Moving Out~!
Posted 3 weeks agoHello there, cuties~
I'm currently in the process of moving across the country~! I'll be putting down my roots over in Seattle for the time being and I'm quite excited to learn all about my new living space! I know a fair few furry conventions happen around there and I'm excited to finally start attending those! You might even pass me at one, hehe.
As for updates on my EKA's, I have well over 20 pending commissions and I'm very excited to share all of them once more progress is known! ALMOST all of my characters have proper reference sheets at this point, but there are still two I'm looking forward to showing off :3c
As usual, I'm more active over on my BlueSky or Eka's accounts~

Updates and a Spidery New Friend!
Posted 2 months agoHello again~
I'm not the best at drawing, hence why I outsource commissions to amazing artists who deserve all the love and attention they get (and deserve more!), but I do enjoy the process of writing! So, expect a decent amount of journals when the mood strikes me, hehe.
Also, as some may have noticed, the first bit of art for Akorzt, Nuki's friend from outer space, has just landed! Her reference sheet is still being worked on by an immensely talented artist whom I have a massive amount of respect for.
NOW! To get into Akorzt's lore just a bit:
Akorzt is a member of a species that is a well-known yet poorly understood threat to space-farers. They appear in cocoons on derelict ships, previously inhabited planets, and how they move from place to place is poorly documented. Their bodies are incredibly durable, able to withstand extreme cold by hibernating, and are as ravenous as they are isolationist. Few have tried to speak with them, and those who have are always the first to be eaten. It's not known if they can even speak, let alone have any form of intelligence. Beyond that, the information about them is a mixture of survivors' tales and exaggerated stories more akin to mythology than reality. The best advice any space-farer can be given about them is this: If you see their cocoons or their hideous bodies? Run. Do not stop running. Do not let them on your ships.
However, that's just what the other species know about them. Akorzt, like most of her kin, was born amongst a brood of her siblings by a broodmother. She was raised in the unsafe remains of a derelict ship, a few of her less-fortunate siblings being sucked out into space as the hull's integrity failed in various sections. Of her brood, Akorzt was one of the more extroverted. And for her species, this meant having the courage to speak at all. One day, Akorzt was playing around with one of the escape pods when the section malfunctioned. Degraded circuits? She desperately tried to stop the pod, but she was launched out into space away from her family.
Hours turned into days. Growing cold, Akorzt does the only thing she can and hibernates. Her pod is later picked up by a civilian vessel upon detecting her weak life-sign and distress signal. Freed from her metallic prison and starving from the month-long journey, she eats the first thing she sees and recognizes as food: The crew. She doesn't understand their words or their language, but she understands they mean her harm... and that eating them will sate her. Making quick work of the inexperienced warriors amongst their ranks, she follows her instincts and preserves the rest, still living, in cocoons for later consumption. The ship wasn't very big, and without a pilot or crew, it was hurtling to an unknown and unguided location through hyperspace. Akorzt, blissfully unaware of this, takes her time exploring the ship. Days later, after she had gluttonously introduced the entire crew to her stomach, the exhausted ship engines gave out and she was left drifting through the void of space. Again.
Akorzt would continue to be picked up and found by other vessels for almost a decade, but becoming increasingly lonely without any family or friendly face. Everyone treated her with horror and fear. Which, she admits, is a fair response to watching your family be eaten alive. But still... She becomes more listless and apathetic... until her pod crashes onto a planet. The gravity, the fresh air, the grass, all of it something she's never experienced before. Even the sunlight is foreign to her, causing her to react in fear.
Nuki and her roommate come out to investigate the crash, only to find an alien in their backyard. Akorzt dejectedly starts to defend herself, but is surprised when the roommate starts talking to her. Calmly. With no hint of fear. Nuki is similar, and Akorzt almost collapses in relief. For once, she doesn't have to fight... but she is still hungry. Following the two inside, she shyly says very little, other than giving her name and where she came from. The roommate offers to make her something to eat, and from there Nuki suddenly had a second roommate. Well, most of the time. Akorzt struggles to hold back from eating her delicious roommates, so the number tends to fluctuate.

Lot of Plans
Posted 2 months agoGreetings, travelers!
For those of you new here, welcome!
This account is a collection of my characters: Darling "Nuki" the Tanuki, Nadia the Centipede, and Akorzt, the unrevealed one.
I tend to watch Artists I either intend to commission, have a commission pending with, or I'm a massive fan of and I'm keeping an eye on. I only favorite works containing my characters with this account, so don't be upset if I don't favorite one of your pieces. You have no idea how hard it is to not favorite ALL the good art and watch every artist here.
Anyone is welcome to add me on discord!
Anyways, stay tuned!
