Long Time, No See
Posted 2 weeks agoI've been gone from FA for 2 years and it's not a hiatus I wanted to be on.
To make a long story short, I had gotten a job that was highly stressful (I was a foreigner) while at the same time I was moderating a group that was...highly stressful. On top of that I owed a raffle piece on here and I just simply couldn't sit down and put effort into art. I spent time making the graphics for said group since it was somehow all on my shoulders and I didn't have time for personal art. I'd make low-effort base using adopts on my ToyHouse but that was basically it. And having the raffle to do here I felt I couldn't come back until that was finished, and I was so ashamed over how long it was taking me.
But it's finished and I'd really like to be more active here! I've sat back and tried to learn about what stressors affect me and my art and how to avoid them in the future.
That being said, I can't wait to make fresh new adopts and YCHs~! And I really would like to try my hand at fanart and personal art in general. I'd like this account to be an art account, not just me shilling for money all of the time lol but we shall see!
I hope to get back into gore, modular, amputee, annnnnd maybe dabble in some centaur art perhaps???? Who knows, let's have fun and make a couple cuts >:3c

Reason for the Season
Posted 3 years agoI've kinda went on an unannounced hiatus as I just kept thinking I could get ahead in my studies but I faced a lot of difficulty coping with school, visa issues, and dealing with my chaotic attempt at a social life. My issues are no better but mentally I'm managing ^^; *the visa hunt continues*
I've gotten several notes asking about commissions and the reason why my commissions are closed is simply I'm trying to steer my art towards a different style ((you can kinda tell via my YCH art style vs some of my older commissions)) and I can sometimes be unpredictable with my turnaround time :c I always pull through but I do feel bad for it.
I'm not sure what solutions I can utilize to solve the above issues but if I can figure out something, I will probably open up my comms again!
For the meantime I might just focus on adopts and random art, most likely my OCs, gore, modular, and fanart ah ha~ Nothing surprising there!
A huge shout out to all my commissioners who were so patient! I was afraid to even show my face back on this site until everything was completed but to my surprise I never got any hate mail of the sort. You all really are the best!

And I'm trying my best to settle in here at my new Tokyo home ♥
Japan is a very expensive place but I think it is worth it ;w; That being said I might be pushing more commissions and adopts but I'm going to try my best not to make it spammy! I'm looking forward to drawing more, I miss it so much and I got a lot of good guro ideas in my head!
I'll have a commission sheet up soon and will try to do more frequent sketch sales because I def wanna be able to offer things to everyone in all price ranges ♥
If cute/sfw stuff is more your style I will also be working on updating my other account MatchaGacha

Holy Cow
Posted 4 years agoSome may already know but I've been trying to move to Japan forever. But it just seemed to be one of those things where everything wanted to go wrong this past month. I won't list it all out but I somehow made it to Tokyo. ((Right before the new border ban whew))
I'm low-key dying and felt bad not being able to get the time for my commissions especially since I need them now more than ever.
Of course I thought being stuck in my mandatory quarantine I'd be able to jump back in but the Wi-Fi isn't compatible with my laptop. Right now I am typing this from my phone. Ugh. However I am going to see if I can upload via bluetooth! Wish me luck.
Those I owe commissions will be getting a free complimentary commission for the delay and those inquiring for commissions please be patient as I figure everything out!
I move out of quarantine into my apartment the 4th so figures crossed I will be able to set up Wi-Fi then.
