I've come to realize that what I expected out of this site wasn't entirely what it was intended for- I came here with the intention of just making money and in doing so failed to realize what is probably the most important thing for any artist, that being passion. And because I didn't come here with the purpose of enjoying art, I didn't enjoy my stay. or at least that seems logical to me.
So I missed out on meeting great individuals and a really neat community (well, for the most part haha)
so I'm giving FA another shot, and am high-tailing it to a fresh profile with the intention of sharing my work for the sake of being able to do so. Profits will come second, or third, or perhaps not at all. I'd like my main concern to be simply sharing art.

and though I won't be extremely active (I have a hard time keeping up with numerous sites) I'll be making sure to read any and all feedback and try to post about as regularly as I do on my Deviantart- with the exception of my pixel work.

I'd like to extend my deepest apologies to all those watching me on here - I'm no longer comfortable having my art on FA, especially with the recent IMVU takeover, having had bad experiences with both sites.
I'm now moving permanently to Deviantart for the time being, though I'll still check back every couple months here to favorite art and whatnot -
I may also start being active on weasyl, and if that does happen, I'll be sharing the account with those on here, since I know a lot of FA people have weasyl accs too
again, I'm sorry for jumping ship here ;w;
you guys are lovely, so it had nothing to do with any of my watchers, just personal issues with the site(s) and some community people.

I should probably put forth more effort to be on here more than once every month or two woa

eh, I'm 'leaving' FA; or rather, taking down all my art and simply making this a watching account.

I was told this place was great for getting commissions but even people with prices twice (or many more times) higher than mine, and far less quality are getting oodles of cash.
hell, even people at my skill level who have been here for a couple weeks are getting tons of commissions while I can't sell something for $4....
I've been here for about a year, never got a single commission, nobody ever bought my adopts, and any trades I've done here have gone horribly awry.
Love the art people post, there's a lot of amazing artists I can only see here, but I've just never once had any luck here whatsoever with my own art, so I see very little point in keeping it up. if someone wants to see my art, they can go to DA for that.

I'm not asking for pity, nor comfort, nor encouragement, I'm just stating my reasons for quitting because I personally find them quite valid. k. I'm done here,
