As you may have noticed, I've been flooding your notifications with a huge backlog of custom characters. At time of this posting, I'm still a year behind, so brace yourselves for more!

The reason I previously slacked on posting customs in particular was down to FA's site design, as it didn't really let me classify them or separate them from other commissions. But now with the new folder system (and a much shorter flood protection buffer), I've been able to do just that! If you take a look in my folders, I've also obsessively categorized them by species and gender. I've added a personal favorites folder as well :)

One last thing... is that I get really happy whenever I see commissions by other artists of characters I've designed through the service. It's really special to think folks like my designs enough to keep them around. This goes for double when I see them adopted as fursonas. It's just... really strangely touching! So thank you, everyone <3

I am offering WING-IT commissions. These are commissions that do not contain revisions, but result in a lower price and faster turnover. It also gives the artist more freedom.

One character: $40 USD
Two characters: $60 USD
This is $10-15 less than my normal rates!
These will be pin up or sexual/suggestive images, full colored, minimal background.

My character doesn’t fit in the order form/I want something more complex/I want to be able to make revisions on the sketch.
I’d be happy to design a character for you as a normal commission, which starts at $60 USD. Email me to arrange it.

Can you draw [copyrighted species]?
As long as it’s not a species unique to one character. Any species that exists in an open world setting (RPGs, MMOs, even koopa and MLP ponies) is fair game. However, due to my own discretion, Pokemon and Digimon are not eligible. If your species returns varied results when googled, a link to a preferred image would be appreciated.

Can you draw [fandom species]?
ONLY if the creator of said species has made it clear that anyone can create them, and use them in adult images (if applicable). It is up to you to find out if this is allowed, not me.

Can it be a human/elf/etc.?
I am now tentatively allowing human-faced species, for +$5 more.

Why are Predators and Xenomorphs not allowed?
I am unfamiliar with these movies and the creatures themselves are a little too complicated for this service, so I've decided to put a blanket ban on anything from this universe.

Can you make a hybrid of my two characters? What about their offspring?
I am no longer allowing character splices or offspring for custom characters. See my normal commissions for that instead. Hybrids of two or more species (real or imagined) are fine.

Can you draw my character/fursona as a [different species]?
Yes, but not as a custom character. See my normal commissions.

What sort of features add to the total cost?
Characters with taur body types, characters who are excessively hyper, characters with multiple heads or more than four total arms (including wings), characters with especially complicated features (such as being robotic, iridescent, wearing complex armor), and any other feature that adds significantly to the total time I will spend on your piece.

Can I get multiple versions of my character, such as nude and clothed?
No, I am no longer offering multiple versions of Custom Characters.

Can you add clothes to my previously commissioned custom character?
No, I am no longer offering multiple versions of Custom Characters.

Can you draw a full reference sheet to my previously commissioned custom character?
Yes! Email me to arrange it. Using the original image of the character generally removes $25 USD from the total price.

How many special requests can I ask for?
Two or three requests that aren’t a part of the form are just fine (example: blue eyes, horns like a ram, and a nose ring). If you list more than this, I will pick and choose what to include, but anything in this field on the form is liable to be left out. If you find yourself typing more than a line for each request, your character would be better suited as a normal commission.

I forgot to add something on my form! Can I email you to fix it?
I'm no longer accepting edits to the forms via email. Submit a new form with the edits and ask me to cancel the first one if the changes are that important.

Where is my character?
I work on these in big batches, so they are represented as such on my Trello. Generally, batches are done in the middle of the next month. I send the completed files to the email address provided on the form.

Can I get a full resolution file?
Definitely! Just ask after you receive your character. To save on time and space, I don't save full-res files by default anymore, but I'd be happy to provide if you request it.

Can I resell the character?
No. Do NOT sell my art. I don't mind if you give the character away for free, though. If you find anyone selling their custom characters, please alert me.

I'm unhappy with my character.
I'm sorry to hear that. Please read the rest of the FAQ and if your issue isn't addressed, remember that you paid a relatively low price for custom artwork. This service or my skill level might not have been what you were looking for, and that's okay.

The Custom Characters in your gallery have shading, but mine does not. Why is that?
From December 2015 onward, Custom Characters will be flat colored. Any you find with shading are before this time, or rewards for my Patreon supporters.

Can I pay you to make edits on the custom character?
Unfortunately, this is a bit more hassle than it’s worth for me. The character design is yours and you are free to make design changes in any future pieces with the character.

Can I make edits on the custom character?
Please do not alter the artwork itself, but you are free to add text, color swatches, or cut out the figure to include in a height chart or similar image.

Can I alter the design in future art and commissions?
Definitely.

This isn’t what I asked for.
If you believe I missed a part of your form, feel free to email me. I will fix blatant issues (such as drawing the wrong gender or species). Please be polite and understand you agreed to my terms and conditions upon commissioning me.

The boobs are too small.
If you are unsure of how bra cup sizing works, it is probably best you use a different comparison, like a relative size compared to the head, or various round objects (sports balls, fruit, etc.). If you are very particular, include a link as reference.

That’s not what I meant by [feature].
Please understand that some words have multiple interpretations. One person’s large is another person’s hyper. If the detail is important to you, you can include a link to an example when ordering, but please limit your links to one or two. If you find yourself needing more to describe your character, it would be better suited as a normal commission.

I told you to hybrid [species a] and [species b]! It looks more like [species a].
This can also be subjective. I try to divide the features and colors up evenly between each listed species.

Your art sucks.
Why did you commission me?

• Custom Characters and sketches are open, no slots needed.

• Working on some feline adoptables, so hopefully you'll see those go up soon!

• As you may have noticed, I constantly fall behind in uploading commissions without ever catching up. This is partially due to not having the time/attention to devote to waiting for FA's flood protection and constant time-outs. A commissioner never needs to wait for me to upload their image to their own gallery, as I don't see this getting better any time soon. That brings me to my next point...
