I am yet another year older.

I don’t understand how it has happened yet again and this quickly at that but I suppose it’s better than the alternative.

In a few hours I'll officially be another year older.

I suppose it's an accomplishment to have made it through another year filled with all the crap daily life consists of. It's also a stark reminder that I'm not where I want to be in life. Something I'm working hard to change.

Here's to hoping my efforts will have paid off and this next year will be much better than the last few.

1. Do you and your "fursona" look alike?
I created him to have the same body type that I have but aside from that I wish I was more like him lol.

2. Do you and your "fursona" share attires?
Well clothes that fit me would not fit an anthro horse so some creative tailoring would be involved. We would wear similar styles though.

3. Do you share the same sexuality as your fursona?
Yes.

4. If you changed your fursona to be more like you, how do you think he/she would look?
Actaually I'd rather be more like him.

5. Did you work hard to develop your fursona? What is the (brief) history of your fursona?
Much of Apollo is based off of myself. He is perhaps a bit more out going than I am.

6. Do you and your fursona share relationship status?
Lol, no not really. The girls take much more of a liking to him than they do me. Lucky bastard.

7. Do you find yourself jealous or upset if you get paired with someone you don’t like or your partner does?
Nah, not really. I'm easy to get along with and theres no partner to get upset.

8. How would you like your character NOT to be used?
Well I don't mind others using Apollo or Dakota in there art but I don't care for them to be represented in a way thats not true. Its best to ask if the subject matter is proper before using them.

9. What’s your fursona’s specialty?
So far he mostly puts on a good show for the ladies and shares plenty of love with those that need it. He's giver not a taker.

10. On a scale of 1-10, how much are you and your fursona alike?
I'd say an 8. We have a few minor differences aside from the physical ones, but he was essentially modeled after me otherwise. Along with a few improvements over my real self.

I just finished building my new computer and got it up and running and was considering purchasing a digital art program now that I have a fast and reliable PC.

First question being, what program would be the best? Namely in terms of ease of use for someone starting out. Opinions/suggestions please.

My initial choice is Paint Tool SAI since I've heard most of the artists I follow tend to prefer it.

However, all I can find is a download copy online and I generally like to buy software in a hard copy form if at all possible. Do they provide a a product key or some way to download the full software again in the event of a computer crash?

That time of year again. I'm spending my christmas with my (um.... dysfunctional?) family. I hope everyone is enjoying their day whomever they are with. Merry Christmas my furry friends!
