So, I'm considering opening myself up (as well as my mate) for traditional badge commissions. It would be a collaborative effort between myself and my partner, so of course I will have to further discuss it with her, but I wanted to know if anyone would be interested.

The last three are smaller ones, a little bigger than my palm, but not quite the size of my hand, and the first linked badge is about, oh.... 5-7 inches tall? (totes guessing)

We'd be offering full colour, flat colour, and line art badges of both busts and head shots. Line art badges would be between $6-8 depending on the difficulty of the character, flat colour badges would be between $8-10 depending on the difficulty of the character, and full colour badges would be between $10-12 depending on the difficulty of the character.

We'd be shipping the badges to your home once they were finished, I should mention. So as long as you're in the States you're good to go.

I had a dream that someone was stealing other people's artwork on here. They'd have two artworks side by side submitted as one whole submission piece, like they were just photoshopped next to each other, and in their comments they said they were just 'trying something new' or some other bullshit. Anyway, they had two of my pieces, one of them was this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7618379/ which is a commissioned piece.

People were commenting and calling them a thief, etc etc... I'm still not sure if it was a dream or if this actually happened, so if you see this picture anywhere but in my gallery or in the woman's gallery who commissioned me, please report it and let the thief know just how terrible and useless of a person they really are.

I went hunting very briefly and nonchalantly for all of 1 minute and didn't find anything, so it probably really was just a dream. But that doesn't mean that it couldn't happen. I've had dreams that came true later before. I'm really just trying to protect my commissioners as well as my own work. So, while I'm not asking for a witch hunt, I do ask that if you happen to see it anywhere where it should not be, let me know and then give that person the finger. :)

My photoshop Bamboo Tablet pen has disappeared somewhere into the abyss that is this Universe. (yes, I'm completely serious, it's fucking gone) It evidently has been gone for some days now. So here is my proposal. I will be doing detailed line art and cell shaded headshots, sort of like badges, for $10 a pop. Any character you want, be it for you or for a friend, I'll make it for you. I give permission to each buyer once the piece has been purchased to print and laminate their headshot or badge if my customer so chooses. (if you don't know, Office Depots, Office Maxs, and possibly even Walmarts are good places to get things laminated. Just ask an associate) I only ask that they not be resold once purchased.

I have a male cat, he's young, about 1 year old, a Russian Blue, not fixed, and he's got a bathroom problem. Now, he's not spraying. Both myself and my mate know what that looks like and he's not doing that. He's literally peeing... and apparently now shitting, on anything and everything in the house that smells like my mate.

I'm not even kidding.

He knows where his litter box is and always has access to it easily. He even uses his litter box like any normal cat. But despite this, he insists on going to the bathroom on my mate's clothes, blankets, pillows, etc etc etc.

We used to have a lot of clothes on our bedroom floor cause we're lazy when we go to bed and just throw them there. We also kept Loki (the cat) locked in our bedroom so he wouldn't fuck around in the house. That was a fine routine for MONTHS. We'd let him out when we woke up and he'd go to the bathroom without a hitch, nothing anywhere outside of his litter box. Even after we moved to a new house he continued to behave just fine. Even after we moved his litter box into the bathroom from our bedroom, he still behaved correctly and went there to relieve himself. But eventually he started to pee on Gabrielle's stuff. A pair of pants, a shirt, a sports bra, anything like that. Then eventually it continued, and so we started leaving the bedroom door cracked so that he could get in and out whenever he wanted. We figured that he just couldn't hold it until morning anymore, so we tried to accommodate. But that apparently wasn't the issue. So then we started locking him OUT of the bedroom at night so he couldn't get in while we were sleeping and pee on our shit. (most of it was Gabrielle's. He really wasn't peeing on my clothes) But that apparently didn't help. We'd go out to a park or something (due to the recent weird-ass weather) and come back and find he'd peed on more clothes.

Or so we thought.

Apparently he wasn't doing it while we were gone. We found on that we were home when he did it. He'd be fine all day. He'd function normally in our absence. But things would start to wind down, our room mate would go to bed, my mate and I would watch Scrubs or Spartacus or some movie and while w were in the living room, he'd to into our room and urinate. Literally, just the other day, we finally went to bed and found that Loki had peed on Gabrielle's PILLOW this time, because we had removed all the clothes from the floor to try and prevent him from peeing on them anymore. We removed the pillow from the bedroom and took it to the tub (we have no washer and dryer, btw, so you can see why this peeing issue is really becoming a serious problem, no?) Absent the pillow, the next day he decided it was a great idea to pee on our comforter. Our mother fucking comforter. So now that's dirty too. This morning, when our room mate was up getting ready for work, he saw Loki trying to take a shit on Gabrielle's already peed on pillow, which was a few FEET from the cat's liter box, the path to which was completely clear, btw. So our room mate threw Loki into the bathroom and locked him in there. We let him out when we finally wake up, and he's ripped the brand new roll of toilette paper to shreds. He'd done that before too, and knows he's not supposed to.

So, any suggestions? Because this is getting fucking ridiculous. He won't go to the bathroom on anything but my mate's stuff and in his litter box. (it seems he now prefers to go on clothes and blankets though, the ass hole) Please please help. We don't know what the fuck to do with him.

I won't start on a commission until I receive payment. However, if you need to pay me in installments we can work something out.

~Do you ever do any discounts?

I will be doing discounts around major holidays, yes. There might be a few sales spontaneously throughout the year, but those will be at my discretion.

~What's your turn around like?

I do what I can to get my commissioners their art pretty quickly, but it really is a case by case basis. If I can, I make it my goal to get their work back to them within a week. With some projects, though, that just isn't going to happen.

~If someone commissions you and then half way through decides on something else or scraps the whole thing altogether, what do you do? Is there a refund?

If my commissioner wanted some changes made, I would make them so long as I haven't started the colouring process yet. (this goes especially for traditional art) If they cancel the project altogether, I either scrap the piece or change it into something I could use; make it a personal piece. But they would not receive the artwork nor would they get their money back if I've already started and am beyond the sketch stage.

~What are your boundaries? What won't you draw?

Porn. Sensuality and nudity are completely acceptable, but I will not put intercourse in my art. I also won't do fetishes, like scat, vore, and certainly not anything related to sexualized children or youthful characters. But if you're looking for a naked pic of your character, I'll draw it. :)

~What about your style? Doesn't that hinder your creativity?

Not at all. I stick to anthro art if I'm not working with humans, as opposed to furry art. However, if the furry style is completely mandatory I will draw it.

~What's the difference between furry and anthro?

Furry remains closer to its human side, whereas anthro remains closer to its animal side. Anthros are digigrade, (meaning their legs are structured and jointed like that of a cat, dog, or horse, and they only walk on the balls of their feet) while furries are plantigrade (meaning the whole foot touches the ground and the legs extend straight up and down, like humans) Furries tend to have full heads of hair, like humans, whereas anthros either have no hair on their heads at all, or have native-looking, stylized hair growth. (think of a natural wolf. it doesn't have bangs and curls)

~Do you draw breasts on your characters then? Doesn't seem like an anthro thing.

I will and I do, but not all the time. Personally, I like both styles and understand arguments for both sides. No animals in the wild have breasts like humans except maybe apes, so to put them on an animal character doesn't make sense. However, these characters are not completely animal and do have human attributes, so breasts are plausible.

~I noticed your price sheet does not include character sheets. Does that mean you don't draw them?

Nope. I can do character sheets for anyone who asks. Just make sure that you provide me with plenty of details and visual references, if you have them, of your character. No use making a ref sheet that's inaccurate. I charge $18 for a basic sheet, which includes one full-body shot, stats and brief literature on the character, and three accessories or weapons that the character might regularly carry. For additional features, like multiple head shots, extra accessories, genitalia, and multiple full-body views, I charge an extra $3 per feature.

~I've heard about a dragon species, Deep Space Dragons. Do they belong to you?

Though I have a lot of them in my gallery, no, they do not belong to me. They belong to my mate,  gabrielle-wolf

~Can I have one of my own?

Sure. Just make sure you do your research if you're going to design your own. If you don't want to design your own, you may commission either myself or Gabrielle to create one for you. This gives you the rights to your new character, the ability to post our art or the dragon anywhere online (so long as you credit the species to its creator), use it in RPs, and make new art or have new art commissioned featuring the dragon if you choose. If you want to commission either Gabrielle or myself, Gabrielle charges $25, and I charge $20. This gives you a flat colour, single view piece. Another option would be to adopt a dragon. ~What is a therian?

A therian is someone born with the soul of an animal within their vessel. It can be any animal from anywhere around the world. A therian does not choose their theriotype, though. That is something they must discover. It is nothing like having a fursona. You cannot just decide to be a fox or another animal because you like them. It takes meditation and soul searching to truly understand what you are, if you are a therian at all. Not everyone is, but it is something you are born as, not something you become later in life. (however, you might not be aware of it immediately. I for one did not know until very recently, and I am 20 years old)

Well, the internet is a good place. Just be sure not to confuse a therian with a lycanthrope. Parenting question, if any of you are 'qualified' to answer. (I know a lot of parents like to say that you can't understand parenting and don't get an opinion of the subject if you've never had a child, but don't forget that we were all kids once, some of us with dysfunctional parents, so we actually DO have a clue, so get off your damned high horse)

I digress... Okay, my questions for parents are as follows:

1.) Do you believe that your child deserves the world and should get whatever they want? Or do you believe that it's perfectly acceptable to tell your child no and make them understand that neither you, nor the real world, will be at their beckon call at all times to tend to their desires?

2.) When your child misbehaves, what do you feel is an appropriate punishment? Do you ignore the issue and do nothing? Do you give them a consequence appropriate and equal to their lack of good behavior? Do you tell them no and then figure that is enough?

3.) If you have a child and you find out they're being bullied at school or otherwise outside of your home, how do you handle the situation? Do you just let your child handle the issue on their own regardless of how much time goes by before the problem is resolved? Do you get directly involved and verbally attack the bully? Do you consult the bully's parents? Do you do your best to keep your child from interacting with the bully?

4.) Do you believe children under the age of 16 should be able to have cell phones and/or credit cards?
