Posted 10 years agoAs you all know a few weeks ago I made a post explaining my financial needs. welp I never got near my goal(s)..like, at all. Sure I got one commission and a donation but I still have a long ways to go…
I’ll just give an update though on each subject.
*Phone bill: That has been taken care of so let’s just cross that off the list.
*Laptop: I emailed both my animation instructors at the college and they said we DON’T need a laptop. “Dee that’s great you don’t need help with that!” Uh no that’s not great. Because the computer I have is old and crappy and slow. The only reason I’ve been able to do digital drawings was because I’ve been using my brother’s computer and he goes back to college next week so onces he leaves I’ll be out of luck. BUUUUT I’m going to ask my mom if she knows a guy who could fix MY computer and get me out of that dilemma.
*TUITION: I called Student Financial Services and they said that tuition gets taken out of our bank accounts AUTOMATICALLY each month. So if I don’t have the $300 in my account by Sept. 7 my bank account might be thrown into the negatives. My mom or even I might have to take out a loan, AGAIN.
*School book(s): I still only need my $40 writing book atm.
So like I said before I’ll try to get a job during campus, my school is having a job fair in October so I’ll try my luck there I guess….
As always feel free to signal boost or commission or pledge to my patreon or donate or whatever…I’ve honestly given up at this point I don’t even know why I ever tried making money through the internet….

*First college payment: $300 by Sept 7th
*College textbook for writing class: $50 due Sept 8th(?)
*Laptop needed to major: $2000+ (though I will try to find one for cheaper)
