Well like any trip it started bright and early,
okamiwolfwind and I were up by about 4:30am and left his place close to 5am. Took us like maybe an a half exactly to get there and to get up to the room... I do feel a bit bad that we woke 
bigtig up a bit early to get most of our stuff into the hotel and let them rest by going to the con floor and played some MTG till the con registration opened up. An I must say I built a mean tri-color mill deck, I can do a 3 card combo that make you discard 18 cards without an archive trap card! XD
Anyways at 9am was at the front of the con pre-registration line, Okami was out in about a few mins... it took me longer as the printers went down just before they were about to print my badge. After that I suited up between 10-10:30am and spent a bit of time wandering around till the dealers den opened at noon. So till they opened I messed around with people waiting to go in, chatted with friends, and caught up some. Once they opened the dealers den I wandered around looking at all the artists' art and things they were selling. Was REALLY looking into getting a full body badge from wolfnymph for my main and currently only suit. Then later Starlet asked
dreaming-of-the-dead (ToxicMutt) to come with her to pick up he daughter from school that afternoon close to 4pm, was a fun little guerrilla suiting experience though we got pissed off at the school while picking up her daughter from school.
Anyways back to the con we went and I got out of suit at about 5:30pm ish after about 7 straight hours in suit on the first day. I went with bigtig and several others for some sushi that was so delicious even though I just had miso soup(don't know how to spell it) and some spicy tuna rolls with some cold stone ice cream afterwards =3. And all year I was left in the dark about what was going on for the RMFC dance competition to be prepared and ready to judge the contestants for the next day. Simple to say we had a special MYSTERY guest at the con! He 'was' listed on the dance comp list and his name is the :iconMYSTERY OTTER:!

Finally I had gotten a nice nights sleep of 6 hours, because I could not sleep the night before. Managed to get a full meal in less than half an hour and was in suit yet again before 10am to be ready for me to judge at the RMFC Dance Competition. Sad to say that the Mystery Otter decided to keep his dance skills a mystery to us all. But all went better this year than last year with having
kendi joining in the dance again for the fun and entertainment. The winner, dreaming-of-the-dead (ToxicMutt) got first place and was able to lead the fursuit parade at 2pm with Syber. That did not seem to take too long but it did for the wait for the official con photo of all the fursuiters which was at 200 this year! But I must say we attempted and had made a fursuit pyramid that will be in the con video for this year as well. After the parade, I went for a walk to subway and found a lost fursuit bandana that I passed out to another con goer asking them to take it to the con ops lost and found. Got me a delicious sub from sub way and found a lost badge on my way back and returned it to friends of the owner. After a full hours break I went to the 4pm fursuit games which was the funnest by far! I took part in the mini twister race and trying to channel the spirit and powers of spider-man literally becoming the furry pretzel and having to give up before I was able to hurt myself. Next I remember doing the musical chairs which would entertain you all the most to hear about. I managed to get my tail firmly planted into 2 chairs before I somehow miss a chair falling flat on my ass and being told there was an open chair so I got up and tried to book it to the next one where I bumped into another suiter who was close to like 5footnothing and weighing maybe a buck fitty; which you'd think that I'd knock her down and flop over her... but furry physics demanded that I'd fall backwards flat onto my back. Then next came the furry limbo, and I must got fairly low but had to quit before I popped a seam in my suit... But sad to say I did pop a seam in my digigrade padding when I decided to parkour run into a dive rolling into a slow walk, but I did not see that till like 3am Sunday morning. Next did a game involving balloons,and much to my embasassment... I'll just show you the youtube clips taken by 
Dattas durring the games.
In chronological order
So simple to say I look mean, dark, and menacing... but I happen to have a hard time striking fear into the air filled souls of cheap balloons... I know you are chuckling at me and it is funny till you end up getting a head ache because of me making the next game hard. I was exhausted so I volunteered to help with the next game that involved having balls thrown at me...yes several of them and I did say balls! I did say to be extra funny, ”Don't hit me here or here!” pointing at my face and groin! Unlike the other two suiters I actually made it a challenge to do that, I spun the hoop, moved it, turned it, and so forth... so as the game was over for that round hit in the face with a big ball and knocked over... then a hoop by
divio after the round of him using his face and antlers to deflect balls. Was all fun and no harsh feeling at all towards him at all! After that fursuit charades and we all laughed at the people because they could not guess any of the easy words including me flailing on the floor like a fucking magikarp XD! Next was the ADULT and lol one fursuiter and I were paired with 
mysteryotter to act out '69'! Everyone was just laughing their asses off that we ended up with that, so right after that was over I made a comment about that 3 of us trying 69 while holding hands was hard because we could not get into the full position and I said, “seems like we got half of 69 each” and I heard a voice say 696 and no one told me who said it when I asked and I noticed that the cleaver otter was looking at me when I asked that. So I suiter later after totaling my day up 13 or so hours in fursuit.
So next morning I get up at 9ish and go have a good meal and chat with
taofox,his mate, rox777, and pyndan before I hit up the second fursuit games and last time in suit for about 4 or 5 hours before I left the con. And I shall just skip to one game... pin the tail on the “rat” which was actually revenge against shadow for making the Saturday fursuit games harder! I started walking to the
board with my blindfold on and I had planned it out to make sure I would walk strait into the rat and pin it perfectly, but no... they had to move the board on me and give me a taste of my own medicine which like threw me in for loop... Will I ever play any games where I am blindfolded again... Shows that I do reap what I sew... and in my case it that I get challenged for challenging others.
And now to the one MYSTERY that was on my head the whole con since Friday night!
I spent my whole time wrapping my mind around trying to guess who this fella was. I was border line unhealthy obsession on trying to figure it out! I have a small list of what to work on.
The notorious MysteryOtter is:
1. Between 5'7” and 5'9”
2. Heavy build in size (not to confuse in anyway with the word fat!)
3. Slightly overweight from an accidental feel of his chest
4. NOT from New York (inside source of con staff wanted to learn more too)
5. Did NOT register under the name of mystery otter
6. Roomed with a female companion
7. Had a consistently same person around him
8. Last of all I know what he sounds like (that is when I heard a voice 696 from him)
But I even have a theory, if he in any way varies past what I have a feeling he is not a single person but is multiple people. My “Traveling Fursuit Theory” is that he is owned by one person but is but is worn by several people because everyone agrees with that me that no fur can travel to every meet and event in the fandom. And is passed between people to make and arrive at multiple cons because it much more affordable for a suit to travel to cons more often than it is for one person to go to every con and meet!
You can say I am obsessed! But with my special methods of deduction, I shall find out eventually!

Thursday the 9th

Daemeon suit will be taken down, the top 3 or 5 pics with the highest favorite count will be moved to scraps. Reason be is that the old version has been changed to be slightly different for the new owner, However it will be at RMFC with the new owner so PLEASE DON'T confuse him for me. I will be wearing my main fursuit at the con all weekend.
I will be most likely spending 90% of my time awake in suit as well as a whole 3 hour segment of time in suit for the RMFC Fursuit Dance Competition as one of the judges.

I'm tired of fursuiters getting the short end of the stick when it comes to posting photos. I wont post of the VERY dirty nature but I feel more comfortable with how I can choose to be artistic on that site.

Bad Admins? (opinions/rant)
Posted 13 years agoThe title of this journal is more of a rhetorical, but everyone can discuss amongst themselves. Even though I don’t have proof I still believe that there are “bad admins” here on FA. I know there are people who agree with me and there are those that I am text messaging and instant messaging currently. I’m not going to name faces and point names of those who I talk to about this because I am not going to put those I know in the cross fire. The quotes and information are for you to judge and speculate on, I am just telling you what I see and how I feel and/or might go about this. This is not a hate journal towards all the admins just food for thought and discussion. If you can’t find these quotes then the journals were deleted. Again this is not intended bashing on anyone just pointing this out about admin staff as a whole
But in a journal that

I then state a fact and something from personal experience that I have encountered:
In the first part of my comment I made, some if not most of us can agree that this is something that they see at work. I know I have because I have been punished along with the rest of my department, because of people messing up with inventory, petty employee theft of company property, or for not properly helping new employees learn their responsibilities. In my second even though I admit I am calling dragoneer out it is with reason to say that if you are the owner of a web site or a manager at work you have to take some time to monitor those under you even if it is for a few minutes a day or a couple hours a week. As well as saying where “we” the “users” stand and see how the admins operate from our perspective when using a metaphor in a way that it looks like from a person looking to (the) god(s)/universe. And in the last part of my comment I am comparing being an admin to how I personally am at work. Because of having attempted to go through United States Air Force basic training I have taken one thing with me and try to hold the core values of integrity, excellence in everything we (I) do, and service before self. I even admit that I sometimes stray off that path and have hurt a few friends feeling by acting like something I am not, taking some things too seriously, or being irrational and not taking that moment to slow down and look at the big picture. I do stand by what I said that all the admins need to be punished for what other admins have done so they know what is happening and not lose sight that even though they don’t get paid they should still act like it and be a bit more professional at the job they were given.
Again this is not intended for bashing on one person but examination/speculation of the admins as a whole. Like Dragoneer being aggravated I am as well with the whole admin and I am trying to write this journal with a level head.
However I can’t agree with the future removal of the fursuit (adult) section to be removed because I know a lot of those or still pretty tame for FA. I have not EVER posted a photo that is no more suggestive than showing my butt in suit, lifting my tail, and bending over in suggesting ways but still quite tame. Anything that is of the XXX adult nature I’d upload to a fetlife, xtube, or my own personal photobucket before I would post to FA because this is where I choose to make my first impressions and second impressions in the fandom.

But you do seriously need to think of a way to punish the admins even if you wont cut one or two of them, but punishing them will get them to think about their actions and what actions the other admins are taking and how they are taking them. I do stand by what I said that all the admins need to be punished for what other admins have done so they know what is happening and not lose sight that even though they don’t get paid they should still act like it and be a bit more professional at the job they were given.Again this is not intended for bashing on one person but examination/speculation of the admins as a whole. Dragoneer being aggravated I am as well with the whole admin and I am trying to write this journal with a level head. However I can’t agree with the future removal of the fursuit (adult) section to be removed because I know a lot of those or still pretty tame for FA. I have not EVER posted a photo that is no more suggestive than showing my butt in suit, lifting my tail, and bending over in suggesting ways but still quite tame. Anything that is of the XXX adult nature I’d upload to a fetlife, xtube, or my own personal photobucket before I would post to FA because this is where I choose to make my first impressions and second impressions in the fandom.
for thouse who don't know about my sister...
Posted 13 years agoFor those that don't know... my sister was in the hospital around Christmas for a fungal infection in her feet that was not good for her being a type 2 diabetic that is over weight. She had to medication injected into her heart directly for the infection through an iv tube inserted into her arm.
A couple weeks ago she ended up going to the hospital again because she could not get out of bed and if she was could not walk without assistance. For the se last couple she has been on and off oxygen.
Last night I saw her and was informed that she has endocarditis (not sure if I spelled that right, but it means she has a small hole in her heart). Which is normally not life threatening but in her case with the infection that is in her leg, the orthopedic doctor think it might be in her bone. Because of that hole in her heart we kinda are not sure how she will cope with surgery because if the infection gets to her heart it be good at all.
I'm not close to my sister but if problems persist, I wont have a sister when I turn 25 or 30 which is not good on top of a friend who is nervous because he is going through a scare and hopes it is not cancer... I'd hate to lose my sister and a very good friend because of illness.

I've been thinking a lot these last few weeks and realize that you are about me and a car; so decided I'm going to be working harder to put my life back together by doing the things I need by trying to find a new job and buy a car rather than a new suit. I understand and am cool if you don't ever want to forgive me. But if still ever want to come by the theater and I'll get you in reguardless of if you still hate me.
I also thank you for getting me thinking, I found someone who will be buying my suit off me so I can put it towards a car an moving on and trying to put my life straight. I hope you will forgive how I was. I understand if you don't want to be friends anymore but if you decided to still be friends I'd be happy and will try my best to be a better person.

-cost of minor modifications and repairs to the suit by firestormsix and I
-Removing eye marking
-Enlarging the ears
-repairing latex on hand paws
-securing elastic straps for those of up smaller feet so the feet don't move around much
-includes the interchangeable green and blue eyes
-moving jaw
-3D follow me eyes
-chest padding
-can fit the following:
-5'6" comfortably and possibly 5'8"
-head of 22" and maybe 24"
-can fit size 10 feet to 11/12 (elastic straps in the feet for those that are for those size 10 and under)
-up to 34 male waist

Posted 13 years agoAn honest opinion is some to most cases can be hurtful... From from like me that are blunt and don't hold back when asked for a truthful opinion are harsh but truthful... I can't remember the last person I might have hurt when being honest, but say to everyone; be careful on what you ask for me to honestly answer(I will ask you if you want me to sugar coat it before I answer)!

(took at idea from having watched season 1, episode 10 from scrubs) And I am also surprised he has not burst into flames walking into today, then again they don't use holy water. XD Every time he causes me shit I'm going to try and find a good joke to crack about him! Eventually his second ass with start showing, but right now it is mooning! LMAO!

I had realized a bit of some emotional history has been repeating itself for me... Feeling a lot of jealousy, envy, and resentment to those going to a con and being stuck here going to school... This was exactly how I felt when I was high school before going to my first con back in 2007... This rather pathetic of me to let myself slip or regress to who I was then... I should be who I was before my parents broke up; not as lazy and not depressed. But it's also hard not to when it has been a habit over the last 15 to maybe 16 years.
Sorry btw for the excessive posting over the last few days.

Posted 13 years agoI'm think about stepping away from the fandom for a bit but I'm not sure... Might just be because I've been slightly jealous over the last 6 year but before that when I never went to I was more so when I knew a lot of furs were at a con. But I know my life has not went were I wanted it to be but wish it was more than I have now.
