Broken Tablet Update
General | Posted 8 years agoOkay, so everyone that asked for a free sketch WILL receive one.... but my tablet is broken that I draw with.... I was so excited to start drawing everyone's characters but now I can only draw traditional art until I save up for another tablet. I might start doing badge commissions to save up for a new tablet. I'll make some examples then see if anyone would be interested!

I thought when I come back to this website I might as well do it right!
I want to have a little competition and do some free sketches for people.
Here are the rules:
-Choose one of your characters
-pick a little sexy/ lewd pose for them to be in (if you think of more than one, definitely write those too!) (but please not too graphic)
-make it really cute or interesting!
-also pick what you want them to be wearing (or not wearing)
-You can do more than one!
And then after you do that, when I'm done with art trades from other websites, I'll choose my favorites and sketch them out!
I really hope that more than one person would like to do this, and it's not really limited to sexy poses.
Please ask any questions if you have any!

I want to work on some more art trades and other things before I start again but I kind of want to join the community once more.
I want to practice my art style first before I jump into it again... But will any of you still be interested in seeing my artwork?
I would like to know if anyone is still interested so I'll know if I want to spend time on this website again.
I love drawing for myself, don't get me wrong, and I love all of the artists that I follow and also follow me.

I am so sorry (Hiatus/commission update)

I want to say first off, sorry that I have been so inactive lately.
Basically, my depression really got to me this semester of college and I
wasn't finishing my projects to the best of my ability and I wasn't keeping up with everything.
I really messed up and I'm paying for it now.
All my projects lately have been really rough and all are due around the same time.
I have no time to be on the computer and the only time I really have to be on
the internet is a few minutes on my phone at night because I have to spend
all my time on my projects.
There will be about four weeks left of me doing this.
I will be coming back after the few weeks and finishing up everyone's drawings.
If anyone decides that they don't want their commissions anymore, please note me.
I'll only be able to write back on the weekends and I am so very sorry for the inconvenience.
I hope that everyone will stay watching me and not leave because of this.
I love you all so much.

Excited! (Cosplay and Con)

Okay, so there's this con that I go to every year. It's a little local con that's not very big but amazing and I've been going since they started. Well first off, I'm just excited to go because it's coming up on the 8-10.
But there's a reason I'm even more excited.
And that's because I purchased all the things I needed to make a Rose Quartz cosplay! If you didn't know, Steven universe is one of my favorite shows ever. Rose quartz is such a beautiful character and I love that her body type is so close to mine, and that she's all PINK. hopefully I can get everything done before the convention. If anyone wants to see it when it's finished, I'll put a link in another journal so everyone can see.

(Personal) Yay. I'm sad again...
General | Posted 9 years agoTonight me and my friend ended up staying up late just being silly and stuff. But of course I ended up saying some things that reminded me of my old best friend. We were the best of friends for probably over three years and around 5 months ago, everything ended. I still miss her sometimes and tonight it ended up hitting me really hard. A really fun night ending up in tears for me. Isn't that great!? I'm not expecting anyone to read this, I just wanted to get it off of my chest. I miss my old friend so much. I can't wait until I can go weeks, then months without thinking about her. But right now, it still hurts.

New fursona?

I know not many people will read this, but oh well.
I'm thinking about making myself a new fursona.
I love my one right now because she looks like me and everything, but I want one to represent me, and my ideal me more. She'd still very much have my personality and style, but I want to have someone that will be less awkward drawing (because I think the other one looks a lot like me). I think I'll make her a bunny because I've been obsessed with them in the past few years. I think I fit into a bunny's personality really well too. I hope she doesn't look too similar to my panda because I want her to be pink too. I just think that I'll be able to relate to her better and everything. I just hope I don't forget about my first one completely, I just feel like I need a new one. I'm a lot different from when I first designed my fursona until now (even though it was little time). I just hope she comes out well and I'll love her a lot more!

Two weekend commissions (V-day)

I don't know what to do anymore

I don't know what to do anymore. Drawing is the only thing I'm very passionate about but I feel like my skill level is not up to par to everyone else in my classes. I feel like in my animation class, I'm extremely far from the top of the class and I'm not used of that. I usually am at least two people away from being one of the best in my class, but not this semester. I don't see myself getting as good as them until at least two years from now. But by then it'll be too late and they'll be getting the nice animation jobs and I'll be stuck in Louisiana just doing a crappy job that I don't love. I don't even feel like the drawings I did feel good about are good anymore. I drew the Crystal Gems in my notebook today, but at the end of the day I saw so much other amazing art that I just wanted to tear mine up (my traditional art is a lot better than my digital too). I hate that it really gets to me some days. It makes me think that I'm in college for the wrong degree... I just really don't know anymore. I don't know where I should be or what I should be doing to get there. It's so hard. I just want to curl up in a ball and cry forever. I don't feel good about anything right now. And thank you for reading this, if you did. I doubt anyone has, but thank you if you did.
