finally paid off my planned payment...
I'm gonna celebrate with a huge bowl of
freshly cooked beef stew, a bag of Malteasers
and my first drink in 10 months ^-^

General | Posted 5 years agoHow did you know they are, getting ready to say 'Goodbye', so to say?
I've had my girl for nearly 12 years now, so I know it's close.
Over the year her fur has been getting matted and messy, and I've
noticed she not walking exactly like she used to, plus recently she's only
been eating about half or less the usual amount I've always given her.
I read up that all these usually happen, but I would like to hear from
those who have gone through this first hand.
To those who have seen me mention my cat before know she became
my emotional support after my mother passed away, how important

last of my monthly payments for
the lens I barely got to use.
3 years this has been as constant
burden on me, a lot of that time
forcing me to barely get by week
after week, month after month.

based him off of me, every single time I get a stroke of
Good Luck, I'm immediately followed by Bad Luck.
I've been good with my money this year (For Once) and
have actually managed to save up and be able to pay off
important stuff, so of course I decided to treat myself and
per-order the new Xbox.
Good Luck, I went online at 8, the second they opened,
and had zero problems getting through and getting my
order placed, unlike everyone else.
So I still have just enough to get by if I'm careful.
Bad Luck, as soon as I get home from work, I come to find
the washing machine has died, which will now cost me a
couple hundred to fix, most likely putting me in the red...
I can never seem to win -_-Want To Do Me A Solid?
General | Posted 5 years agoSadly, I work in one of those place that has Zero Hour Contracts.
For those outside of the UK, that means if there's no work about,
I won't get shifts and not entitled to being paid for having any
time off.
Now, I'm one of the very lucky few where Covid 19 has been a
blessing. Due to all the kids being stick at home and what not,
we've been busier than what we would be like at Xmas time.
So, because the Government and People are stupid, everyone
is more or less going back to their normal lives (For now until
the second wave hits) and sales are going down, meaning we
need to order in less stuff to sell, therefore, nothing for me to do.
On to the fun part!
The place I work is called SkateHut, where we sell tons of Skates,
Skateboards, Scooters, Bikes, and so on. Now if that's not your
thing, we also do Clothing, Bags, Shoes, Heeleys, etc from all sorts
of brands. Not only that, but we heaps of toys, plushies, anime
stuff, the works, with usual discounts on mostly everything!
So the more well sell, the more we buy, the more likely chance
I get work since my position is in Goods In and to fill the warehouse.

General | Posted 5 years agoFor the past few years now, I got stuck paying
more or less £4k after a lot of complicated
matters involving my cunt of an ex-business
partner, and I have been struggling all that time
to meet each payment and have enough to get
myself and my dad by every week.
Finally after all that time, I have £289.47 left to
pay off, the last payment being in November.
I did want to try and save up and just pay it off
before I turn 30 (Which is this Sunday) but for
the first time in those few years, I actually have
enough to pay it in one go AND have enough
for the month to live by without any hassle, but,
I've decided just to hold onto it, pay when I need
to, and not really have to worry if something
happens that I need to toss some money at.
I am literally going to cry when it's all done, this
being one of the major reasons for my depression
to flare up, and it's so nice knowing that huge
weight will soon be off of my shoulders for good!Birthday Next Week...

General | Posted 5 years agoNothing fancy or anything, it's an XP-Pen 3460S and
it's rather small so it's not taking up so much space.
Obviously, I am struggling, trying to look up at the
screen and to not look down at the pad, accidentally
opening up different tabs and such on Photoshop.
I wasn't the best artist in the world to begin with, so I'm
not expecting to be an expert over night, but I'm going
to try and draw as much as I can to try and improve
not only what I am capable of, but to also use the tablet
like it's second nature. ^^
If all this works out, this will help me massively with a
secret project I've been working on for the past year!Help Out A Struggling Artist

bad luck with everything that is going on, and more
and more stuff is piling on to make existing matters worse.

General | Posted 5 years agoFor a few years now I've been tempted to get an Drawing
Tablet, but I get put off getting one due to the price or the fact
that I don't know what I'm actually looking for.
I've always wished I could draw, and it would help me massively
bring a ton of my concepts to life if I could actually sketch them
out and have a real visual of them.
I've always been an Editor first, I can take something that exists
and turn it into something else, but that can only go so far, for
example, all my Adopts and the couple of images I've just uploaded
are all done completely by mouse, which obviously has limitations
So just curious, if you were to recommend an Art Tablet to someone
new, what would you guys suggest?Getting Pissed Off...
General | Posted 5 years agoFor the past week or so, I have been in full support of the BLM Movement,
doing what I can by sharing news on social platforms, then they began
over here in the UK, still doing what I can to get the word out as I have Black
friends who I cherish deeply, as well as friends in the Police who I know would
never resort to any sort of violence, but from what I've just seen from today's 'Protest'
down in London, I can say I am utterly pissed off and feeling sick.
Rioters ATTACKING Police Horses...
Throwing rocks, bottles, a bike, A FUCKING BIKE at them, innocent animals
who have no idea what's going on being badly hurt by fucking idiots...
Horse are my 2nd Fave Animal (Lions 1st Obvs) and for a few reasons, one
being I'm a Horse in the Chinese Zodiac, two being that my IRL name means
Lover of Horses (Yes, I know the irony, and you can figure out the name
yourself) and three, they are just purely majestic creatures that should no
longer by used for 'our' entertainment and uses, it's 2020 for fuck sake, and
for the love of me I can not figure out why the police here still use horses
in this day and age, both parties are to blame!!!

just need to try and figure all this stuff out ><
Since I'm short on pay and have more free time than
usual, I thought it might be a good chance to try
and get some donations and what not to help me
get by, only problem is the only game I'm really
playing right now is Monster Hunter World: Iceborne,
and I've already done more or less everything I want
to do on it -_-

General | Posted 6 years agoAbout time, but I had a call yesterday for an
Interview next week at some Go Karting place.
This should hopefully work well for me, it's
literally down the road from where I currently
work, part time so I can make up what ever
hours I'm missing, as well as a bus stop right
in front of the place if I feel lazy and not want
to cycle (The cycle back home is a nightmare)
Hopefully it all works out, I really can't afford

behind Danganronpa after the team concluded the series
and went to start up new projects.
I'm a massive fan of DR, from the art, the music, the story,
everything about it really (I'm even in the middle of watching
a DR2 Blind Lets Play WHILST Re-Re-Re-Re Watching the
complete DR: End of Hope's Peak Series as I'm typing this)
As for Lethal League, as fun as it looks, I've ever watched the
guys at Achievement Hunter play it, despite it pressing a lot
of my buttons.
So if you happen to be a fan of both, I'd highly recommend
to you a new game coming out by the Artist of Danganronpa;

searching, and I've just recently come across a new anime
called 'Ishuzoku Reviewers', and thought it might be
interesting to give something similar a try.
Dante has been around the block more than you can
imagine, and I used to RP with everyone and anyone, so
he's had his fair share of interspecies fun, both guys and
girls, so perhaps if you guys list a certain species he could
do a review on them in a similar style to me 'I'm Not Lion'
AMA thing I did a few times way back?

and told that it's going to get to the point I MIGHT get
a day or two to work and and there, which is pointless.
So I need to start looking for another job asap, and I'm

I got paid today a lot less than I thought I would for this month,
and with me being the only on being able to bring money into the
house I just can't afford to lose any money.
I only found out just before Xmas that I was on a Zero Hour Contract,
meaning no work, no pay, and it seems like no Holiday pay for Xmas
& New Years -_-
It's just me and my Dad, how is on Universal Credit, so he barely gets
anything, plus the Government has decided to take away his Disability
Benefits, claiming he's perfectly fit for work (Despite the ever growing
list of health issues he has) so what we do get isn't a fat lot, so these
Adopts would help massively if they are to sell.
I would appreciate some sort of feedback, what kind of Adopts would you
not only like to see, but also consider buying, etc
