Finally I can have a long long rest until 2/2 after a 10 days guard staying.
But I still couldn't get home before the first day of Chinese New Year,
I was keeping arranging and decorating the Command, that was a really huge work.

Anyway, it is closer and closer to the day I leaving the army at, fantastic!

Since last week, there has been my night-sentry schedule,
it makes me so sleepy, no one would like to get up at 2 or 4 a.m..
Normally soldier can get up late if he was guarding last night,
but I have to digest daily news for supervisors, the compensation is far from me.(sigh)

And I'm the guarding soldier next weekend,
that means I can't have any holiday until 7/22.

I was so busy last week, I even have got fever caused by Tonsillitis.
Though I was sick and very uncomfortable,
I still had to do lots of decorations and artworks, for a big celebration.
That was a really disaster.

Generally, compulsory soldiers only have to work from 6:00 to 18:00,
but I have to start my works from 6:00 to 22:00 EVERYDAY,
the works including sweep, sending documents, printing and arranging information,
preparing food from restaurants, taking photos, doing artworks and even other works.
This is because there are 8 officers I need to serve,
and I have only one partner, but he doesn't have any art technique,
so I have to do all the artworks.

I hope there won't be any celebration next week.

Finally, I've finished my army training, now I can enjoy my vacation until 5/26.
Fortunately I'll be sent to a CG unit in aviation headquarters, I was trying so hard to get vacancy.
So I don't have to do those battle training anymore, I'll be able to just face the computer,
say good bye to shooting training, march, operations training and all the hateful dirty courses.

I have a short vacation about two days,
after this vacation I still have 18 days training in army,
and I'll start my 10 months army life after the training.
Actully it's quite easy to be a soldier in our country,
it also means that our army is very useless.

And I have a big chance to do subsitute service rather than normal army service,
because it seems that I have a heart disease(VPC).
So maybe I can leave the army on 5/5, after I receive my inspection report,
of course, I hope so.

I've just gotten my army command few days ago,
I have to serve as a soldier on 4/21 for about one year,
coincidentally, that day is my birthday,
but it also means I don't have to celebrate my birthday in the army next year.

So I'm sorry for that I can't take any commission or art-trade during this year,
actually this makes me really upset in many ways.
As well, I'll hardly be able to update my FA gallery,
I feel sorry to all of my watchers, but I'll still try to do some artworks on my vacations.

I was a little bit flushed in last two journals,
and didn't explain the whole thing very clearly,
because I think searching and thinking logically are very basic.

I know most people who agree these kinds of regulations, stand for the contention that "(unreality) under age sexual creations will move people to do under age sexual crimes".
But is that true?

In this video,
it shows us that most under age sexual criminals are retarded, and most of them are recidivists,
AND, 70% of them are victims' stepfathers/mothers.

In 1999, Sweden goverment declared that having under age sexual creations is illegal, in that year, the numbers of bestiality cases were rising high.
In 1988, England goverment had been doing the same thing, the numbers of rape cases had risen from 4000 cases per year(1993) into 12000 cases per year(2005).

Oh, and I have to tell you, the definition of "adolescents" in Kanagawa prefecture is "residents under 30 years old", and in some situations, it could be "under 40 years old".

The true reason for moving this regulation, is because there are 138 countries have been declaring that having under age sexual creations is illegal (in their countries),
being a advanced country, Japan must be the same. This is absolutely not based on education, ect..

And you must know what kind of person Ishihara Shintarou, the main pusher of this regulation is.
Here are some quotations of him:

1."French is a language which can't even express numbers well, it doesn't have the qualification to be an international language."
2."The diggist wrong of civilization is bringing old women. Women don't have abilities to breed after menopause, it is guilty and wasting if they keep living after menopause."

And he has an illegitimate child with a prostitute in Ginza, this prostitute is young enough to be his daughter, and he had recognized her, this is not a gossip.

Ishihara Shintarou also wrote a novel "狂つた果実(Crazed Fruit)", and this novel had been made into a movie.
The main content of it is about sexual, violent and turbid actions of adolescents, here's its movie poster: [X]
You can know that this is not a moral novel but a sensational novel.

I can't understand why there are people cheering on this,
maybe they don't understand the circuitous political ecology in Asia,
and do not know the facts, do not know what kind of person Ishihara Shintarou is.
Seriously, pleas totally understand the whole thing before cheer on this regulation blindly.

I'm not approving "real under age sexual creations",
but I can't endure the indistinct and prejudiced regulation which will pressure the freedom of art.
Don't forget, violent, criminal, illegal, "unmoral", "homosexual" and "harmful to adolescents" expressions in comics and animations are also not allowed under this regulation,
and not only selling but also buying or "owning" these things is illegal.

Unfortunately,
this regulation has been passed on 12/13 by the Tokyo parliament.

So, the animations and comics including under age sexual, illegal sexual, homosexual, ect.,
will not be acceptable anymore in Tokyo, not only general but also adult animations and comics will be ruled by this regulation.
(I believe that all people know how important Tokyo is in this industry and area.)

The animations and comics with these unacceptable contents will be grouped into R-18,
and the adult animations and comics will be examined that there are not harmful contents to/about adolescents.

The worst thing is, the standard in the regulation is very indistinct,
so the government can explain and use it in the way which is advantageous to them.
Under their standards, lots of animations and comics creators and artists like me can be group into "porn/R-18/adult creators".
(The main standard of this regilation is "avoiding the expressions which will make adolescents think about sex".)
(If there're two men kissing in a comic, the comic will be defined as R-18;
if there're a couple kissing but they "look" under age in a comic, the comic will be defined as R-18, too.)

I hope you can read the original Japanes regulation,
because I can't translate all of it and express the most ridiculous meaning of it.

What a peaceful, safe and healthy environment for adolescents!
