Happy New Years!
Posted 9 years agoNew medication is finally fixing me up, but damn do I get loopy in the morning. It starts to wear off around late afternoon so I'm probably gonna need to reschedule when I do the art things. Hopefully we can get back to regular posts soon.
Anyways on to some updates for January!
After about a year and a half of living in my new apartment I'm finally getting a proper work station, a new desk! So now I don't gotta sit on a mattress and balance my laptop on a tiny crafts drawer to do comics and animations. Cause it's been giving me some sore back for way too long. It should be here around next week.
So that's all I gotta say, this journal kinda pointless.. meh.
My birthday's coming up too in January 27th, I'm gonna be super old hhhhhhhhhh..!Still a bit sick but doing better.
Posted 9 years agoOkay I lied a little about the sick part, I actually have hardcore depression and anxiety. But it's a mental illness, so it still counts I think? I just was vague about the 'what' cause I didn't want anyone worrying about me. I've been too tired to move around or eat really. (I still get myself to do some chores and eat oatmeal/orange slices, seriously guys don't freak out this isn't why I'm making this journal.)
Anyways on to the real reason for this journal. I wanna start posting more comic pages, but I can't use SAI because I need to actually draw the backgrounds for the next pages. That takes about 2-3 hours to do and I can't sit up for that long. So instead I wanna draw the pages on paper (which I can do laying down, and is honestly the most comfy drawing position.. <3) Then when I get better I can transfer them over digitally. I need to sketch the pages out regardless if I post them or not.
So what do you guys think? I'm extremely bored and Netflix doesn't have anything good atm. :/ Going On Break.

Posted 9 years agoMy days have gotten really repetitive and it's finally starting to get to me.
I've only been in Texas for a year now I still can't see this place as home. Even though I was raised here up until age six, it still feels strange to be back again.
Ever since the accident with the broom and having to get stitches, I've been very depressed and haven't done much other than draw until my hands hurt or re-watch the videos in my feed on Youtube.
You guys know something fun I could do that doesn't involve leaving my neighborhood, I don't know this area too well and feral dogs like to run around in groups. Two of em almost chased me last week when I was out jogging and I really don't wanna run into them again.Don't Play with Sharp Metal kids.
Posted 9 years agoJust got back from the ER, with nine stitches along the side of my wrist.
AND IT WAS REALLY STUPID HOW I GOT CUT IN THE FIRST PLACE, I'M REALLY STUPID HOLY SHIT. ;~;
Our metal broom snapped in half after I got done sweeping the porch. SO I THOUGHT IT BE A BRILLIANT IDEA TO FORCE THE BROOM BACK TOGETHER.
GOOD NEWS, IT MISSED THE VEINS. BAD NEWS, IT SLICED AN INCH AND A HALF OF BLOODY MEATY GOODNESS.
SO MOM CALLED 911 AND THE AMBULANCE DIDN'T TAKE LONG. BUT THEY MADE ME SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 10 MINUTES. >:I
AND BACK NOW WITH MY ARM BANDAGED AND I GOTTA WAIT TWO WEEKS TO GET THE STITCHES OUT, SO NOW I CAN'T DRAW HHHHHHH..How you doods liking the comic so far?

Well, I guess I could draw the pages laying down.. But that's kinda hard. :/

Thing is.. there done, but aren't canon anymore and don't line up with the re-written pages (other than ch.4, which was finished last year).

Only problem is that they got a lot of spoiler-ly stuff on em.

You guys are just getting chapter 1 of the comic here, but if you wanna read the rest of it really badly search the comic's name on deviantart. (dunno if hyperlinks work, and I don't wanna erase the clipboard tags :/ )
Just a warning if you do wanna read it, ch.2, ch.3, and 1/4 of ch.4 are traditionally drawn and no longer canon. (and really poorly drawn holy shit) The comic I've been posting is the remastered and re-written version and I still got a while to go before the next comic.
