Thank you for everyone who wished me well for rehab, I do appreciate all of them.
the last couple weeks have been an eye opener as to what I need to work on and how I'm going to go about working on those things, and that there are a bunch of people like me who have been dealt similar cards in life.
Best thing I can do is keep trying to get better, simply put.

Turns out I have some problems in life that I need sorted out , metaphorically as well as mentally. :)
This is fine and I'm making progress, I do have weekends back home so I can check messages and make sure I don't have outstanding bills but otherwise I'm in rehab until further notice.

It's been a while and I'm still not back yet. been dealing with a lot of things but I'm at least doodling a bit here and there. I'll be back eventually

I'm honestly not sure what to do with myself. I cant' seem to find the motivation to draw anymore.

Not sure what exactly happened in the last 2 months but I wound up going to the hospital and from what I can assume, I have "moderate depression". I'm currently trying to get all my thoughts in order and there's a lot of emotional surges that I tend to get from thinking on some topics so not going to be doing much except for improving my mental health.

Thanks to everyone showing support. It really helps.

So my trust ol' DTZ-1200W of I dunno how many years now has finally started acting up; screen has been not detecting the pen a couple times and swtiching it off and on fixes it but only for a while , it seems.

looking into a new screen tablet but also want something a little bigger for screen size but not too expensive, open to some suggestions. I have no experience with any other tablets so I'm open to suggestions. I'm looking for reliablility and just-works'ability more than anything and I'm eyeing the XP Pen Artist 22 (2nd Generation), but again I need to look into some possibilities first.

Been busy catching up on commissions and keeping up with rent among other things. It's been rather hectic the last few months but I feel I've been making good ground figuring out what I'm good at as far as art style .

Hoping to apply what I've learned to catching up and eventually get some projects finished I've been dying to start

Also got my first vaccine a couple weeks ago, but due to supply issues I'm waiting on the second vaccine for the next 16 weeks!~!? Hope everyone is taking care and doing their part and at the very least washing their hands.

thank goodness. it's been a trash year overall, hasn't it? At least it's over now and hopefully things can only improve.

Oh boy it's getting hot around here. Summer finally kicking in and with quarantine going on I almost feel like going out just to sunbathe because of how little I've been out, and I don't sunbathe.

I have been trying to make some changes to get more work done on commissions still due. I thank everyone that's been so patient with the sluggish progress on their commissions from me and am trying to get around to everything in due time.

I've got a whole mess of misc. stuff to put up for a little while, 1 or 2 a day and we'll see where it goes from there.

I'm still around, working on commissions and keeping alive, though the current state of the world has put me in a bit of a predicament.

With my work essentially telling me they'll "call when when they need me" indefinitely, I've had to take more focus in commissions than I was ready for and thus am kind of stuck; not so much burnt out, but more overwhelmed with multiple, both very generously paid for in advance and pending until due progress is made, making it a chore to focus on any given project when acquiring finances

With that in mind, I'm feeling that keeping to myself for the most part at least for now is my best bet in organizing the mess I've created for himself.
I'm sure everything will work out.
