Posted a month agoI created a paid subscription on Boosty and it has Telegram chat. On Boosty you can find a monthly personal sketch packs (some of sketches have never been published anywhere before), high-resolution artwork and sometimes .psd files of my work. In Telegram chat, in addition to everything available on Boosty, I will publish 18+ content (unique and public), as well as rare discounted commission slots and unique and/or experimental types of orders (e.g., stickers, sketches, etc.). BUT I should warn that chat mostly on Russian language and mostly with Russian speakers at the moment. Still, me and some of other subscribers can speak English so you'll not leave without translation if you'll be interested in something.

Question to YCHs participants #2
Posted 2 years agoWell, in the previous journal most of the people has nothing against auctions without AB. Now another question.
How do you feel about auctions where two characters/two slots sales as one? Not "red slot" and "blue slot" as it was earlier in my YCHs, but the whole art as YCH with two characters?
I want to point out that I have nothing against split payments or two payments from different peoples in that case.

Thinking of rebranding
Posted 4 years agoNot actually full rebranding, just separating my own artworks from commissions artworks ot something like that. Still there's a lot of stuff uploaded here. And a lot of watchers (omg almost 5500 thank you guys! you're amazing uwu). I don't want to delete this. And don't want to left it as it are. As I say on my Twitter, my nickname (DarkArlett) means too much for my own projects and says absolutely nothing about me as artist. I'm not sure I want to people find something that is not connected with my project by the name of the protagonists of the story. But I also don’t want to delete, change or clean something from the gallery, and it literally puts me in a dead-end situation.
It's might be the way easier if FA had some possibility of nickname change like on deviantart or twitter ugh.

You can't even imagine how all these words help me a lot. How much strength and motivation it's give me. Thank you very much for everything! You are trully amazing <3
As to me, I'm pretty inspired to make a few attempts to change something in my art. Just let it happen and no matter would it be succesful or not. I will try anyway.

Some thoughts (pretty depressive lol)
Posted 4 years agoI don't even know why I am writing about this here. Probably, I need someone else to speak out except Shai who's already much loaded of my depressive thoughts (I'm so sorry dear ;_; ).
Now I find myself in a kind of deep creative impasse. I'm not happy with the way I draw now. I'm very tired of the same themes that I put on the canvas. Happy dragons and vibrant palettes are not what I really want to tell the world through my arts. But all of this has already clung to me like a stigma that I cannot get rid of.
I even thought about creating a new account, making a new name, and forgetting about actual as something distant. Of course it's not possible.
I'm afraid to change the direction of the drawings abruptly. I'm afraid to experiment with style because I think most of it will fail. I'm afraid all these attempts will fail. I'm afraid of losing myself in this attepts (and afraid of loosing my watchers too haha).
I mean, no one will like it if I suddenly move from light, lighthearted arts to something serious or even heavy. Whatever one may say, the support of people from outside is very important to me. Your support is important to me. My watchers is so amazing peoples and I can't afford to let them down. But it feels like this is just somehow an endless circle of fears and regrets and I see no way out of it. And leaving everything as it is now is unbearable. I don't know what to do and how to be.
What should I do...
