IMPORTANT STREAM UPDATE 11/2020 - 12/2020

Due to Thanksgiving and spending time with family, I will be working offline for the rest of this week — Picarto willing, STREAM WILL RESUME MONDAY 11/30

I will also be starting training for my upcoming employment on 12/4/20 so my stream schedule as a whole will be changing as well

Due to complex details or themes in certain commissions and characters(i.e. wings, complex markings, armor, etc) there may be additional charges.

I typically run specials in stream and I do occasional PWYW commissions! These PWYW commissions will be available ONLY IN STREAM -- keep your eyes peeled ;3



If I'm doing a PWYW stream, the quality of the picture is dependent on the size of your donation. Payment is required up front. Please notify me in chat when you have sent payment so I can get started ASAP!

If I'm having a PWYW stream, PLEASE WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION OF YOUR SPOT BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT.

I only have a certain amount of time to stream usually, and I respectfully request that you ask me for a slot first to avoid time restraints from preventing commission completion.



I do not offer refunds, and I will not redraw your picture if you do not notify me that there is a problem BEFORE CONFIRMING THE SKETCH, so please check in frequently when I am drawing your piece. You are allowed to commission without being present for the full stream, but in doing so you may not be able to offer criticism if needed. I highly encourage attendance in stream to make sure your image is everything you want it to be!



Revisions can be made at any time BEFORE the sketch is confirmed. If you see something wrong at any point, please tell me as soon as possible so I can fix it! I will make sure to pause before moving on to confirm everything looks good!



I DO NOT MAKE LARGE CHANGES TO SKETCHES WITHOUT COMPENSATION IF THE ERRORS ARE A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE COMMISSIONER.

You MAY NOT post my art on any site without credit to me.



When we get down to ownership specifics, the art belongs to me as the artist and the characters and ideas therein belong to you as the commissioner. This means that while you might own the characters and concepts/ideas in a picture I've drawn, I own the image itself. 



Remember that you can post my art wherever and whenever you want, as long as you credit me. :3

Unfotrunately, I have found myself with a need for a blacklist of people with whom I will no longer do any kind of business, big or small. However, I feel that this journal would be terribly sad without a silver lining. So I will also include a list of people who are awesome and more than welcome to request art from me.
