So as I said in my last journal, I am not really one for doing these things all the time. But I am sitting up at 5:45am and trying to process everything that has gone on today.

If you read my last journal you saw that my mom has been in the hospital since xmas eve. And the sad part of it is she was doing so much better all of a sudden. And then I ended up getting the call that rocked my world and put up at this hour typing this up to just try and work through my feelings and get things out.

At 5:30pm tonight my mom flat lined and coded. I lost her. For those that have never lost a parent let me tell you, it is the worst experience in the world. Especially if you are the one that has to make the decision to stop everything. I made the hardest decision in my life tonight to do that and I don't wish that on anyone.

My mom and I didn't always get along but she was my best friend. I will miss her every day for the rest of my life. She was my go to for all things. And now thats gone and I am left picking up the pieces and trying to figure everything out. I will admit in the process I am learning my mom was a pack rat and kept every sort of paper with her name on it.

The only good thing out of this so far is I now have two of the best angel's in heaven watching over me. My mom and my dad. RIP Mom you are missed dearly

So I have to say I normally use FA for the normal reasons. Fursona meme's, to like art and to get artwork of myself and my mate. But then it occurred to me, why should that be the only reason I use FA. I really don't care who takes the time to read these things or not. But this is something I need to do for my own health and well being.

As those I am close to on here know, I live with my mom and mate. My mate and I both do our best to take care of her in every way we can as she is on Kidney dialysis 3 times a week. Goes to numerous doctors, and since I was 14 has had 8 different heart surgeries. So needless to say my mom is one tough cookie.

Well those that I talk to on a regular basis either via skype or Second Life know that on xmas eve my mom was rushed to the ER for vomiting and stomach pain. We all figured it was a virus or food poisoning of some kind. So we didn't think too much of it when they admitted her to keep a watch on her since she is older. She was due to be discharged the one day, ended up developing a fever, her blood pressure dropped and her heart rate spiked. So 2 days after being admitted and getting ready to come home she was now in the ICU.

ICU. It's a scary word for anyone with a loved one there but they said it was easier to watch her there with more nurses to closely monitor her. I was devastated. Was on the verge of total mental breakdown. Then she calls me to tell me she was giving up on everything. Stopping treatments and the like. When all you have is the one parent left, hearing this throws you into crazy town. Begging, pleading, denial all that flashes through your head. I even started to contemplate my own way out of this world because without her I didn't see a point. So on top of all this my depression spiked hard.

I finally was calmed down and cut to today when her heart doctor himself calls me and says she is coming out of ICU and going to a regular room. That she is much more stable. So either sometime this evening or tomorrow she should be in a new room.

There are a few people specifically I want to thank for being there for me the most during all of this...

1. ~ My mate and rock who kept me strong and away from all damaging things. I know she didn't sign up for half of the crazy bullshit she has put up with over the last 3 almost 4 years. But I will say this, without her I would not be here at all.

2. & ~ Without the two of you I would be a total mess as well. You both made it a point to stay up to insane hours with me. Make me laugh. Do whatever it was within your power to make sure I thought of nothing but positive things. I seriously love you both for it. Thanks so much for being there like family should be.

3. & ~ You both have always been there for me for the past 3 years. You are the best big brothers a girl could ever ask for. Letting me bitch and rant and even cry. And RZ for letting me put bewbs on him when he goes afk hehe. Love you both and thanks so much

Well thats all for my rant/vent. Just felt like saying thanks to those that really stood by me when I needed them the most. Love you all, and for those who I also consider my SL family and all our late night debauchery...thank you. For everything you all do
