Hey ya all, again a small update on the current commission workflow.

So far still works out very well.
I am currently all booked out for March (including my birthday break from 14th to 20th) but it also means my backlog is slowly shrinking so the stuffed up weeks should shrink a bit in the future.

If you did have an older sketch commission request from me I didn't get to yet let me know (either here or on my commissions discord account) and I will try schedule those for April - May with some priority to get those out of the way.

Just a quick heads up when it comes to my commissions.
Lately things have been very topsy-turvy and I plan to fix that.

For a while I tried doing commissions Monday - Friday but found some issues with that.
Now I have been trying out a slightly different workflow like this

Monday is a "Maybe" but I usually keep it off.
Tuesday - Thursday I take commissions, I try to do 2 - 3 (depending on the workload of the commission).
Friday is another "Maybe".
Weekends are off unless for some smaller exceptions but those are rare.

This arrangement seems to work better not to burn me out as much and gives more breathing room so I'll be continuing with it for now.

I'm still struggling a bit to get it organized, I sometimes put too many into the same day, but it seems to help with not forgetting or pushing back orders too much.

... oh yea it's the year of the Cow (ox), so happy grazing to all of you ^..^

A bit of an idea I had from doing my Dobeefs and someone wanting an edit of a pic I did for themselves, I may start offering my sketches as YCH like pictures. I'll still keep the originals of course but also let people see if they want their characters in that place.

Art block has me pretty bad this month and has been putting commissions on quite a slowdown.

A very handy tool that lets you Favorite and Save submissions with a single button press, has a feature that allows you to browse though your current submissions while and fac. & save multiple at once just by selecting them.

Tfproxy recently updated it to be more compatible with FA and it now also works on the new page design.


So my recommendation is to go grab it and give Tfproxy a thanks for it ^..^

Hi everyone.

I've been feeling rather art blocked and a bit "stressed out" lately so I will likely take a break from commissions for a while and likely also won't be doing too much new art in general.

I'll let you know when I feel more up to the task again.

Hi everyone.

Since Commissions are slowly going in a better direction it's time I open up more again.

First of lets lay some ground rules as I need to keep to certain limits at least for now.


RULES:
1. For now I'll only do sketch commissions, the quality is what you can find in my monthly sketch posts and my dropbox here

Those are €10 (Euros or equivalent in your currency - PayPal auto converts currencies) base price with additional costs for extra frames, characters, complex images and more detailed props/backgrounds.
Simple coloring, color shading (essentially black and while coloring) and effects for reflections are possible there but they cost extra and I would prefer to keep those at a minimum.

2. Payments are via PayPal and aren't due up front, they will be due after the sketch is done and approved.

3. If you want a sequence I'd like to mostly stick to short sequences, 3 - 4 frames max.

4. 2 characters max is preferred.

5. Know what you want. This may sound strange but I had several people ask me to draw them "something you think I'd like". It doesn't work that way, please have a formed out idea ready.

6. If you want me to draw an existing character have reference. If no drawn refs exist please provide a proper description and references for details you'd want them (like pictures of an animal in question or size references)

7. I have the right to reject a commission, there are topics I do not like to cover. I will let you know if I'm uncomfortable with one when you contact me.

8. For private live streaming PLEASE don't be on a mobile device or at the very least not a smart phone since simultaneously receiving the broadcast and being in the chat is very difficult. I also do NOT use voice chat, all communication is written only.


DISCORD:
Since I am on discord now I can also use this for contacts and private streaming.
I created a discord account specifically for this.
To get the address please contact me via PMs here and put in subject line "Commission" and "Discord" so I know.
I will be available on there to stream when I am set to appear as online, when in Offline mode I am not taking new but we can still discuss commissions.


WORK TIMES:
As mentioned above I will generally be available all times when I am set as online on my Discord. This is commonly all through the work week when I am awake and on my laptop/PC.

If you don't want/can't be on my commissions Discord just shoot me a PM, I can read and cover those at any time.

I do keep weekends off as a rule with very rare exceptions.

Had luck and it was only the power supply being busted, new one is in and it's back up and running.

As the title says my PC sadly stopped working. I suspect the PSU being busted but sadly I don't have replacement parts here so I gave it in to a shop I trust to have it checked out. When they tell my what the issue is I will get the replacements.

Until then my art is sadly on hold too so hopefully I will hear back from them soon.
