Well I know its still a bit 'til Thanksgiving, but I decided to do a journal now since I'm bored. Hehe ^^

I hope you all have a wonderful time. Enjoy some food and family time and have fun! I'll be working on Thanksgiving this year so unfortunately I will not be spending any quality family time this year on Thanksgiving. Oh well, it's what happens when you decide to work in a nursing home. And I'm sure the rest of my family will send food over for me like they have the past two years. :3

Me? I'm thankful that I still have a job and for my amazing family and even more-so, my freaking amazing friends. Without them and their support, I wouldn't be where I am today and I wouldn't be the person I am today. I still have a long ways to go and they are still behind me, pushing me forward every step of the way!

So I've been meaning to make this journal for like 2 weeks or something now. BUT I finally watched the anime Wolf's Rain after being told over and over and over again by MULTIPLE friends that I need to watch it and I finally caved. I know its old (aired in japan in 2002 and in the US in 2004), but I was always too lazy to watch it.

If you like anime, I would suggest that you watch this one. I really loved it. I ended up watching all 26 episodes in 2 days. The plot was decent and I really ended up falling in love with the main characters and their personalities. I really do like how they all differed. But I guess it wouldn't be really all that interesting if they all agreed upon everything now would it?

At any rate, if you do decide to go and watch it, just let me warn you. ALL THE FEELS. If you get attached to characters easily, this is probably going to make you cry. Hell, I knew it was going to be a sad anime and I still freaking bawled like a baby.

At any rate, I hope you like it if you do decide to watch it!

As its getting closer to that time and I'm seeing all these MFF memes and journal posts it makes me even more sad than I already am that I will not be attending MFF this year due to financial reasons. Seriously tempted to just stay off this site for about a month until all of this MFF nonsense finally blows over. Ugh. Can't explain how upset it makes me even though I made the decision not to go. T-T If I couldn't make it this year, I don't know how I'm even going to begin to afford it next year. Gonna have even more bills to pay etc. I really need to go back to school and get a better job. Tired of this crap...

On another note, damn, I need to draw something. Ever since I got Pokemon X and even after I beat it, I havent even been doing random doodles that I used to do everyday. T-T

So, I just recently took my food sanitation class, which was kind of interesting and kind of scary and kind of boring all at the same time. =P It was only like 3 days, but I just took my test today for my sanitation license, and it can take up to 3 months for me to get the results back on this darn thing.

I don't think I would be able to remain sane if it actually takes that long for the results to get back to me. I think I did okay and I can miss 18 questions out of 75 and still pass, but I've definitely had my fair share of thinking that I do well on tests and getting a terrible grade. I really hope I don't have to retake the stupid class. X3

Oh man, haven't been at my computer like, all day. What kind of black magic is this? Pokemon. That's what kind of black magic this is. X3 I spent my entire day off of work playing Pokemon X. Already have 6/8 badges. Mega Lucario and Mega Blastoise. Good times. Hoping to beat the game within a few more days. ^^ So yeah. been a pretty good day. Lol.

Also, watched a little bit of The Walking Dead as well. Just finished like episode 4 of Season 3. Jeez. Still got a lot of catching up to do. It's really hard to do when I'm not normally a person who likes to sit down and watch shows that often. Especially when the episodes are an hour long. Ick. But it's a good enough show for me to keep on watching this long. Although, I haven't heard very reassuring things about season 4. Oh well, I shall continue to watch and make my own judgments when I get there.

Also, hopefully when I beat Pokemon X I shall return to more drawing. I needs more practice. I see hope in my work again, and its making me excite.

So, I'm really excited right about now. Just went and ordered me a 3DS and Pokemon X that should arrive by Friday. :D

I would have just bought them at the store, BUT I just HAD TO HAVE the Pokemon 3DS XL Special Edition which was not sold in any of the stores of the town that I live in, so I had to resort to buying it online. Oh man I'm so stoked!

But maybe I should really calm down on all the buying of the electronics and stuff. Might end up putting myself in debt here pretty soon. :'D

Did a little doodle today, and absolutely love this one. WORLDS better than my cheapy piece of crap that I was using.

I was planning on just playing a lot of ranked in league to try to get to gold before the season ends, BUT I think I may end up drawing. Sounds more enticing at the moment. X3

So anyone here have any idea on what a good drawing tablet to get is? I'm going to have a little bit of extra spending money and was looking for a new one. Probably willing to spend about $100 on ths. Maybe a little more.

The one that I have us pretty cheap and doesn't always work right. That's why I really haven't been doing much digital work lately which I want to change.

So, if you know your drawing tablets, some info would be appreciated. ^_^

So, every time I find something new about Kingdom Hearts III I just always get so freaking stoked. Like this video, its not much, but still gets me freaking excited.

Requests are pretty much always open, but I haven't had any bites lately and I really need a reason to draw. Even though, I'm not the greatest I will give it my best! Just a friendly reminder that I'm open for requests here. =P

Just a short note, I may have trouble with specific poses/expressions, being a beginner artist, but if you have a certain one in mind, I'll give it my best!

So a buddy of mine needed me to watch his kids for a couple of hours cuz the normal babysitter had to be somewhere. I thought, hey, this could be a good time to doodle a little bit. Oh boy was I wrong.

These kids are a freaking handful. I feel like I can't take my eyes off of them for more than a couple of minutes. It's really testing my patience right now. X3

So far I have a circle for the start of a head and thats about it. Haven't been able to do anything art-wise while babysitting. ANYWAY, I'm not so much complaining that I haven't gotten a chance to draw as much as these kids are driving me nuts(even though it may not seem like it right now). I'm so never having kids. =P

Guess I'll just have to draw some more when I get home. I have this really awesome pose that I want to try to draw, but I'm sure I'm going to butcher it horribly and never post it because it's going to have a lot of foreshortening, which is definitely not something that I am good at. x.x We shall see~
