Apparently when I created my page over here I used an email that I dont remember or doesnt exist any more. BUT, thanks to the wonderful staff I have been able to re-gain access again... Finally! New JOURNAL! Life updates and such.
Posted 10 years agoIm mostly writing a new journal to get rid of the old one... which was ancient.
So as of right now, I am doing my best to get back into the art groove.... I MIGHT be a bit delayed with that as I am currently in the process of buying my own home. *mini spazz*
GREAT news is that I will FINALLY have my own office/art studio again!!!! Which means SUPER productivity... as soon as its set up!
I'd really like to get back into doing commissions and am considering including real media commissions in there as well. But that will be after I get everything all squared away with the house/moving.
I still have about a month to wait, but Im really crossing my fingers... and trying not to freak out. :D

Posted 12 years agoI am so deeply saddened/embarrassed/sorry that I am doing this, but it has been too long already and now I wont be able to finish them longer because my art computer is out of commission due to water damage(!!!!)
I am forced to cancel the commissions I owe, and will be offering FULL refunds to everyone who has paid.
This will take a few days because I have to wait on a transfer from my bank account. Please let me know if there is somewhere in particular you need your refund to be sent.

Posted 12 years agoI just wanted to really apologize to everyone that I owe art. Due to the recent loss of a friend I have been sidetracked, but I will resume working on them steadily now and hopefully get everything done quickly. Again, Im very sorry!

Private Commission Terms of Service
1. My displayed prices are guidelines only and are subject to change.
2. The client should provide clear visual references and or a detailed description of what you want. I will then provide you with the quote for the commission.
3. Unless we reach an agreement beforehand, I require commissions to be paid in full before I begin the preliminary work on the image. (If the client wishes to do a partial payment up front, let me know. I will consider all requests on a case by case basis, though the full price must always be paid before I will proceed past the sketch stage. With the exeption of non-colored "inked" commissions and "avatar" commissions which must always be paid for up front.)
4. The client will have the opportunity to direct alterations during the sketch process. There is no "set" limit on SMALL alterations on sketches (within reason!!!) I can do a couple of full sketch revisions on all the colored work, but more than that will cost extra. Full sketch revisions are not available for sketch/inked commissions.
5. If the Client wishes to cancel their colored commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 75% of what they paid. I do not offer refunds on sketch commissions unless I have not began the sketching process.
6. If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the coloring stage they may be offered a partial refund based upon the level of completion. No refunds are offered for completed works.
7. I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or an inability to communicate due to language barrier.
8. The Client will receive email updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders.
9. I only offer digital commissions (I reserve the use of traditional media for my own projects). As such I only send you the artwork in digital form. In the future I may offer a print service through me, but as of yet I do not offer prints.
10. I will not handle depiction of illegal activities, sexually explicit (x-rated) materials and hateful images. Violence, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tasteful/artistic nudity is FINE. I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason.
11. I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, journal, or portfolio. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift I will delay public showcase at the request of the Client.
12. The Client may NOT profit from the artwork. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork. The Client may print out the artwork for personal non profit use.
13. I retain the right to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
14. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms. If you have any questions or if anything above is unclear, please address the issue before proceeding with commission.

St. Baldrick's Commissions (CLOSED)

So my brother is trying to raise some money to donate to St Baldrick's to go towards fighting childhood cancer.... and I really really want to help him but have no money.
SO, I have decided to open up for Donation Commissions. 100% of the proceeds will go to St Baldrick's.
You can donate HOWEVER much you want to, and you will get a digital picture by me. Just how much detail or if there is color added depends on how much you donate. You will get -something- from me no matter what the amount donated is. Even if its just a dollar. Though, for a dollar there might not be a whole lot to it.
These are kinda easy going commissions, so there will be a lot of artistic freedom... but you can definitely tell me what you want and I will try to give it to you. (Though I don't do anything beyond tasteful nudity)
You can either send the money to my paypal: daanzi(at)live.com (unfortunately paypal will take a small percentage out but its definitely an easy way to go)

Posted 14 years agoIts quite empty right now.... only has a couple of elk antler pendants (Disclaimer: NO ANIMALS WERE HARMED! I got a lot of dirty looks at anthrocon, and I just thought I'd put that out there. Elk shed their antlers yearly...)
Soon It will have original artwork and some of my fleece hats.... just as soon as I get some new ones made. :)

Yes I do. I will be offering some varieties AT the convention, and you can sign up for ones that I can do once I get home.
What are your limits to drawing?
I really need to come up with a list of what I'm willing to do art-wise. Tasteful nudity is as much as I'm willing to draw (I will have to come up with exactly what my opinion of tasteful nudity is). I'm not saying that I'm against such art, I just don't do it... and there are already plenty of incredibly talented artists who will. Other than that I guess I will have to address other things as they come up. Oh and I'll try any animal in any media, feral or anthro.

I will have some prints, some originals, and we will also be offering fleece hats as well as some other handmade things. I wish I had thought of doing art CDs sooner..... as it is I don't have time to put one together.
