General | Posted 7 years agoI do NOT offer refunds, because I'm transparent and my customers are always 100% aware of what they're getting beforehand. There's simply no excuse for buyer's remorse in this case.
I do NOT do holds. Too many potential buyers have left me hanging OR backed out for no good reason.
I'm generally uninterested in trades or alternate currencies, UNLESS stated otherwise.
Do NOT contact me unless you are certain you actually wish to purchase a design AND you have the necessary funds available. Additionally, I expect payment in a timely (12-24 hours) manner. Flakers will be blocked for wasting my time.
Do NOT attempt to "flip" or profit off my art / designs. As in, don't buy a character for $10, then immediately attempt to resell it for $20. It's rude AF.
I actually don't require credit for my designs, but I won't tolerate others claiming they originally drew and / or created the designs either.
While it's really sweet of users to try and cover my Paypal fees, please, please, PLEASE just send payment as "Goods and Services" and check "No Shipping Needed." I can get banned if it looks like I'm intentionally dodging / asking my customers to cover said fees.
