Payment Policy
By default, I take payment upfront. However, you have the option to withhold payment until the first rough WiP sketch has been completed, upon request.
You have the right to a full refund if the work has not been started at the time you make the request.
If, however, the sketch has been completed by the time you request the refund, you will only receive a 70% refund. That percentage goes down depending on how far along I am in working on it.

I strive to get every single commission done in under one week.

Revisions
You get three minor revisions for free. The exception would be creating a ref out of a text description, and in that case, minor revisions are expected and I won't be hard on you for that.
Major revisions will cost extra, especially if you're being a dick about it.

So I no longer have two jobs. My seasonal job has ended and I've started school. Right now, I'm only taking three classes because out of state tuition is really high and my financial aid can only cover so much. I also stuffed all my classes into Monday and Wednesday.

That gives me Tuesdays and Thursdays free to work on commissions

I know I've been less active on here recently and I want to apoligize. We've finally fully settled into California after four long months.. unfortunately because the cost of living here is so high, I've had to take up a second job so that we have a financial buffer after rent and bills draft out.

That being said, I've not had a lot of time to dedicate to art. But every now and then I'll have a day off where we don't have any errands to catch up on or people to hang with to keep my social life alive. (Yes, I already have a social life out here, I'm surprised too!)

So, I have a day this week off completely. Expect WiP sketches to be coming out soon. So far I only have four people in queue, it shouldn't take long to knock everyone out once I've got a day set aside to do so.

Thank you everyone who I owe art to for your patience! I know you've all been waiting less than a month but still, I hate waiting for art too and want to be known for being fast, once life circumstances finally allow it.

Also, raffles will be starting up soon as well. Once my seasonal job is up, I'll have lots more time to dedicate.

So lately life has been busy yet overall productive in making progress toward my goals. I've scored a lot more commissions in a shorter period of time and have gotten far more active. This is due to finding a job that's flexible enough and that doesn't take all my time and energy away and plus being more active in my current furry circles, especially DHL.

I got a little inactive last month due to moving. Husband got a job with the FAA and despite wanting to stay in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we ended up having to relocate to Los Angeles. Luckily my job was also able to transfer me out here so I'm up and working here as well without a hassle.

So far I have been in California a little over two weeks. It's quite strange, not gonna lie. In some ways, living here is better: crime is significantly lower, the landscape is BEAUTIFUL, and I don't have to worry about tornadoes. But of course, rent is outrageous, people still suck at driving (couldn't just leave that in Dallas, noo) and while not being threatened by tornadoes, there are still wildfires and eathquakes to worry about. Also, my Subaru wont pass smog without taking it back to stock >:c Saw that coming, though lol

So yeah, I'm all settled into this new place and am still open and taking commissions. I'm also lookng to meet fellow furs in the area, especially other artists!

I know it's been a while since I've been posting art and there is actually good reason for that. Well, depending on how you view it, I guess.


You see, I got a new car. A Subaru, finally!

And of course, for a gearhead, a new car is like a new relationship, it takes up all my attention in the early stages and everything else falls to the wayside.

But alas, I'm almost through having to devote entire days to it. When I first got it, the motor was blown and so a buddy and I spent seven grueling days taking the old motor out and putting a brand new JDM EJ203 in. Finally got to driving it, found suspension and brake problems, the brake problem as of this morning has been remedied. The suspension will have to wait for when I can afford coilovers.

Oh, and I gotta fix the A/C becore the Texas summer hits. x.x

But all in all, I got a damn good deal on this car! If I sold it how it is, I'd still make more than what I put into it.

ohmigosh I'm so excited, it finally sank in! I got a job at an aftermarket auto repair shop and so far, I'm loving it! Hell, I don't remember the last time I was excited to go to work... now I am and its an amazing feeling. Erm, sorry if that's bragging to anyone.

I left my old shop on bitter terms. Couldn't help it, really. Those guys were selfish pigs and didn't let me take on any big projects. Mainly because they barely got customers anyway so when someone did come in, even for an oil change, it was difficult to get if I didn't keep my eyes peeled for the sales manager coming out. I remember one B tech just up and took away a spark plug job I was in the middle of doing.. BEST way to get me mad is to steal from me! HE got paid for all of it, even the prep work that I'd already gotten my hands dirty for!

I finally up and left when I saw the lead tech (the guy who told me he would mentor me but I'd have to prove myself first) blow up someone's engine because he thought he could fix hydrolock by blowing water out of the cylinder heads and changing the spark plugs... for those of you who know what hydrolock is, you're probably shaking your heads by now... yeah, I hope he never mentors shit.

But all of that is behind me. The area manager was mad when I told him I was walking, but he deserved it. When you're a mechanic, you get paid by the task and I work for a living. I can't do that if I have to play alpha wolf and fight for everything that comes in.

But yeah, my first week at this new place has been great! It's bigger, there are a more variety of people working there (not just 30-year old Caucasian male douchebags like the other one) and the lead tech, after I told him my desire was to eventually become a Master Technician, immediately started showing me the ropes and now he lets me shadow him on my downtime. I'm way more appreciative of that privilege now :)

Everyone's nice. No one makes me feel weird about being the only woman there. It's also always busy so there's never a shortage of work, and they're never reluctant to let me take on a task I've never done before. In fact, they actually encourage it and walk me through things. Which is great, it's how I'll learn!

Anyway, I gotta cut this short. I have to go to work now... I'm actually saying that without dread

So Maintenance came in this morning to fix a window that leaked during last week's "monsoons." Seems normal enough, except the fact that the window was located in our den aka the furriest room in our house!

Our den doubles as a fursuit workshop and computer room, with furry art, ref sheets, boards with furry flyers and business cards collected at cons, and every single badge Andy and I have covering half the walls. There's also a big huge pile of various colored faux fur spilling out of a box. When he walked in, he could clearly see all of it, not to mention the two incomplete fursuit heads, one missing eyes the other missing ears (hear no evil, see no evil, mr maintenance guy! XD)

Needless to say, he didn't take very long to patch up the windows. lmfao

So movie night was a success! More people showed up than expected! I'm so glad that we're able to bridge the gap between furs in this city. Although all we really did was watch a movie and socialize, Andy and I are gonna get some board games and come up with ideas for activities to keep meets interesting. If you guys have any suggestions, feel free to pitch them!

Just a few ideas so far are as follows:
- Video Game tournament
- Furry art collab
- A fursuit making workshop (I've got most of the supplies!)
- Bowling/Six Flags/camping/arcade
- Games in the park (Nerf gun wars, paintball, flag football, etc)

Yes, it's officially going to happen!

The beloved and I have settled into our new place and are going to host a weekly movie night for all the furs in the Central Texas area--because face it Waco, we desperately need a local furmeet! I've met quite a few furs here in the four months I've lived here so far, and there are a lot of you who need to meet one another... And that is just what Anders and I are gonna do to get everyone together! :D

Starting Monday, November 3rd @ 7:00 PM and every subsequent Monday thereafter at 7 PM, we will be hosting our weekly furmeet. All furs are welcome to attend! We'll just be hanging out, watching a movie, playing board games, video games, and maybe even go bowling or something. Depends on what the group as a majority decides to do.

Everyone is encouraged to wear their tails! (Or suit up, if you have one!)
