I'm coming out of "retirement" ! (Haha I'll never retire IRL...)

I'll be doing basically the same stuff as always, but I want to branch out to other characters too. So this might become a bit less pink around here...but we'll see how much.

I don't think I'll be making things tooooo frequently though, since I do have my other art and some TTRPGs I have to run, but if I can find time to put a pic out I will!

Which brings us to the next point of The Thing! The Thing! Everyone's doing it you know what it is. It's a Patreon paaaage~ weee!
Here's the good news though, it's not a monthly subscription thing. If I make a piece I think is worth charging for then that'll be when the subscription price kicks in. This way I don't have to super stress about splitting my time between all the things I have to work on, and you aren't paying for 'dead air'!

And--perhaps against my better judgment since I do need money kinda badly--Everything I make there is going to be free. \o/
I'll be uploading every completed piece to my profiles as soon as it's done. But I will be hosting polls and posting WIPs for subscribers too, all free ofc, only the art will be 'paid'. But again, that'll be free too.
I'm setting this up to NOT be a monthly thing but instead a per-image system, and you can support me for as little as (well free but) as little as $1 woo one dolla. with more options from $1-$100 because why the fuck not? Do I expect to have people joining for more than $3? fuck no. I kinda don't expect anyone to subscribe. :/

A friend of mine wanted to know how much, when it comes to Vgcats lewds, does being 'on-model' matter to you?

This friend of mine was looking at my art, and while they thought it was the greatest pieces of media they'd ever seen of all time anywhere ever, they asked me why I didn't draw the characters with proportions and style closer to the comic versions.
I told my friend, who is very much the one who asked this question and we hang out all the time, that "well, it's kinda sexier with a bit of diversion from the 'on-model', you can also exaggerate, accentuate, and manipulate a bit easier."

"Plus," I said to my real friend. "You have changes in what is 'on-model' over the course of the series, so a person would have to go through each comic and roughly mark when the models changed to be distinctly different. And if you're doing that you should label them for posterity and ease of file-ment."

I continued speaking to this friend of mine who went to a different school, "But a person doing that would have to be a bit weird and have to have demonstrable signs of those changes. And lets be honest anyone doing that for an old, highly subjective, occasionally edgy, somewhat controversial, early 2000s webcomic about some cartoon cats with a majority focus on the pink one--well that person would have to be tweaked out on Adderall to hyper focus on such a ridiculous thing! And so, what is 'on-model' is basically a choice between say five-ish 'models', and at that point you might as well just do what fits your own art and vision best."

My living existing friend then said "Well, but isn't there some appeal in seeing those characters in the most similar way to what they originally fell in love with?"
"Love is a bit strong dont you think?"
"Liked. Had affection for. Attracted to. Enjoyed. whatever! You know what I mean." My friend said while they rolled their eyes. their uh blue eyes. Yeah they totally have eyes. And they're blue!
"I mean I guess there's appeal there sure. but you'd HAVE to make some artistic liberties....plus their heads are real big, like it's 1/3 of their height...Looks good with clothes and context, but naked?! now that might look weird and unsexy! Which is the whole point. Drawing leeewds, remember?!"

TL;DR
Subjectively, how important, or fun, or appealing, or desired, are 'on-model'(nearly) vgc lewds? Where you could point to any canonical appearance and say "that's hawt draw that! >o<" .... With some..."artistic liberties" taken to 'clean it up a bit' ...
Should that be a thing-thing, or just an occasional, or common, or rare, or never thing?
(also applies to other characters from other series.)

I want to know how much the community desires--leaving style aside for now--accurate as I can manage pics with on-model things like body proportions or character designs (such as from specific pages).
Is the novelty of doing mostly accurate on-model pics worth the time to invest in?


My friend wants to be clear that their question has no additional motive, or anything like that. Nope. Nothing is actually going to happen. They want to insist. Not at all.

I'm still taking commissions but currently, slots are being offered first to subscribers on either my Patreon or SubscribeStar at the links below.

I take Coms usually every 1-3 Months depending on workload. And if there's unfilled slots then those are turned over to non-subs. But slots have always been filled before that has happened. So the best way to get a Com from me is to subscribe and join the pool of candidates when the slots open up. The lowest tier is only $1 a month, which is incredibly cheap for the work I'm doing these days, and gets you at minimum 2 full colored pics a month, line art from higher tiers (if you join discord), select rewards from previous months, LAST month's rewards (for that tier), and a chance at a commission slot. It's a great value.

Sorry, ya'll. Work has got me by the balls and is really just killing any drive I had. I'm simply working too much and just want to relax when I get home.
Plus I'm on some new meds and it's pretty much murdered my sex drive, and when it does come around, I don't want to draw if you get me. I used it to motivate and inspire me during projects. (that's normal, right?)

So unfortunately for the foreseeable future I can't take commissions, and I can't even do the stuff I wan't to do.

If the situation changes... (I'm looking for a new job out of state, but there's my lease and aijdgaihdfvalhg) I'll let you know.

I want to continue doing this and I'm going to really try to get something done. But I'm moody about drawing enough as it is, and life is really not helping that situation.

Howdy ya'll. It's me.

So, here's the situation.

I have a full time job now. I'm working 12hr shifts, so I'm pretty tired when I get home. But every other weekend, I've got a bunch of days off in a row.

I've been roped into being a Dungeon Master for my friends. I love it, but they're being flaky as fuck.

I've been an idiot and started getting back into Warhammer40k. Spent like $500 fuckin bucks the last 2 months, and I've been painting Minis. (Dark Eldar if you're curious.)

Anyway, so those three things have just eaten up my time, since I've been away.

However, with my friends being flaky fucks with D&D I don't need to spend that much time prepping.

40k can wait, that's just a me hobby, I don't have anyone relying on me getting my minis painted (besides the hole in my wallet.) Point is, I can always do that later.

So, really the job is where I'm losing time.


Am I back?
Yes and No. I plan on making images, but at this moment I'm not comfortable taking commissions, as you'd be waiting a long time for them to be done.

When is the next image?
Ehh...sometime. I'd like to have one done soon. It'll probably suck, I haven't drawn anything since I left. So business as usual. Though I do have a nice thing of line art I've been sitting on...maybe I'll just finish that.

*The idea. You gotta tell me what you want. Know that the more you want the more expensive it will be.

This will be mostly about commission changes, but there's actually a lot of things I want to get some feedback on.

First off, I was having a thought about doing some YCH (Your Character Here) stuff.

I don't have any furry characters of my own and thematically I'm somewhat limited to VGC characters, and of those characters Leo is the obvious default. Which is good and bad for several reasons. It's good cause I have a go-to character to be involved, but also bad cause there's not a lot of variety. (Ha ha ha you only draw one thing anywa--yes I know shut up. :p)

I know there's a few people that would like their own characters involved in the images so I'm thinking of doing YCH images.

I haven't given it too much thought, but I was thinking I could do YCH images in place of my regular submissions. Either in-full or every other image. I've seen some people do bids for the character spot, but I don't know if there's enough interest for me to do that. I'll likely just do one for everyone who pays.

So I guess just let me know if your interested. If no one wants their character involved in the image I'll just put Leo in there :/

Commission changes.

I've been thinking about this for a while. I'm cheap. Speaking frankly I think I need to raise my prices a bit. For as much time and effort and put into my work I don't think I'm being fair to myself.

When I first made my commission price list I think I did a fair job, but it's outdated and there needs to be changes. If not exactly raising prices, it's re-wording the details and re-working the prices. For instance. Line art. I think line art takes far more effort than flat colors. But they're the same price. Things like that.

So, I'm going to be making some changes to my commission prices. I hope that this won't dissuade anyone from commissioning me, as I still plan on being pretty cheap.

With these changes comes some additions as well. Along with YCH stuff I'm going to be setting prices for comics.

I don't mean to brag or anything, but when I first started drawing seriously I did comics. First a zombie comic when I was a wee lad, and then a ... well VGC rip-off if I'm being honest.

I feel like I have skills that I should be offering to the masses. Horny or otherwise.

I don't want to go into much detail about it, but I had an opportunity to give pricing on a comic some real thought. So, I'll be adding that to my commissions as well. As a slot that will be reserved. They're huge commitments and I can't be doing more than one at a time.

Other websites.

I've asked this before, but I feel like I need to ask again.

I'm currently on Fur Affinity, Ink bunny, and Weasyl. (And Deviant art but ... that doesn't really count.)

I'm submitted things to Rule34.pahael, too but that's because my stuff has ended up there anyway, and I wanted to sort of endorse it.
(For the record. I don't care. If you have an image board or blog you want to post my stuff too go for it. All I ask is that you tag it as me and link it back if you can. The exposure is good. I don't know if that even needs to be said, but I may as well since we're on the subject.)

Anyway, other websites. These three (FA, IB, Wsyl) are just fine. But they're furry sites and have variable rules on non-furry images, especially pornographic ones. So, is there a site like these ones that is human focused?

I'm not concerned about their rules on furry art, since I'm asking just for the human side of things. I'd like to branch out a bit and do stuff from games or movies, but most have human characters and aren't quite a good match for the sites I'm on currently.

I want to do human stuff because I tried a little bit ago...I cant do it anymore. I suck at doing humans now and I need practice.

Deviant art, last time I checked, doesn't appreciate explicit images. (unless I'm wrong)

Hentai Foundry's admins are apparently really anal about "quality". I'm not sure I'm "up to snuff". So not sure I want to pursue that path.

I could keep uploading to r34, but ehh it's not really what I'm looking for, and they have ads up the ass.

I looked into making a whentai profile too. It's an interesting system they have. Not sure if it's for me though.

I'm not sure I know of any more sites for art profiles. Unless it's those fancy-ass concept art places that make me feel pathetic.

I could make a blog or something I guess...idk though.

Any suggestions for human-focused adult art websites?

I haven't posted anything in a while. Should have had one or two things done since the last image, but haven't.

Why, well, I'm working on a flash animation of this image.

It's built from the ground up, so I've basically redrawn the image as flash assets.

So far it's going okay. It's very simple and speaking honestly it's not very good. I'm not experienced enough, and I've already wished I started off differently. I should have made the assets differently so they could have better functionality.

For example I drew everything with the brush tool. Shouldn't have did that. The lines aren't as clean as they could have been had I used the pencil tool. Figured that out when I had drawn everything. But I'm not going to start over so... it's what it is.

I chose this pic because it's pretty straight forward. There's not a lot of complicated movement needed, and I'm doing this to just learn Flash. (CS5.5 if you're curious.)

Anyway, It's based off old Zone animations. The ones with like 4 buttons, stop-slow-fast-cum stuff. Not going to code a fucking pleasure meter and have buttons unlock. So you can go right to cumming whatever. I'll probably get into more advanced stuff when I do another one. But I don't know what I'm doing so the coding part isn't fun. I've just made a pre-loader and buttons that move you to different scenes. (different being a faster handjob... still different though.)

So yeah, I still need to make a cum scene, an after cum scene, a non-placeholder title screen, probably touch up the pre-loader and make it look nicer, add a background maybe, maybe add dialog, and maybe add sounds. (I don't know where to get sounds and I ain't ripping them from super deepthroat like I've see a lot of people do lol)

So, that's what I've been working on. It's very tedious, which is fine, but with my artwork schedule I don't work on it a lot. My goal is to have it done by the end of the year, but... maybe.

I do plan to add animations to the commission list at some point. I would feel uncomfortable asking for money while I'm so inexperienced. When this comes out and you like what you see, we can talk about it, but I'll take them on a case-by-case basis with heavy asterisking, until I get more comfortable with my ability.

Might make another picture soon. Since this animation isn't really a priority.

The process I have in mind is as follows: (assuming a full color and background picture.)

At the time of the request we will establish a method of communication (Email preferably.) and then communicate the details of the picture (Subject, location, ect. I'm also willing to make a few rough outlines if it will help.) If you don't care and want to leave it up to me that's okay too, but I will need a basic idea. Please communicate anything you want to see at this time.

After the details are decided please provide any reference images. (If costumes, OC, or whatever else.) I may clarify some additional details too.

As of this moment I should have a picture done in about 1-2 days. A week at the most. This may change depending on if there's other commissions or not.

Once the line art is done or near completion I will send you a small sample and we can discuss any changes at that time. (Bigger tits, longer tail, thicker dick, ect) At this stage the first two changes are free. (It's easiest at this point)

If payment has not been received by this point I will stop.

After the line work is satisfying I will add colors and backgrounds.

After I've added color and a background, I will send another small sample and you may make more changes at additional cost. (Priced depending on the scale of the change.)

Once the image is done and payment has been received I will send you a Hi-res .Jpg of the work. (Other formats are okay, just ask.)

You may do whatever you wish with the picture, just please credit me.

I do plan to post the image after a few days, but If you don't want me to please tell me.

This process will vary depending on the work requested.

I want you to be happy with the work so I'd like to be in communication with you throughout. If you want me to leave you alone and just let me do the work that's okay.
