I realize I haven't been too active here. The thing is, I've been busy as hell this year and it's really hard to balance two art sites and another website I go to. I'll try and be a little more active here over winter break though.

Anyway, I go back to college tomorrow and well, the reason I haven't been super active here is I'm trying to cut back the amount of time I spend online. The main reason is because this school year is important. I'm almost done with my general ed classes and then I need to take classes for my major. I intend to graduate from my community college the following spring with an AA degree in Special Education. So I need to really start focusing on my schoolwork. I should still be around on Fridays and weekends though . I MAY even be able to fit a few minutes during my four day week. (Yep! That's right.XD I gots Fridays off this time!8D)

Oh God: Birthday 2 Months Away
Posted 16 years agoYeah, I'm kinda dreading this birthday that's two months away. Well, a little over 2 months anyway.
Yep. I turn 20. I know I said this before, but....the prospect of turning 20 still sorta scares me. I liked being a teenager! Except for the acne issue, lmao.XD
Oh by the way! In other news, I've decided to host a contest here! I think only a few people might know a bit more about this when I did this on DA as well, but here it is:
The contest is to draw Crunchinator Bandicoot, Crunch Bandicoot (or CTTR Crunch for those who really want to.XD), Pinstripe and Dingodile in their boxers! (If Dingodile and Pinstripe are too hard for some of you to draw, you may draw a different character, preferably a maroon bandicoot if you have any, but if not, you can use a different character of yours.) And I'd prefer it if the work were not mature rated or adult rated. Obviously, this is FA so adult work is allowed, but just for this contest, I'd prefer if those were kept to a minimum.
Winners get the following: A free art trade, a story and I will feature them in a journal about my best friends. (The winners are those who end up in the top 3.) All those who participate will get a free story with a character of theirs in it.
So that being said, this is the end of my journal now! Oh and by the way! This next year at my community college, I get Fridays off!8D

Posted 16 years agoTime for an update! First off...meh. Being visually impaired and all...really gets ya down sometimes. I'm feeling that way sometimes, although I try not to show it, although that's not working too well. But it's nothing to be seriously worried about. Just talking to my buddies here and stuff will help me.
What I'm really nervous about though....is the fact that I'm about to exit the realm of adolescence. That's right. In almost 4 months exactly, I'll be 20. Which means I won't be a kid anymore or a teenager. I'll be a man. (NO SNIDE REMARKS.XD) I dunno what to make of that. It feels weird, ya know? It seems we're all growing up too fast.=/

Posted 16 years agoI found out a while ago that an 11th grader at my old high school was killed by a train. It's believed it was a suicide thing. Then I found out a 12th grader was also killed by a train and she went to the same school. I didn't know them or anything, but....I'm starting to feel pretty upset.
And as of late, I've been feeling down, not just because of those deaths, but because I'm getting fucking sick and tired of having to be visually impaired for the rest of my life. I'm legally BLIND. It sucks! No driver's license, I can't join the army (I guess you could also see that as a good thing.) and well...I have a feeling the next few math classes I take at my community college are going to be ridiculously difficult!
God. I'm not depressed though! Just a little...sad. I could use a hug.

Well, first off, I feel like I might've done something to my knee a while back, as it hurts a lot. But here's where it gets odd. It only hurts when I sit down.O_o So there is a possibility I may need a knee brace, but we'll see.
Other than that, things are good. I do have a picture of me in a tux I wanna consider posting, but I need to find it first.
And then I think soon, I'm going to do a journal and talk about some of my awesome friends here. You all know who you are, of course, but I need to feature you guys.=P

Posted 16 years agoWell, my friend in that crash is going to be just fine.:) So I'm no longer worried about that. I still feel bad he got injured, but he's going to heal.
Anyway, I had my wisdom teeth pulled today. NOT FUN. Well, actually, the nurse made it a lot more pleasant. She knew exactly where to stick the IV, so I barely felt it. And then I was soon out of it and I couldn't feel anything. My mouth is a bit sore now and I'm a bit dizzy, but other than that...I feel fantastic! In a sense, my spring break isn't a total waste after all!

Airplanes=FAIL at times
Posted 16 years agoThat's the lesson I learned today at this aviation museum. It was almost my turn to go on a short flight and then we got word that there was a plane crash so all flights were stopped.
Turns out a friend of mine was involved.D: Luckily, the plane hadn't gotten very high off the ground and it landed in a soft marsh, so nobody was killed.
But still....now I'm a bit more afraid of planes because of this. Not to mention I was pissed off because I wasn't able to fly today. But later, we found a flight simulator and that was almost as good.
I just wish that plane crash hadn't happened.>__> Thanks to it, my friend's in the hospital.

Posted 17 years agoBy the title, you guys can probably guess I am really, REALLY pissed off at California right now!
Proposition 8, which eliminates same sex marriage in California, has been passed! And why am I mad? I have friends who are gay and they don't deserve to not be allowed to marry!
If I ever meet those fuckers who voted yes on Prop 8, I'm going to give them a LONG talking to. Gays had rights to marry in California for 6 months and now it just gets taken away!
*growls.* I fucking HATE California right now.
Edit: RRRRRRRGH! And now on deviantART, I have just witnessed furry bashing! And now I am BEYOND pissed! I am FUMING!
As if today hadn't started off bad enough! Now it ends with more prejudice!

Birthday Coming!

Either way, I'm excited and terrified at the same time!=P On the upside, I'll be the same age as a few of my best pals on DA (You all know who you are.XD). Unfortunately, it also means I'm approaching 20.D> NOES!!!!
Ah well.XD Oh! And I'm open for art trades if anyone's interested! Only my half is text. My drawing skills....suck.XD Period. I can't draw bandicoots or any animal. All I draw are stick figures.XD
