I might pop by from time to time with tid bits of various artwork related to the site. It's been a while since I've interacted with FA, I hope everyone is doing well.

Interesting Policy Change -nah-

It's been over six months since I've even checked FA, until a little bit ago. That's when I saw the notice of the policy change at the top of the page and check the forum post. Which has in part to do with the reason why I left FA. However, it wasn't the sole reason.
So now I'm debating if I might start visiting here more, or use this site for posting my few mature works. The thing is this is a furry site and I am most defiantly not a furry. I like anthropomorphic art and create it on occasion, but I don't really like nor create what's usually associated or identified with the furry culture.
Frankly since I don't involve myself anymore with furries, I've found that life is just better. There's a horribly belligerent self involved portion to the furry community that I don't need, as well as the drama that it creates. When I make anthro art, I don't make it for anything other then my own need to create, and I'm happy to share that creation with anyone that'd appreciates it. I don't however, want to be weighed down by all the dumb furry bravado that keeps the fandom as the joke of the internet.
Not that there isn't a lot of good aspects of taking part in the site again, it's just a question of if it's worth the drama and ill intent that's inherent in the site.

General | Posted 19 years agoDue to policy changes by this site administration I have removed all aspects of my gallery that I can in November of 2006.
I will be placing part of my gallery into my DeviantArt account before January 20th 2007. My work can now be viewed on Deviant Art at http://darkmew.deviantart.com, http://darkmew.strom-artists.net, or at my web site http://www.darkmew.com My web site will not be updated until February 02 2007 due partly from my current financial situation.
I apologize for any inconvenience this my cause you and thank you for your time.
