Yep, we hit the five week mark. 5 weeks my bank has had my money and I haven't been able to get it.

I don't typically like to complain about my real life situations, but these last coming up on two weeks have been a real disaster. Some banking firm called synapse went under and took my bank with it essentially. The bank is still there, the money is still there, just nobody has access to any of it and it's been coming up on two weeks. Now bills are starting to come and I just cannot pay them because I have no access to my money.

Fuck you synapse.

I mean, really, what do they mean? what number do i need to hit to be a big popufur? Why should i care?
I see many many people commissioning the biggest names out there, to get their names out there, to grow their audience. Which sure, big number better. I do wonder what being furry famous even means, and why people want it.

I like getting art to support people. Those huge names with their $500-5000 arts probably don't need my help, but my friends do. the little people do. Will it spread my name far and wide across the internet? nah.
Will i feel good when i give my friend desperatly needs $100, that money so they can finish paying off their computer so they can finally start making animations again for people? Absolutely.

it's obviously nice to see the fave number go up, but i care more about comments, seeing people reacting and interacting. I like that aspect of this community and being an art whore. The friends i might make by working with someone for huge amounts of time. people like  rings1234 and  houkuko who i met in my early days of being here, and 14 years later, still talk to and work with, That's what im here for.

i got FA plus which lets me post much larger comics. it fixes the resolution issue my buddy had created by making the pages so big, so now you can see the larger pages better without the external links.

There's also a full colored version in the works, that's already half done (not my grey background version) so that'll be doooone...when the artist finishes them!

Not like I really use it for much, but I used to upload censored playthroughs of really good hentai games that could just be really good games if they didn't have porn in them.

I have a few little combos with a few friends, but it's definitely not like it use to be. I miss having that person who was just as art whorish as me and would just gets lots of fun art of our couples. It's always fun surprising the other with fantastic art you got the two of you as a surprise. But alas, wo is me. Etc.etc.

Perhaps I'm just lonely as well. Who knows.

I never liked to promote like this because it always feels weird. But I have genuinely been using this for like a year or more at this point, I kind of forget what I started. But I think it's a pretty cool app.

It feels fun to actually save because the more savings you have the more lottery tickets you get and it's fun to see the numbers go up. I actually feel bad taking money out because then my tickets go down.
