My bad (auction)
Posted 11 months agoHello friends, giant sleepy-eepy mistake occurred. I accidentally deleted the original auction post, instead of the reminder.
Currently the new auction post is up (link at the end of this post) and, fortunately, I managed to not lose any bids, they will be duplicated. All bidders will get a message from me. I’m so very sorry for any inconvenience caused, I will patch everything up to the best of my ability. Thanks all for your understanding! Won't be happening again.

General Terms
1.1 If you order a commission from me, it means that you have read the information listed below and you accept the terms.
1.2. After the purchase, the money cannot be partially or fully returned.
1.3. Payment is made through Boosty.to, you can choose a convenient method for you (usually PayPal). If you haven’t used Boosty before, I will send you instructions. I can also accept payments through USDT on a cryptocurrency wallet.
1.4. I do not handle the fees for currency exchange, please, pay attention to the amount of money you are transferring.
1.5. After you receive the commission, I have the right to ask you not to exhibit it anywhere for 2-5 days.
1.6. I work with visual description (with references, photos that I can use in my work), a textual description of the characters' appearance may entail additional payment. A textual description of the plot is acceptable, but it will be better if it is supported by examples. The more references you give me, the better the finished product will turn out.
1.7 I may use 3D, photobashing, matte painting, AI or any other tools and methods in my working pipeline
Working process
2.1. After I receive full prepayment, I will start working on your commission within 1-5 business days.
2.2. The readiness of the commission depends on my workload and the complexity of the work. The term can vary 5 days to 2 months. I will notify you if there are any delays expected. If you want your work to be completed by a certain date, please let me know in advance.
2.3. I will coordinate with you each step of the work: sketch, lineart, flat colors. After each stage, I will send you the finished file (files) in full resolution.
2.4. If I have sent you a file via Google Drive, please make sure that it will be saved by you within a month. It may be deleted later.
Edits
3.1. Any edits should be discussed during the sketch. If you want to make any changes on the stage of lineart or flat colors they will cost you 10% more of the total cost of the work. On the final stage NO EDITS CAN BE DONE. The commission is a work made with my vision and knowledge. If you want to teach the artist and question their professionalism, please, contact someone else for the order.
3.2. Edits won’t cost anything if it is my mistake. For instance, if I forgot to add something you mentioned before; in cases of inaccurate representation of your character’s design, etc.
Contents of the commission
4.1. I’m ready to fulfill any of your ideas, but I have a right to refuse a commission if it contains some extreme kinks, fetishes and illegal acts. NSFW commissions do not require additional payment. You can ask me questions if you are not sure.
4.2. If you wish, any commission can be done in the format of a private order.
4.3. I can work practically with everything: any anthropomorphic and feral kinds of characters, elements of armor and mecha, interior design and architecture of simple and medium complexity. Landscapes of any complexity. Ask any questions if you are not sure. I have a primary and professional art education, so my skills are extremely broad.
The procedure for using the commission
5.1 You can use the commission you ordered from me for any personal purposes that do not bring monetary benefits. If you want to collaborate with me to create any project, then please, contact me. I am open to new offers.
5.2. The rights to the work performed also belong to me. I can exhibit it in my galleries, show it to other people as an example of a finished product, to advertise my services, and so on. If you are against the idea of me using your commission in any way for my own purposes, ask for a private order.
5.3. If you post the commission done by me, please leave links to my social media. Under no circumstances hide or cut off my signature when posting the work!
Information regarding auctions and adopts
6.1. ADOPTS
6.1.1. If you buy an adopt from me, you can use it however you want.
6.1.2. You have the right to gift it or resell it (not more expensive than original cost, unless it has more art).
6.2. AUCTIONS
6.2.1. Participation in any auction organised by me means that you have read all the points of the TOS and have given your consent.
6.2.2. Before participating in the auction, make sure that you will be ready to pay your bid at the end of the auction if you win. Hidden comments will result in a permanent ban on my account. Please respect someone else's time, it costs a lot.
6.2.3. If you have any force majeure at the end of the auction and you cannot pay within 24 hours, please contact me, I can give you a deferral.
