General | Posted 5 years agoNothing bothers me more than when someone takes pictures at a convention than proceeds to post them without even so much as naming the suiter or person they are taking pictures of. I mean is it seriously that fucking hard to find out who someone is by looking them up and then crediting them by linking their FA or twitter when you post the picture?
I've seen one account in particular with over 2000 photos of various fursuiters from many cons and gatherings they've attended without even so much as a mention of who this suiter is.
It's annoying cause if someone is looking for a photo of themself at a particulat con how are they going to know if you've taken it with absolutely ZERO fucking credit to them for allowing you to snap a photo.
Either tag people or stop posting shit. Plain and fucking simple

When I get snapped at and told off cause I complimented you on how you look it means that even that is something I as a person should not be doing.
I'm tired of people throwing a woe is me pity party and then taking it out on people who are simply doing their best to try and help them smile in some way.
I'm also tired of telegram groups who are active all the time and when I chime in they either go silent or my simple hello goes ignored.

Let it be known that during the off season I do not deal with FURCAR stuff unless its related to signups.

General | Posted 8 years agoSo apparently someone who has a vendetta against anything babyfur related or anyone who has a cub sona is going around and leaving some pretty hateful things in people's shoutboxes or commenting on journals. While I won't call the individual who did it to my page today I will say this. People who have to stoop so low as to leave hateful comments in a shoutbox when you've had absolutely no interaction with them ever are not worth giving the time of day.
If you get any of these hateful people saying anything on your journals or shoutboxes take a screen capture of it and send in a trouble ticket to FA. Don't go looking for the person(s) responsible for the hate and try to take matters into your own paws.
Then erase the shout or comment from your shoutbox or journal and move on as if nothing had happened.
Plain and simple.

When I came into the furry fandom in 2007 I met alot of wonderful people and befriended people who I thought were stand up folks who would be there for you.
Over the last 9 years I've run through the varitible cornucopia of those who either would say they had my back and then stab me when I had my back turned to them or the ever popular "I'm only hanging out with you to shut you up" kind of people.
Fast forward to the here and now and I'm having people turn on me or stop talking to me for the stupidest of reasons. Like this one guy who all but held me personally responsible for a certain someone getting verbally attacked by someone else when I had no control over the situation to begin with. Then there's this other person who decides it would be quite funny to simply ignore me in hopes I'll go away and then just stops talking to me without any explanation whatsoever.
Lastly there's a few out there in my local area who choose to think that me trying to apologize is considered bringing up drama.
I'm 38 by god years old. I'm too old for this petty fucking bullshit from people who only know me from mere acquaintances or from hanging out a few times. I don't need people talking down to me like I'm a common fucking criminal for simply speaking my mind or having an opinion about something. I, above all else, don't need people who are going to be friendly to my face but talk shit about me or even make things up about me just to make me look like I'm the biggest asshole walking god's green earth.
In the last 10 years I've been labeled a moocher by people who offered to help me out. I've been called a lazy fat fuck by people who don't seem to understand that I am battling social anxiety and depression. Those same people tell me I'm using that as an excuse. Lastly, I've been told by people who were (note the use of that word) friends for extended periods of time that they are breaking off friendships with me cause they think I'm not worth their fucking time.
Throughout my entire life I've been picked on, laughed at, walked on and told I'm a useless waste of fucking space by people who won't take 2 god damned seconds to get to know the real me. This wolf I walk around portraying is who I wanna be. A happy go lucky person who don't have a care in the world except for what the next day will hold. The real me is someone who is sitting in his room right now fighting back tears as I type this out wishing people would give him a fair chance to prove that he is a trustworthy person who would rather help someone else out than himself cause he's kind like that. Instead I'm a total shell of what that fursona is. I'm a hermit like person who doesn't go out much and will not interact with people cause he's afraid off being judged by anyone and everyone he comes in contact with.
I've made the decision to not go to FurSquared next month cause quite honestly I don't feel like I belong at a convention with people who will say hi to you and then forget you even exist cause they heard someone say something about them and now they don't wanna have anything to do with them. Instead I will be staying home and enjoying my quiet weekend. Hoping that maybe just maybe I can get through another month without having to admit myself to the behavioral health ward in my local hospital cause people who don't know that what they say affects me more than it would someone who they've known all their life.
I bet most of you are sitting there wondering where all of this suddenly comes from?
It comes from someone who feels betrayed by people who he thought were his friend. It comes from someone who has very few people he can trust cause when people get too close to him they stab him in the back. This isn't a cry for attention. It's enlightenment for those who seem to have it stuck in their fucking heads that I am some sort of evil mother fucker who doesn't deserve to have friends or anything nice in the world. For all of this I'd like to thank you all because in some small way, whether you know it or not, you've all done this to me at some point or another.

One particular asshole decided to flaunt the fact that he had gotten a WiiU from someone for a Christmas present knowing full well that I was getting nothing for what is supposed to be a joyous holiday.
Now I know some of you that watch me are going to lay the whole Christmas isn't about getting gifts line on me...and you can save it.
The most upsetting part is that someone would be so fucking willing to be so heartless during the holiday season.
So while the rest of you enjoy your new gifts and things people got for you just remember that there is always someone out there who isn't as fortunate as you and see this as just another day because of that fact

Feeling slighted
General | Posted 10 years agoWell today is the absolute last time I ask someone to read something so I can get an opinion on how to handle the situation.
I mean when you get told bluntly "I don't care cause it doesn't involve me" by someone who you confide in with your issues and who would normally give you some shred of hope with their reply it hurts.
It also makes me feel like my problems are insignificant to this person. I mean I know all about putting on a facade cause I've done it to people in the past but it's no reason in the fucking world to just shun my attempt at getting an opinion cause you are too immersed in your little video game wonderland.
Long story short I feel like I got told fuck you for asking an opinion.
I should also note that this is the same person who while in a public place last night told me to shut the fuck up in front of people who worked there and made me to look like a complete fucking fool.
I'm gonna keep my mouth shut once again as I don't feel the need to bring this up to him cause when I do he'll simply blow it off like it's yet another meaningless argument cause he fucked up.
If you know who I'm talking about I urge you not to play the white knight here as this is meant to blow off some steam so I don't blow up at him.

General | Posted 10 years agoLast night into this morning exemplifies the reasons why I would wanna move away from here....
All 3 children were awake until 6am. For those who are wondering....this is not an uncommon thing. It is because of this that my sleep schedule is off kilter and I have been more than the usual cranky wuff.
The worse part about all of this is that their parents waited til I was about ready to kill them last night before stepping up and doing something about it.
I'm at my wits end right now but biting my tongue. I don't wanna give away the fact that once a certain someone gets his faculties in order that I will be rescued from this unmitigated hell.
For now I just need to keep my temper and not doing anything irrational.
Oh and croco if you read this (and I know you will) you need to let me know soon if slightly before the end of the month is doable so I don't have to give these people any more money.

I did dishes today and made sure the kids stayed out of what they weren't supposed to get in to.
Yet somehow I get told when checking to see if they'd mind me going out...
"Do whatever you're going to do. It's not like you really watch the kids anyway."
I'm going to say it like this and like everyone else in my circle of friends has said...
These are not my kids. I am not responsible for them 24 hours a day. Just cause I said I'd step up and help out does not mean I'm going to be watching them while you sit locked in your room playing games and ignoring the world.
With that said I'm going to go find a quiet corner to hide in.

General | Posted 10 years agoWords cannot express how pissed off I am right now.
The kids took his bag of chips out of the room and I get griped at cause I took 2 handfuls of chips. You know as if I ate the whole fucking bag of chips. This is a regular occurance lately. It's as if people think its alright to blame me for things that are out of my immediate control.
Also decided to do dishes since noone else in this fucking house can be bothered to do them. I took 2 completely full bags of garbage that had been in the hallway for a week out to the can. I started on cleaning my room and still somehow am watching children that are not mine while their dad sits locked in his room playing the new Elder Scrolls Online game on PS4 ignoring the world.
While this might sound like a jaded rant it's more or less a cry for help to get me out of this house once and for all.
I don't mind watching kids when they're not here but I am not going to sit here and watch them all day and night everyday. I'm limited in mobility and my sanity is also limited. It doesn't mean that I should have all of this dumped on me day in and day out.
If something doesn't change soon I'm going to do the same thing I've done before. I'll take my things and find a willing soul to come rescue me so I can get the hell out of here and regain some of my freedom and sanity that watching kids and doing 90% of the house work has cost me.

I'm kinda in dire straits. I've been out of diapers for 3 months now due to financial issues and have wanted to avoid doing this publicly out of fear of embarassment but here it goes.
I'm wondering if anyone out there (babyfur/diaperfur or otherwise) could assist in getting me diapers? I'm narrowly avoiding having accidents daily and would like to have my safety net back.
Any questions like size pref and such can be asked on skype or PM here.
