So it's been a while since my last journal, and I was really debating even making this one in the first place but here it goes.

Last week I wound up with my siblings all week, I really don't mind cause I get to see them like 1 week a year without my mother around, as I told a few friends of mine "to say my mother and I have a bad relationship is an understatement close to that of Bill Gates made some money off Windows." Well they had fun while with me, they got to play video games and watch movies that they normally aren't allowed to while at my mothers house, she's one of those 'in depth Christians' so even Harry Potter is off limits to them. I cut work for a day and went to an amusement park with them cause well it's been a while since I last took a sick day and did something for myself. Now my siblings know I have a strained relationship with my mother, one of the reasons they can't tell her about my tattoos cause I wouldn't be allowed to see them until after they turn 18. So they mostly just kick back and relax while here, course they also tend to speak freely about the B.S. my mother says about me and that's always a bit disheartening (ok so really it's depressing) to listen to what she decides to tell others (not just family but anyone that'll listen to her). Well after I brought them back home I was with someone close to me that knows more then my siblings do and they asked me a question that rather threw me for a loop, partly cause I wasn't expecting them to ask such a question and partly cause I really wasn't sure how to respond. I was asked IF my mother ever tried fixing the relationship with me would I be able to put my past behind me. Just got me thinking, I'm not one to blame everything that went on between us on her, I know I didn't do much to help the relationship, but there is a lot that I'm not sure I can really work past. But that's item one that's had me in a mood lately, sadly there is still more.

The other bit that I'm willing to 'talk' about is something else that happened last week. So I told someone close to me that I'm going through some shit in my life and that I wouldn't be my usual self or able to RP cause well I did have family with me and I wanted to spend time with them. I didn't get into details as I'm normally a private person and if people really want to know what's going on they have to pry it out of me, few bother trying so I tend to let things mull over in my head. Basically I asked the person to work with me, in the almost 2 years I've known them I've never asked them for anything and have done a lot to go out of my way to help them. Their response to me was "what have you done for me lately" ... yeah that one comment took me back, considering everything I did for them and never asked for anything in return the first and after a comment like that the only time I ask anything of them I'm basically told that everything I've done to help them means nothing at all. So yeah bit depressing and helped send my mind into this spiral that's been bugging me and continuing to throw my mood off.

Those are just two of the things on my mind, I was going to hit on more but decided not to right now. So, that's all I'm sharing publicly, those of you that want to know more can ask me in private or just skim this piece and move on, doesn't bother me either way.

Which in this case isn't a bad thing.

I found out that my buddy at the track (the one that's been labeling all my photos for me cause I don't know who drives what car) has been telling people to keep an eye out for me so that they can purchase pictures and soon (if I can get everything figured out) mouse pads, coffee cups, and what not. So now my inbox is flooded with questions, comments, and requests (ok more so demands for launch photos) And since I was still figuring timing and positioning at the track I wasn't able to get good photos of everyone I've had a few ask me for samples that I can't supply >.> oops oh well I have informed them that I'll be back up at the track this weekend so I'll hopefully have a bunch more kick ass pics to show off. ... Yeah still storing through the ones from father days weekend.

Oh and since I'm using the already established prices that the professional track photographer has I'm getting like a 50% mark up before I give them their cut of my profits (yeah it's in the contract) With any luck though I'll be able to afford a better camera with a better zoom and faster storage time. So yeah, I'm looking at like a $700+ camera so if anyone has suggestions for a low shutter lag good zoom, decent battery life camera I'll gladly look into them.

So I'm really starting to hate this trend of journals I've been doing on myself lately but this is really getting tiring >.< So my schedule as it's fallen since Friday:

12:15AM Get home from work and crash
6:00AM Get up and work around my house, replacing the kitchen sink and tried to cut the grass but still rainy
12:30PM Head into work
1:00PM till 11:30PM Working, including getting a written warning for almost getting run over by a forklift. Apparently standing out of the way of the lift and having the driver try and hit me means that I shouldn't be in the way, or as I put it: So basically if a pedestrian is on the sidewalk and I jump the curb and run them over it's their fault for standing there with their arms crossed, I'll make a note of that. (yes I actually said that in the meeting where I was given my write up)
12:15AM Home and attempting to crash
12:30AM till 3:30AM Staring at my clock/ceiling frustrated about the write up and an access database that they have me programming (even though making databases isn't in my job description)
3:30AM getting up and getting ready for work
5:00AM till Noon Working ... lovely.

So in the last day and a half I really have no idea how long I've been awake for but I do know it's been for far to long. Looks like my working at home weekend is shot to hell while I try to recover sleep and wonder why I put so much effort into a job where I get blamed for BS. This will be my last rant journal for quite a while cause as I said I'm getting annoyed with making them.

So I completed my night shift and a few things I've figured out.

1. it's a bad idea to have a Pepsi at 9PM if you are expecting to crash after midnight >.<

2. The night shift guys don't like having to report their every action to me, even though it amuses me that they couldn't even get a drink or have a bathroom break until they checked in with me first.

3. It's very quiet in the office when I"m the only one around.

4. I can be even more of an asshole to the night production guys then the day cause they speak even less English >.> not that I'd be one to insult someone with a smile.

Finally: I really hate working the night shift since no matter how late I'm up I still manage to drag my ass outta bed by 6AM

Ok so I really don't do many journals on here at all cause I think I'd bore most people with my rantings and useless updates. This on the other hand is just some things that's been annoying me.

I'm a lead person at a manufacturing plant with ... an amusing name, but more on that another time, and as such I work the house that need the most supervision or extra help. My hours at work constantly change, nothing new there. In the time I've been working for this place I've done 5AM to 5PM, 7AM to 5:30PM, a few 5AM to 8PM, and when it's really slow at work its 9AM to 5:30PM; but they've all been day shifts at least. I was told on Friday that I'd be moving to nights, 1PM till midnight, cause of issues with the night guys. Now it wouldn't be to bad, I get the shift differential and everything but the most annoying part is the time frame cause I can't do much, including sleeping, during the day, before I go into work cause there isn't really that much time; the second thing that really gets me is the fact that it's only for 2 friggin weeks. Basically I'm going on the night shift to kick their asses and tell my boss if we should keep them or can the worthless lot and then going back to days. So by the time my body finally adjusts to being on nights I'll be going back to my 7 to 5:30 days.

Ok I'm done ranting for now, those of you that follow me for the car pictures I was up in Epping NH this weekend taking more drag racing photos and I'll be posting them as I sort through them. I took something like 450 pics and I won't be flooding the site with them all >.<
