A little while ago my iPod nano went through the washer and dryer. After a week or so of letting the poor bastard sit in a bag of rice, I decided it was time to start saving cash for a new one. Fast forward to earlier this week: After raising some money from working weekends at the Renaissance Faire, I got a new iPod, a 32 gig touch that's big enough that I'll be honestly surprised if it winds up going through the wash on accident.

This brings me to the second part of this; see, while browsing for free apps in the Apple Store I happened to spot a little something, that something being a smaller version of Five Nights At Freddy's. I'd seen a few Let's Plays and gone to bed glancing around the darkness in abject horror from the paranoia watching those videos bought, and as such I still have no idea what prompted me to by it.

I'm on Night 2, and I keep exiting the app because I get scared. I haven't even technically lost yet, I just get unnerved as hell to the point where I worry I'm going to throw and break my shiny new doodad.

So yeah, highly recommend it to anyone who likes horror games. I'm gonna go die a little inside as the image of Bonnie staring from a doorway burns its way into my soul.

Heh heh, awesome. This is my happy memory for the day; it's been a pretty great day, don't get me wrong, but this video just holds a real special place in my heart. It's charming, a happy memory of times when I didn't tend to overthink things or dwell on the future or countless other uncertainties.

Side note, I've got an interview for a job at Walmart tomorrow, and another weekend working the Ren Faire Saturday and Sunday. Just gotta remember my 30 minute break. Seriously, I'm bad at remembering or reminding myself. Certainly doesn't help that my little martyr complex kicks in with the asshole voice in my head saying, "Come on, the other's are working the stand all day, you're just pulling five hours, tops."

I am feeling weird. I think this might be one of my moments of brief mania. I don't know for sure, I'm not experienced in mania or psychology so I don't know technical terms for stuff but I'm suddenly very alert and anxious and kinda wanting to type random stuff. Maybe I'm just bored, that's entirely possible, but then I shouldn't be so anxious.

Also, got a Walmart interview Friday, then working Ren Fair weekend. Hooray for ren fair! Just gotta not be so nervous. Damn I want a drink, like some vodka and more vodka and grenadine in a tall glass of milk. With a dash of Kahlua. Tasty stuff. Very good. I'm almost drooling now. Fuck I can't focus.

Been drawing lately. Special thanks to anniekitty for letting me use her scanner the last time we hung out, it allowed me to upload some of the pieces I had made at the time, plus I got to give her the hard copies of the stuff I did for our trade.

Seriously folks, she's really nice, does good work and is amazing with colors, plus she has reasonable commission prices. Also, she sells KANDI! That's KANDI with a K and an I. But yeah, she does lots of cool stuff. She's cool, kind of like another sister.

I am really just typing this straight from my mind. If I could transcribe some of the voices I was reading this stuff in, I'm sure that it'd be an even longer journal. Side note, there's a piano playing in the house, it's nice. I'm really twitchy when I lie on my belly. Am I nervous? Possibly. I have no idea what my classes are like tomorrow. I think some of them might be cancelled but I don't really remember. Also, may have a late night club meeting. Also, holy fucking crap it's only 5:31? I thought it was like six or seven already. GAAAAAAAh.

I've been rediscovering my mania for Starcraft, My Little Pony, and Fanfiction. To this end I'm drawing stuff like smut, powered armor, and scritching out little written bits and bobs. Seriously, it's fun but at the same time my brain has too many ideas.

It's occurring to me that this is likely not a fit of mania. Far too controlled, plus I'm still generally spell checking myself as I go. Then again, I'm an astoundingly coherent drunk texter to the point where I'm actually more grammatically and spelling attentive when I text drunk. As well as more rambling.

Seriously, I am craving some booze. I don't think anyone would mind, but at the same time it's a slope I'd like to avoid slipping down; I enjoy a strong drink every once in a while, but it's a school night for god's sake! Unless I don't actually have class tomorrow in which case I'd be blowing a chance to drink hard and sleep in late.
