Oh, how good it feels to finally type that out.
The year has finally passed. My not-so-voluntary 12 months of military service have come to a close and I can finally return to the regular way of life. It's honestly unbelievable.
There are no words out there to describe just how much I missed all of you. This year has been tough. It's not easy, being detached from everything and everyone you cared about for such a prolonged period of time, especially with how much of a disaster 2022 turned out to be.
I'm back, though. Back safe and sound. This little chapter of my life can be closed shut and forgotten as if it was a bad dream.
I also cannot thank all of you enough for the continued support and appreciation of the work I've put out. It really helped me through some of the rougher days.
So... what now?
I'm slowly but surely getting accustomed back into regular, everyday life. It's kind of amusing how much we're taking this all for granted.
Having adjusted back, I'll get back to the thing I love doing most, drawing. Got a lot of ideas boiling up in that head of mine, lots of fun concepts to explore and, hey, I've got a lot of fun T.A.D. related content to work on. I'm sure you'll love it. Also, it's worth mentioning that I've done some scribbles here and there throughout the year and, perhaps, I'll share those if you're interested.
However, at the moment, after a year with basically zero income, I'm in the awkward spot of needing money. That brings me to the topic of opening up for commissions, buuuut.. stuff's not as simple.
About commissions
I'm sure you all are well aware about what's happening in the world. Current world events made it so most services and businesses have pulled out from my home country, Russia. Thus, talking about commissions and whatnot is inherently awkward, seeing as I currently don't have any reliable ways of getting money from customers.
This is where I have to ask for your aid. If any of you people have any ideas of what could be used instead of the handy PayPal I've been using before, I would love to hear all about it.
Help is very much appreciated, seeing as figuring out how to get paid for my work again would help me regain footing immensely. I'd also just love to be able to dedicate more of my time to drawing in general.

Since the Internet landscape isn't quite as easy to traverse for me nowadays, I'll be forced to give way less attention to my profiles on sites like InkBunny and Furaffinity. Accessing anything is somewhat of a chore and I don't see myself jumping through 20 hoops for every site every time I want to post a status update or something of the sort.
DeviantArt functions relatively fine, so it will be my "main" site for the time being. I'll write journals here, post updates here, showcase my art here, dump sketches, scribbles and all that jazz. If you want to keep an eye out on what I'm up to, do follow me on DeviantArt.

Posted 4 years agoWell, the time has come. I'll be leaving tomorrow morning and, from then on, I'll be gone for around a year, going through my army service.
I thank you all for the support I've recieved and all the encouraging words from you have definitely helped to set the mood right (or as 'right' as possible, at least).
More likely than not I'll have no access back to all of you until the year has passed. I'll most definitely miss all of you and am already looking forward to the time I return to catch up on stuff from the community.
If anyone's worried about the lot of my characters being stuck in a limbo for the next year - you're more than free to entertain them by featuring the characters in your works :)

A bummer, but mainly my fault for not thinking my icon and banner were, probably, a bit too much. Hopefully I'll get it back as it's a pretty handy page.

A YEAR-LONG HIATUS INCOMING
Posted 4 years agoUPD: I got a little clarity regarding my leave. Supposedly, I should get to stick around till the end of November.
Many of you might be curious as to why there's little to no activity on the page lately. I think it's time for me to explain myself.
More likely than not, very soon I will be forced to go on a year-long hiatus. There's nothing I can do about it.
You see, there happen to exist some select countries that have mandatory army service. I happen to live in such a country.
Needless to say, this sucks.
Over time, I've grown to be fairly neutral about the topic. There's not much I can do, so I might as well make best of the time I got. I will try to finish at least another picture before leaving. Can't be too certain on it, though.
Whenever I'll get the exact dates of my leave, I'll be sure to confirm the hiatus on here. For the time being, take care, you all.

The Ancient Desires - QnA!
Posted 4 years agoA couple days ago, "T.A.D." finally turned into "The Ancient Desires" as all 7 members of the group have been officially revealed publicly. Been quite the journey.
"The Ancient Desires" is, basically, a story I'm working on. Story with it's own numerous characters, realms, conflicts - you name it. Basically an AU I'm thoroughly working on.
The basic concepts of the whole deal are explained and the character backstories are detailed to the extent I find to be most suitable for the time being... yet, considering how expansive my writing is and keeping in mind the fact that I love to forget certain things, believing them to be publicly-established information, when in reality it couldn't have been further from the truth, I'm open for doing a QnA of sorts.
If you've got any questions regarding certain aspects of T.A.D. or just curious about this or that or anything-what-so-ever, feel free to ask me down below!
I'll do my best to provide a satisfactory response. Of course, I can't quite spill all the beans, so there's always a chance you'll get a "Woohoo, you'll see someday probably, heeheehee~" kind of a reply, but that's how this sorta stuff goes.

There are some thoughts lingering around my mind and I thought I'd share them with you, all while asking for your opinion on the subject.
Creating a Pick Pack of sorts is something that's been on my mind for ages now. Putting extra effort into a couple special pictures and selling them as a bundle. Couple alts there, couple alts here. All the good stuff.
The reason you're here is that I feel like I'm finally ready to actually work on one. However, before that, of course, I'd love to get some feedback on the prospect from each and every one of you. After all, if there's absolutely no interest, then why put a ton of time and effort into making something?
A couple things to point out.
I do realise that the idea of sectioning off some artwork behind a paywall is not exactly appealing, considering I do most of my artwork for free. That being said, however, I do want to stress that these hypothetical pictures will go beyond what I usually do effort wise. Can't tell what a potential price'd be because I don't have a complete idea of how it'll look.
Of course, the primary reason for doing this would be getting some finances out of creating art, which I mostly do for free thus far. Making art is something I'd like to be able to make a living off of, and this might just be the first step to drawing that closer to reality, since I can't exactly keep something like Patreon up at a consistent enough pace. Commissions are, of course, great but I'm not available to do them 24/7, so something like an item for sale does sound rather appealing.
All of that out of the way, looking forward to see what your thoughts on this are.

Haven't been using Furaffinity much. Should probably due something about it and roll out a little update thing to let all of you know what's been on my mind lately... and, well, honestly, not just "lately" :3
This page has already surpassed 200 watchers, which really warms up my heart. It bring joy, knowing that people like the stuff I'm doing on here, even if I'm not doing a good job at keeping things frequent.
Of course, you're not following this page for some rare journals, you're doing it for the occasional art that comes up here and there. Now let's talk about that, shall we?
Most of the time I've been mostly silently putting out pics of characters bound all nicely. Mostly official characters from media, that is. Of course, sometimes I focus on someone else's or, well, my OCs. And it's something I want to change... the ratio to be exact.
For the longest time ever I have been working on some concepts of mine, some characters and ideas... and I've been... unsure about putting them out to the public. The thought still worries me to an extent, but, considering how long I've held onto the said concepts already, I think 2020 is finally the time to start revealing them... and a little faster than a character or two per the entire year.
Now, I'm aware some of you might not be interested in that. And it's ok. The thing is, I feel like I can't just sit and draw fanart until I'm unable to. I really want to branch out and try showing off more creativity here and there. Worry not, the kinks aren't leaving anytime soon :3

Some thoughts about Furaffinity
Posted 6 years agoGreetings to everyone who reads this stuff :D
You may have noticed that this account is kind of semi-dead. I was really ecstatic about running this profile on this very site, but, despite the intention, not much really came out of the idea.
The main reason is probably the fact that furaffinity is mostly a back-up site for me. It's rules allow me to post my artwork without worrying too much about it being taken down and with little worry of posting something related to humans because unlike Inkbunny, FA doesn't really have anything against it.
However, being a back-up has resulted in, well, not much really going on around here. Arguably, I'm not too active on DeviantArt either, but it's even worse around here. It's also related to me not really being able to manage running something like 4 accounts on the same time, so I focus more on DA and Twitter. The latter for it's simplicity considering content posting.
This all leads me to the point of thinking about actually terminating this account at some point. Rest assured, that won't be anytime soon, but the thought is definitely there. Perhaps something changes and I will pay more attention to updating more frequently, but one can't be too sure.
Thank you for your attention. I'll try to keep this page somewhat alive.
You may have noticed that this account is kind of semi-dead. I was really ecstatic about running this profile on this very site, but, despite the intention, not much really came out of the idea.
The main reason is probably the fact that furaffinity is mostly a back-up site for me. It's rules allow me to post my artwork without worrying too much about it being taken down and with little worry of posting something related to humans because unlike Inkbunny, FA doesn't really have anything against it.
However, being a back-up has resulted in, well, not much really going on around here. Arguably, I'm not too active on DeviantArt either, but it's even worse around here. It's also related to me not really being able to manage running something like 4 accounts on the same time, so I focus more on DA and Twitter. The latter for it's simplicity considering content posting.
This all leads me to the point of thinking about actually terminating this account at some point. Rest assured, that won't be anytime soon, but the thought is definitely there. Perhaps something changes and I will pay more attention to updating more frequently, but one can't be too sure.

So far it's rather empty (aside from an icon I drew for it).
Gotta warn ya in advance, though, not going to have lots of exclusive stuff right away or too frequently. Probably will show off some progress and sketches too.

Welp, I think of actually taking it up, at least a bit. Tidying some stuff, getting it all to look fancier, etc, etc.
