After setting up my camera I'm willing to test and see how this works for my model making. I wont be streaming yet, but I'll be getting together to do some testing and see if I can align my camera right and change settings accordingly.

Going to focus a lot on getting shit done for once. It seems like I've done more planning than actual acting this year, and getting sucked into games has been a particular standard that I have come to regret. Also this year, I plan on getting started on a new project as I finish out old ones, particularly getting finished with the P-38 and P-61 planes at my disposal. The newest project I'm expecting to take around five years to accomplish, all while taking frequent breaks and working on art work that I seriously need to catch up on. I think we all know better than to place any faith in my art lately, especially with crap that goes on. Truth be told, I really do spend more time on culinary arts than I do my own tablet.

Once January begins, expect to see some changes. I'm having to start getting quick meals in order to be able to work more fluidly on this stuff. Look forward to February. This is where I begin posting artwork in bulk.

She's throwing transmission bolts come to find out. Gonna see if I can clean out the sockets and get new ones in.

This could have been worse if I just kept driving it. I just parked it at the first sign of trouble.

You should see how my iPhone looks in regards to notes. Just one page is filled with notes about various paints, colors, thinners, even polishes to check out for my kits. I also realized that leaving my dremel tool in Missouri was a bad idea. I also have been filling it with little tips and tricks that I usually wouldn't remember on my own. Now, there is one problem that seems to be difficult to deal with.

So far, five locations I've searched in regards to hobby shops in Lubbock and all five either didn't have what I needed or were just shut down. Four out of those five were completely gone. It's rather surprising. According to the old man, Lubbock used to be big on modelling.

Payments made, substantial gain acquired. I can finally start worrying about my health and getting things together. I didn't have the problems that everyone else was worried about, however my health was affected by poor eating habits due to low finances. I had to eat cheap due to debt in short. That is going to change.

Now that I've freed up one major bill, jackass' $1200 a month bill that is, that is a lot of money now in my pocket. This month I had to take care of the truck and next month I'll be finishing it up to the tune of approximately $300. I was also hit with another necessity ranging at around $200 estimated, however it's not nearly big enough to account for what I had been paying.

I'll finally be able to crack down on old artwork I had never gotten to finish. That's what I intend to do. I intend to wipe out my entire list of projects I never finished. During this time, I'll use it for something useful, to develop new tools and to work on correcting my anatomy even farther. I'm going to make it a goal this week to start streaming fresh.

New tires, washers, next is rear view mirrors. Most bills except insurance is paid and I'll be doing that, which means I'll be back to streaming soon. Tomorrow however, I have a date with a 24 oz. Steak.

I got my new pen and I decided to give it a trial run before doing anything big. So far, it started out wild but as I continued I began straightening it's behavior out. By far it seems far more stable than my old pen, and I'm already noticing I don't have to keep rotating the pen in order to make a straight line or make lines go the way I want. Seems all this time I really was working with a bad pen.

Expect future streams soon, as I got a lot of work I need to begin and set for the remainder of the year.

New tablet pen on order, now we play the waiting game. According to Wacom and others, any LP pen should work with the CTL-460. It's a temporary fix, but I will be needing to look into a newer tablet.

No tablet pen anymore as of last night. I have my sights set on a newer model by Bamboo, roughly $40 give or take. We'll see what happens, but I am willing to work something out and there was a bit of talk last night.

Bad day for working on stuff at the moment, so there's only a maybe for stream tonight. Don't count on it though, we'll see what goes down. How's everyone else doing?

For the meantime, the tablet pen is fixed so things will resume as normal.

No art until I get my tablet problem fixed. Seems the pen went ape shit and decided not to work for a bit, then randomly when I ripped it apart I put it back together and it started working, half-assed. Now it's squishy and is far touchier, not allowing me to move too far away and I have to press even harder to make my lines even appear whereas before I barely even had to touch anything.

As is, I need a new tablet so I have no choice but to stop art until further notice. It's unfortunate, but machines fail after a while.

Getting ready for more streaming this month, however, first thing is first. My work area is hell, especially with model components everywhere. I'll be ready to start by tomorrow at estimate, but I could begin either tonight or Monday.

Happy to be home and I'm thankful to all of my friends for reminding me that today several years ago, a great evil fell upon the land. I spent my time hanging out with  doffa and  calypsolaforet and during that time I lost a tire in the process. We had a lot of fun spinning the wheel of cabbitry to see where we would turn up next. Honestly, I kept NOT thinking to take my stupid phone with me to take pictures, so if anyone has photos of where we went, that would be Doffa who was on the ball. The only thing I have to worry about now is making sure I eat okay for the rest of the month, planning on stocking up on some low budget supplies to span things out.

The good news is that mostly everything went without a problem. The bad news is, I need to replace both tires and shocks for the Tahoe.

Tire on the Tahoe has been going flat, so i will need to take commissions to be able to pay for a new tire and still be able to eat. I am just planning ahead, so it's not a super urgent thing. I managed to put slime into the tire to keep it going temporarily and so far it is still holding okay.

Not like any of you will miss me, seeing how I haven't posted much art in the last few months. Actually, from the 5'th until the 10'th, I'm going to attempt to get to Dallas to hang out with  Doffa After that, I plan on starting back on mainstream artwork. I'm also contemplating if I should do a once a month type of thing where I video stream my work on model components. I guess it depends on if anyone has interest in that stuff. I plan on treating it like I do my usual work, since model making in of itself is a form of art.

Truck Update: Transmission pan seal needs replaced. It seems as though cork isn't the best choice as a sealant. Who'd have thought. Actually, I expected this to be a problem early on.

That eerie silence.

Lately it's not been treating me well. Even my framework has been sorely lacking and I haven't been posting because I haven't been satisfied with anything that I've been working on.

The reality is this. I need to break down my entire method and relearn what I seem to be struggling with and right now anatomy is at it's core. I'll keep in touch.

I'm gonna wait until I've cooked something and I'll get started tonight. For those of you who have gotten the Picarto email, yes, that was me just dicking with OBS.

This seems to be the sum total of what I need. Thankfully, it's nothing big. Plug wires, power steering fluid change, oil change, tranny fluid checked. For a vehicle that has two more years to go before it achieves classic status, this is pretty good.
