Delay of Game on account of hardware failure!
Posted 10 years agoWell, it finally happened: the Surface Pro's notoriously-garbagey power supply cable finally up and broke on me! A replacement has been ordered (and good god, are those not easy to find these days!) but this leaves me tablet-less for at least a couple days! Apologies to anyone with a pending commission; I should still be able to get them all done within this month, though!

Big Changes 2: Dawn of the Final Day (Tip Jar/Raffle)
Posted 10 years agoAnd we're just about to close yet another chapter of Big Changes; just one more day of donations left! We've got quite a lot of new developments for
seritaph's Loonie for the upcoming chapter, too; a lot of the stranger mutations were snapped up at the last minute, leaving us with quite a chimera!
Here's the set thus far:
Part 1) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15506621/
Part 2) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15538511/
Part 3) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15611349/
The Stoats:
1) Hips/Butt (With a commanding lead!)
2) Arms
3) Breasts/Feet (with a two-way tie!)
And the changes for this set are:
Hybridization: Corgi
Hybridization: Skunk
Lip Color (Vibrant Red)
And some thoughts on how this one went:
I'm really absolutely touched at the outpouring of support from the community; I probably couldn't have picked a worse time to launch this one (Since it was pretty much sandwiched between FC on one end and tax season on the other!) but the donations received still managed to eclipse the last set; thank you all so, so much! I'll be drawing the $100 donator rewards soon, so I'll be in touch with the folks who donated at that level, and I'll be announcing the next winner after the final picture goes up, so stay tuned!
The Small Changes didn't seem to attract much attention; I'm thinking of folding them into a catch-all full Colorset Control Big Change option for the next one as a result, since it's probably worth more to someone to be able to decide an entire color scheme at once instead of the piecemeal way the Small Changes had it set up.
Likewise, the Big Changes moved very quickly, perhaps too quickly; in the two of these I've done and in talks with other people regarding it, most people can only think of between 4-8 things for the list, when a system like this would be far better served with a far broader list to pick from; I've even considered things like breaking Big Changes up into two different things, one where I just create a blank-slate character and people just donate to radically change it in basically any way they like, operating from a huge list, with less guidelines in the way of preexisting characters, kinks, or concepts, and doing the raffle stuff as a separate entity where it's just straight-up growth-for-tips and the winner of the raffle gets their own 4-picture set, sorta like how it works now but sans the alterations; I'd be really interested to know what everyone thinks on this one!
Lastly, I'd like to ask everyone how often I should do these! I really have a lot of fun with them and they don't really interfere with my normal commission rotation, but I want to hear thoughts on how frequently people like to see them; my current hope is that I'd do one every other month, but if more or less frequently strikes people as a better choice, let me know why!

Big Changes 2-3: Day 2! (Tip Jar/Raffle/BUNNYRABBITS)
Posted 10 years agoAnd we're in the home stretch! Three days to go for donations on this, the final chapter of
seritaph's Loonie's journey into personal growth. Wait, no, I'm reading that wrong, it's her journey into PHYSICAL growth. That makes a lot more sense. Anyhoo, on to the stats!
Der Storts:
1) Hips/Butt (This one's gonna be important once we get to the Big Changes)
2) Tail (See Above)
3) Feet
Lot of lower-body stuff going on this time! That's good news, because the Big Changes selected this round were two shots at Hybridization; I've cleared it with all involved parties and they're cool with the idea of splitting Loonie down the middle twice over! First up on the block is skunk bits; the stripes and tail are the major addition there, and then we have corgi parts; more canine facial features and ears! We've got quite a chimera on our hands here!
...And there's still three days to make it even crazier, and give yourself a shot at being the next vict--er, winner on the Big Changes Show!

Big Changes 2-2: Day 5! (Tip Jar/Raffle/Busty Bunnies)
Posted 10 years agoWe've come to the final day of donations for the second part of this four-part misadventure into
seritaph's Loonie's expanding figure, and it's left us in a very different place from where we started!
Without further ado, The Stats for Part 2:
1) Breasts (we had a whopping donation here!)
2) Belly (This one's never getting off the list)
3) Cock (More on this below)
The Big Changes:
Hermification - Loonie's got herself some extra bits now! Since the freebie vote opted to keep the hose in the same place, I figure the entry point'll be a wee bit more visible than it was in the prior picture given the circumstances!
I can't thank everyone enough for participating and watching this whole experiment unfold; I'm genuinely flattered that people think this little project is worth running every couple of months or so, and I'm looking for more ways to give something back to the community, like lifting my soft ban on drawing licensed characters or the like; I'm still giving the whole thing some thought and am always looking for ideas!

Big Changes 2-2: Day 2!
Posted 10 years agoWe're off to a solid start with 2-2, and a new Big Change has been selected; Hermification! This unlocks size options for the various bits, which are already off to a solid start size-wise!
The Stats:
1) Belly (Again with the belly! I'm starting to think you folks have a Thing!)
2) Cock (For a new option, this one's growing fast!)
3) Ears
I always love the early stat-block because it's so unpredictable; you see a more uneven spread of growth and the areas it's targetted to always tend to be a little more random!

Big Changes 2-2 (Tip Jar/Raffle/Fwoompyrabbits)
Posted 10 years agoThe second part of this series is up and running, and it's one hell of a kick-off; I don't know who got all the folks in the inflatable scene together to vote for belly expansion in unison, but keep it up!
Not sure what the hell I'm rambling about? It's my goofy little side project, Big Changes, a combination Tip Jar (So I can eat food that I don't have to fight raccoons over a garbage can for) and a Raffle (So you can get nice things for making sure I don't starve) along with that whole "Donations make the subject bigger" thing! In addition to having the potential to win prizes for donating, anyone who donates at $100 gets a picture of their character, or a character we work together to create at their choosing, in the same state our heroine,
seritaph's Loonie, winds up in at the end of this set!
As for where the raffle part comes in, this is the fun one; any donation over $5 gets a raffle ticket, which could make you the star of the following Big Changes set, a 4-5 image set of your character growing ever-larger via donations and changing via the titular Big Changes; you're also given complete executive control over the project, deciding which Big and Small Changes are allowable, what growth options you'd like to see presented, even the basic scenario for what makes you bigger or blimpier!
The full rules are in the images themselves:

Big Changes 2: Day 5! (Tip Jar/Raffle/Maybe Bound Bunnies?)
Posted 10 years agoToday's the last day for donations to Part 1, and we've got a new Big Change on the list available: Bondage! A $20 donation would give the donator the option of things like straps, cuffs, gags, or ropes (Loonie's gonna need a few to keep herself from floating away, after all!) Once again, I can't thank those of you who have donated enough; you folks are completely awesome! To you folks who just came back from FC and have no idea what the hell is going on, hello on behalf of the five people who weren't there, myself included!
No stats sheet this time because while donations have gone up, the order is still the same and no new Big or Small Changes have been selected!
All the important stuff is here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15506621/

Sidenote to the Big Changes Set RE: the $100 Tip Tier
Posted 10 years agoSince a lot of people have been asking: donating at the $100 bracket does entitle you to a full-color picture of your character in the same state Loonie winds up in at the end of the set; firstly, this does mean we'll have to finish this set before we move onto that, and secondly, I do allow some veto power for the personal pictures people who donate to the $100 tier will get; my first priority is ensuring everyone pays for something they'll actually enjoy and I want them to be comfortable with what they're entitled to. For example, if someone buys into the Hermification Big Change on this set, anyone who donates enough to get their own picture would be allowed to overturn that; it's not everyone's thing, after all.
This strikes me as a more elegant solution to what to offer for the highest-tier donators; I would love to do something like I've seen a few other artists do and add their character to the existing set to interact with the inflatee in some way, but the nature of consent is a dicey one there; not everyone's going to be super-cool with their character getting fondled or boinked by a stranger while they grow. I may revisit the idea, however, if I ever do one of these with one of my own characters, or if the winner of a particular set gives me the okay!

Big Changes 2: Day 3! (Tip Jar/Raffle/Blimpy Bunnies Abound)
Posted 10 years agoI gotta say, I did not expect this one to take off as suddenly as it did; we've progressed so quickly that we're almost halfway down on Big Changes and we've still got two days left to go on the very first image! As such, I thought I'd return the favor a bit; the entire set, and very likely all Big Changes sets going forward, will be upgraded to full colors instead of flats! The first one's been given the full treatment already! Likewise, since we're running low on Big Changes, I'm looking to hear out suggestions for further ones, or possibly a 2X Growth Bonus Round for anyone who donates after we completely clear the change list; either way I'd love to hear some thoughts!
Now let's get down to brass tacks; the current stats for Loonie's ongoing fwoompage!
1st Place) Belly (still by a wide lead!)
2nd Place) Breasts
3rd Place) General Inflation
Big Changes: Rubberization, Bimboification
Small Changes: Clothes Ripping
The major change to the rankings is that the boosted butt has been eclipsed a bit by an all-over generalized roundness, but that's still lagging behind a generously-buoyed bust and a frankly enormous waistline! There's still plenty of time for your favorite parts to catch up, though, and chipping in $5 or more gets you an entry into a contest to win a spot in the next Big Changes set!
Full rules, as well as the new picture are right here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15506621/

Big Changes 2: Day 2! (Tip Jar/Raffle/Huuuuuuuge Rabbits)
Posted 10 years agoAnd we're officially underway! We've got three days left before the first part of this ends; suffice to say we're already looking at One Big Bunny, courtesy
seritaph, for part 2! There's still plenty of time to go bigger, though, and we've got a lot of Small and Big Changes left to go!
Current Blimpy Bunny Bits Status:
1st Place) Belly (By a considerable margin!)
2nd Place) Breasts
3rd Place) Butt
And the changes that have been selected so far:
Big Change: Rubberization
Small Change: Ripping Clothes
Not sure what all of this gobbledygook is about? The official rules are here in the first image: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15486380/ But the gist of it is that you can win a chance to be featured in the next Big Changes set, influence the outcome of the current set, and at the top donation level, even get a full-color picture of your own character in whatever state Loonie ends up in at the end of this whole thing! Go take a look, see if it's your thing!

Big Changes 2: Change Harder (Tip Jar/Inflation)
Posted 10 years agoIt's about that time again; our lucky winner from the last round is
seritaph, who will be offering up his own Loonie, and as such, the next Big Changes set is about to get underway!
For those new to this whole thing, or people who need a refresher on it, the gist is that it's one of those Donate Money = Subject Gets Bigger/Blimpier sets that are all the rage these days, but there's a couple of notable twists; a donation of $5 or more not only upsizes our lovely contestant, but gets you a donation into the raffle to be the subject for the next time we do this, which is now planned to be once every 2-3 months! Likewise, a donation of $20 or more gets you four entries into the raffle, four times the fwoompy fun, and your choice of a Big Change, which can range from something like Species or Gender Change to some things that are even crazier!
That said, there's a couple of new wrinkles to make this one interesting: In addition to the Big Changes, there's now Small Changes! These tend to be things like small stylistic alterations; hair or fur color changes, new costumes, and the like! Spending $10 gets you a Small Change, 2x the growth placed wherever you so choose, and also gets you two raffle entries!
Lastly, here's the biggun; any donator who offers up $100 or more is entitled to a full-color picture of their character in the same size, shape, and situation Loonie ultimately winds up in! This also includes all prior rewards, including both a Big Change and a Small Change, 20 raffle entries, and $100 worth of balloonification for our lucky/unlucky hare, directed wherever you so choose!
So to condense all that gobbledygook down into something easier to parse:
$1 = 1 psi to the location of your choosing!
$5 = 5 psi to the location or locations of your choosing, and an entry into the Big Changes raffle!
$10 = 10 psi to the location or locations of your choosing, two entries into the Big Changes raffle, and your choice of a Small Change!
$20 or more = 20 psi to the location or locations of your choosing, four entries into the Big Changes raffle, and your choice of a Big Change or two Small Changes!
$100 or more = 100 psi to the location or locations of your choosing, twenty entries into the Big Changes raffle, and your choice of a Big Change and a Small Change!
If there's any questions or suggestions, please let me know; I'm actually really eager for feedback on these and would love to hear some thoughts!

Just A Little Reminder...
Posted 10 years ago...Some of us were celebrating the Year of the Sheep BEFORE it was cool.
Happy New Year!
Posted 10 years ago2014's been kind to me; I moved halfway across the country to live with my girlfriend,
bossgoji, proved to myself that I could support both of us on the art career alone, and made a ton of wonderful new friends both via said art career and through living in a new place! I hope everyone else had a great year, and I really hope 2015 is even better for y'all! See you folks then, and here's hoping I remember to actually sign my pictures with a 2015 marker instead of continuing to do 2013 ones well into 2014 like I did last year. OOPS.
The Resomolutions:
1) Be more open and honest with my feelings around friends and family.
2) Get out more; I still have so much I want to see in my new digs!
3) Learn how to play the Wii U without looking at the tiny Gamepad screen instead of the giant TV in front of me
4) More Sushi.
5) Remember to actually sign my art with a 2015 signature.

Sketch: $15
Inks: $30
Flat Colors: $35
Full Color/Shaded: $50
