so we made it home around 530 this morning (tuesday) and solfy is sooo tired. MFF was full of ups and downs, not knowing many there, and feeling lonely for first part of the con, luckily on Saturday things started really looking up and con turned out very well, made several new friends, who really helped turn the con around. I really hope to start making alot more new friends so next con isn't a repeat of this one, so please link my profile to others for any of you who read this.

So its 3am and im on the road to mff, traveling through ohio currently, expected arrival time will be about 930 local time, cant wait to seeeveryone, if you see the big wolf with pawprints on his back, come up and give him a hug lol.

Ive had 2 furs back out who could help me in and out of my suit, its fairly difficult to get into and out of on my own, given i'll be spending alot of time in suit and can do the head on my own, could I count on anyone going to help me in and out from time to time? I have a room in the con hotel so not like i'd be pulling you away from the con for more then 5 min or so. So can anyone lend me a paw?

IT SUCKS!!!!!! I went this evening to expect to be scared out of my mind, only to be disappointed in this movie more then any movie I have ever seen. Nothing that you have seen in trailers even happened, I always say the second in the series is usually the worst, but in this case the first and second were wayyyyyy better.

With the stress of life and work weighing down on me hard lately I have began to experiment in relaxing methods. First all you dirty furries get minds out of the gutter its not like that. I'm experimenting in aroma therapy, right now its basic incense cones..get home from work, get naked (yes its true cause you can't be truly comfortable in clothes), put in a pair of ear plugs, light a cone, and blindfold myself so all light and sound is blocked out, then just lay back and breath deeply..it sound stupid and lame but its truly WORKS. Sleep better and better attitude afterwords. Gonna branch out soon and go to oil warmers and so on from there.

So if your stressed a lot, try this technique and I know you'll feel better, I know I did/do. This has been your daily tip from everyones favorite solf.

Kinda doubt this will work but...I have a room for rent at my home in hampton virginia, central location on east coast so good access to cons up and down the coast. Called the hyatt regency and got my room booked for MFF, nice double bed room, just gotta register and request the time off now, which both is no issue. Looking foreword to attending a con that so so many speak highly of. I truly hope to see many of you there and better yet hang out and party with as many as I can, always wanting to make new friendships.

Why do we, as furs mainly, put our emotions, our hearts on the line only to have them ripped apart? i know its life and life sucks at times, but it seems so much more prevalent in this fandom then in the normal world, seems Ive never had to deal with this same stuff before i joined the fandom, then once i joined its been a never ending stream of dashed hope, failed dreams, deceit, and an ocean of lies and heartache. So why do we do it? especially furs, it seems like we get off on doing this to one another. I wonder why I or anyone stays in this fandom at times if this is what we consider fun to do.

What i truly don't understand is why does someone feel the need to spread deceit about how they feel and then turn around and (i hate using the phrase "stab in the back") but basically stab you. I've been through heart break, ive cried myself to sleep before, and it seems deceit hurts the worst over all of it. Im a man, how about you be one to and just tell me how it is rather then put on a smile and tell me what i wanna hear???

idk it just seems like my influence (what little i ever had) is being phased out, not really feeling the love of friends anymore and wonder how many truly care about me, and almost feel like im being outcast-ed or overshadowed. idk how much longer i can take furry drama crap, maybe getting into this fandom was a mistake from the beginning...

I dont mean to rant, as many of you know i dont do it much, i prefer to deal with my own problems on my own, but you know..its like the old question says, where do hero's go when they need help, while i hardly consider myself a hero by any means, but the question stands and is my reason for writing this.

Our little wolfie is turning 21 next month, so let's plan out a nice big b-day party, since I know a lot of furs in this area ar mil-furs (military) and myself being former navy, we know how to truly throw a 21st birthday. Add in furs ontop of that mix and it can be a dangerously fun combo. So bring your furry selves, drinking A game, and plenty of booze and plan on the second Saturday in september to meet at my place and really show him how things go down when you turn 21.
Of course there will be non-alcoholic beverages for those who choose not to drink, and foods galore (as many of you know how I throw parties). So come out for some fun and watch this wuffie try to hang with the seasoned consumers...nightwolf...canis..I'm looking at you two most of all lol.

That's right, everyones favorite hybrid (no I don't have an ego lol) is going to ac. A room has been offered and I'm takeing it, thanks to the few..very few that did offer space and went out of their way to try and make accomodations for me to attend my first AC. So I hope to see many of you all there, meet even more friends and make more connections this con. Please feel free to come up and say hi, pounce me or whatever.

Well another week is over and its been one of the roughest ones ever, I had my car broke into, a gps and ipod stollen, ipod has been replaced already and working on reloading it with my massive music collection. Plus other things that has been making my week tough, had drill this weekend for state national guard and well they haven't been exactly honest, originally said it was one weekend a month but I have to report to camp pendelton the whole last weekend this month for training, and then attend BNOCT ( basic NCO training) classes soon which is 5 weekends near richmond, as well as massive CERT and FEMA classes, plus learned one of my pets is moveing out of state, which I will miss him terribly. So yea rough week for solfy, but thus is life and life keeps marching on...

I doubt there are many of my watchers who live locally (but yes I know there are a few who are) I am spreading the word that I have a room for rent at my house in Hampton Va. I also realized from FWA that I didn't get to meet hardley any...if even...anyone from FA who may be watching me, which isn't good on my part, I know several had to be there, so I'm gonna start being much more sociable with new watchers and hopefully not make this same mistake again, so hopefully come next con I can meet twice as many new friends as I did this time around, not to bash the ones I did meet, y'all are awesome and hope to stay in touch with as many as I possibly can, anyone who wants can txt or call me anytime at all if you don't have my number just send me a note

For a long time I always would joke my friends who said they had PCD after a con, well now I understand it a lot better cause I got a little of it, but I had a great time, met some great people, and can't wait for next con, planning on MFM, but we'll see
