Honestly
that's the best way I can describe myself.
Lately, things have been coming down hard on me and my family so quickly we can't keep up with it. On top of that, some of my inner demons have begun to show their heads for the first time since last year.I can't stand myself lately, if anyone says something nice about me or compliments me, I feel sick. I don't believe a word they say. I feel empty. Like there's nothing good left in me. Just a shell....
It has affected me physically, mentally...and it's even affected my art.
Coming into college showed me just how behind I am in my artwork, in my skill. It actually makes me want to stop alltogether. I feel like I don't deserve it. I see all of these other artists around me and go 'what the FUCK am I doing?'
I can't be happy. I mean honestly, truly happy/
I can have moments where I'll smile for a bit, laugh, look alright
but I can't lie and say that I'm 'happy'
it's just not me.
-sigh-
might be taking down some art soon, maybe trying to make my awful OCs look better, make my fursona look better. Though, fat chance they'll end up how I want them to.

I just don't know what to do anymore.........

I shouldn't have to feel like this, but I do....
I can't say anything nice to you without you denying everything and yet you want me to believe you when you're nice to me..?

I hate it.
I want to believe that there's someone out there who's different, who thinks of me the way I think of them, but I just can't. You're no different than the others. You'll break my heart, you'll rip me to pieces, you'll make me realize how stupid I really am for even trying.
So why is it I can't go a day without talking to you? Why is seeing you even for a moment the only thing that makes my day?

so I just returned home from seeing Transformers; Dark of the Moon
for those who DON'T want spoilers, you might wanna avert your eyes

ME GUSTA
-Moon landing idea= very creative, it fit the timeline of the past 2 movies seamlessly
-I really liked the new Transformers, both autobot and decepticon. and the fact they brought back FUCKING SOUNDWAVE was gasm-worthy in itself.
-SHOCKWAVE. YOU SO SCARY. YOU LOVELY BBY
-The new love interest is adorable, I'm so glad they replaced Megan Fox.
-ACTION. ACTION EVERYWHERE which is always great
-LEONARD NIMMOY YOU BRILLIANT MAN, Spock voicing Sentinel Prime made the whole theatre cheer.
-Oh Wang, even though you were only in the movie for maybe 15 minutes, you were hilarious and I love you.

NO ME GUSTA
-Skids and Mudflap were taken out, which really pissed me off. They were my favorite Autobots in the films. But because people were so butthurt, I guess Bay didn't want any more bullshit from said butthurtees
-if taking my favorite autobots out wasn't enough, you just HAD to kill my next in line huh???
-NEW GOVERNMENT DOUCHEBAG. We get one every film, only ONE has been redeemable and that is Simmons. this new woman made me want to punch her hard in the ovaries.
- LONG movie. It's not exactly a bad thing for ME but for someone with a short attention span for movies longer than 2 hours, it'd present a problem.

As of last Thursday night, I am no longer in highschool~!
Walking that stage was an amazing feeling ;v; and I'm glad that I was able to see so many people that I haven't seen in at least a year.
As happy as I am about graduating, I kind of hate the fact that my days are just..here. sitting. XD;;
I mean, coming up soon are the ren fair and my birthday so they'll ad excitement to my current boredom.

later in this summer, however, I have 2 exciting events coming up. ENTERING COLLEGE in July and Anime Day in August (thank GOD it's on a weekend)

been a while since a PROPER journal.
So, here's an update on, well..EVERYTHING!

ART;
Haven't been drawing much for FA and I'm trying to do so as soon as I finish some projects for school. Mainly, I'm trying to start back with my originals, but OHMYGOD, I finally started watching the new MLP; Friendship is Magic serioes and it has awakened my inner girly girl, she hasn't been around in a while. I did draw a ponysona which I am shamelessly going to pair with a pony. I HAVE NO SHAME MUAHAHAHA -dies-. other than that I'm also thinking about making anthro versions of my Pokemon team as well. So expect that some time as well. If you've seen my newest scrap submission you can see the picture I will be posting next.

Besides the drama and stress of Senior year, things aren't as bad as they were a few months ago.
Going to the Middle Tennessee Anime Con last weekend sure helped me as well XD -IT WAS AMAZIIING-
I currently have two projects to finish by Monday, dearlord HALP ME, then it's time for finals x3x
and on the 19th of May I will FINALLY GRADUATE <3<3<3

Something amazing also happened within the past 2 days ;v;
I am going to the Nashville Art Institute, got my acceptance letter 2 months ago, but when we met with our financial aid officer, the numbers added up pretty quick when it came to tuition. It actually freaked me and m,y mom out so bad we weren't sure I would be able to go to the college. Well, yesterday I get a call from my parents. My dad is out of breath and talking in broken speech, he hands the phone to my mom and she reads to me (while crying) a letter that I'd gotten that day from the college. In it, it said that I had won the $10,000 scholarship I'd applied for in February..the rest f my tuition is paid off. I almost fell to the ground overwhelmed. This is HUGE.
My family and I are still freaked out about this XD
but it's definitely a blessing that I never saw coming.

The whole time I found myself becoming a damn FANGIRL for Hoffman, HOFFMAN, ASDFGH---he was hot, but honestly he should have had a scar from the previous movie :[ (MIGHT draw some fanart -cough- )

YOU ARE ABOUT TO ENTER THE SPOILER-Y ZONE

-The first trap, the PUBLIC trap, was unexpected. BUT, it was very interesting, I did feel bad for the 2 boys, though, who had to be pitted against eachother over a ho >:

-I had been anticipating the 'horsepower' trap ever since they released info about it last year, and was glad they waited to use it in this film. one trap, 4 victims, one player. Though, watching Evan pulling his skin from his arms and back off was hard to stomach, and that wasn't even the worst part of the trap. Moving tire+ face = OW, and of course, the dude in the back got a pretty bad one, both arms and his jaw.

-The Hear no evil/See no evil/Speak no evil concept was pure GOLD, I loved how those three things were incorporated into the traps. The first one, though, was the most difficult, pullling a key out of the woman's stomach as its attatched to a fish hook, AND she can't scream, whew..

-props to the creators for finally showing us what the reverse bear trap can do, but it saddened me that SHE had to be the one in it...
