It will once again be my fulltime job!

What is average turn around time for completion?
Average time for a suit is around 2 months (or more). It May take longer depending on character complexity, and how far you are in my queue. (note, I do NOT do deadlines!)
What should I have for a suit commission?
- A reference sheet of your character! (I cannot take commissions without one!)
- A traced outline of your hand (if you're getting paws)
- Shoes for me to build onto (if you're getting feet). If you do NOT have shoes, you will be charged a bit extra!
How often are commissions open?
Tail and Paw commissions are usually always open, but as for fursuit business- only after a batch is finished!
What sorts of fur are available?
I order from fabric.com and also from local fabric stores! (if need be, I can order from Distinctive Fabrics for colors fabric.com doesn't have, or from Mendels (for an extra fee, as shipping is very expensive there!) )
Do you use/require duct tape dummies?
This question will NOT be answered yet! I do not do fullsuits at this time!
What forms of payment are acceptable?
PayPal is the only form of payment I take currently!
Can other items besides the suit be made?
This is done on a case-by-case bases. Contact me for a better answer of what you have in mind!

Upon Commission, You Are Agreeing To ALL Of These Terms!
- Once you have contact me and I send confirmation, down payment must be paid in full up front in USD. (Down-Payments are usually about 30%)
- A down payment is required, and once received, reserves you a slot in the queue! (Down-Payments are non-refundable!)
- The only accepted form of payment currently is through Paypal.
- Once I have started or completed your commission, you will NOT receive a full refund. (Depending on how much is done, you may be reimbursed.)
- I will do business with anyone; (under 18), but please have your parent or legal guardian contact me if you are under 16!
- I do not work with copyrighted characters unless the copyright belongs to you!
- Quotes are only valid for 90 Days! If you're still interested after the 90 days you'll need another quote!
- Items and shipping cost must be paid for in full before you receive your suit!
- All costumes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested by the commissioner. I ship within the US as well as Internationally.
- International customers will be required to pay shipping and are responsible for any taxes incurred!
- I currently do not give direct dates of completion (no dead-lines!), however you can request a rough estimate at any time!
- All costumes have a 30 day warranty, any damage caused in this time will be repaired free of charge! (Except shipping charges!) Any repairs after this time will cost a small fee.
- Any damage caused by abuse, neglect or misuse will not be covered by the warranty but can be repaired at a cost.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to Crystal-Creatures in times of needed repair.
- Repeat customers are subject to a discount, but you will have to contact me directly to en-quire about it.
- I DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS. (sorry!)
- Payment plans are widely accepted and I am more than willing to work with you on a schedule that is comfortable for you!
- In the event that a commission is canceled, the entire amount paid will be refunded in full. (Except for the down-payment if it has already been paid!)
- IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CATS, PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME. We do have two cats currently, and work is not always out of their reach!
Upon contacting me, you forfeit any claims of not having read my terms.
