General Information
[♥] Commission prices as shown are subject to change based on complexity or difficulty of desired piece.

[♥] Clear and full visual reference and/or description of desired commission is required to be provided by the client. A quote will be provided by the artist.

[♥] Payment for commissions will depend on the individual piece. Larger scale projects will be paid in half once the sketch is made and agreed on. Smaller pieces such as sketches and inked projects will be paid in full once the initial sketch is complete. Large projects are considered as any project worth $100.00 and over.

[♥] Once price has been agreed on any extra work done by the artist will not have any additional cost. Commissions may be upraded at an additional cost in coincidence with the price of desired change (such as upgrading from a sketch to an inked piece).

[♥] USD only and must be paid through Paypal. Additional forms of payment will not be accepted. [♥] The client may request up to 3 changes during the sketch stage of a piece and give help with desired composition. Changes may not be made after the coloring stage (unless minor errors, which will be corrected; though only to an extent).

[♥] The artist retains all rights to reject any critique on a piece pertaining to artistic skill or style (such as anatomy and shading style), or if any given critique reduces the quality of a piece.

[♥] Refunds work as follows. The client may ask for a refund at any time during the sketch stage. If a refund is requested during the sketch/ink stage there will be a 50% refund, and the artist will retain all rights to the sketch/ink. No refund will be issued after the coloring stage and the painting has begun. If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, there will be a 100% refund.

[♥] - The artist does not retain any rights to any character(s) in piece post refund.

[♥] - The artist retains rights for any designs created by the artist post refund.

[♥] The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund due to bad communication, rude or innapropriate behavior, or inability to clearly communicate with the artist in English. [♥] Communication about commissions varies from private chat (such as a livestream or Skype) to notes and email.

[♥] The artist will send messages through desired form of communication regarding commission updates to client. Clients should check in when they feel it is necessary for any updates, comments, questions, or concerns with the commission.

[♥] The artist will not deal with any depictions of illegal activities, hateful imagery, or trademarked characters that the client does not have permission to use commercially. Certain fetish material are not considered for commissions, or must meet certain artist specifications. Fetish material that will not be drawn include baby fur, vore, macro, micro, hyper, inflation, muscle, watersports, transformation, and pregnancy. Other fetishes may apply, reference artist gallery for what is and isn’t acceptable.

[♥] The artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the desired piece is time sensitive, public display may be delayed at the client’s request.

[♥] The artist retains all rights to the commissioned piece. This includes the rights to make prints and merchandise. As well the artist retains the right to make any changes to the commission afterwards to make changes for prints at the artist’s discretion. Exclusive commercial rights to the image may be negotiated with the client for a fee.

[♥] The client reserves any rights to their original character, but not to the commissioned piece itself. [♥] The client may not use any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. With the sole exception of reselling merchansdise and physical prints. Any digital product may not be used commerically in any way.

[♥] The client may create prints for personal use (displays and decorations within a private home). The client may also resize/crop the artwork for use as icons, wallpaprs, and other such, as long as it is not used in any commercial manner. All artwork must be accreditted to the original artist if shown in full or mostly full. High resolution or unwatermarked version of artwork may not be used.

[♥] The artist may use any unused or rejected sketches/artwork for any future artwork.

[♥] By sending any payment to the artist, the client must read and agree to the Terms Of Service listed above (and below).

{♥} Reference images should at least be of a high resolution (1080 or higher).

Auction specific
[♥] Auctions are time specific images that could be a YCH, character designs, or one time sales.

[♥] Any bids must be made within the given time frame. Bids have a minimum incriment and must be made within the given space (such as the comment section).

[♥] Bids place an hour before the given deadline will bump the auction deadline to four hours from the comment’s creation. Such as to prevent auction sniping.

[♥] If no bids are placed at the deadline, the image will be posted as a flat-rate image for a one time sale. The base price will rise as a result.

[♥] Winner must pay withing 24 hours to gain any rights to the image/YCH. If no payment is made the auction will go to the next highest bidder.

[♥] The client may make no special changse to YCH auctions post auction.

so as some of you know I have been working a new job the past few months and have just been REAL tired. To a point where doing art is somewhat of a chore, but I'm workin on getting caught up very slowly. I also plan to change my artistic focus on something a little more realistic and less cartoony porn like I know a lot of you are used to. I'll try to stream my efforts more in the coming weeks, but I'm making no promises.

Anywho just an update for all you nerds, I really do appreciate each and every one of you who decided to start following my account. Life has just been very demanding and I'm trying to keep my head on my shoulders for the time being.

Alright so after a few days over feeling like complete and utter shit and wanting to throw up I'm starting to feel like doodling again. I'm sorry for the delays to the people who are waiting on your commissions, but character designs always slow me down a lot. Speaking of I think I'm going to close commissions for 'designs' and just focus on other things and trying to get things done more quickly. Hopefully you all will understand but I don't want to design characters and do reference sheets for now.

Wow, sure it took a while but 1,000 is still a really big number for me! The question I suppose I'd ask here is, what should I do? How should I celebrate this event when I hit it? So I don't feel like I've been working a whole hell of a lot recently on art. That is why I am going to create a streaming schedule so I can get off my lazy ass [and plop it right back into a chair] and actually draw regularly. My current job is a part time casheir position at a local Wal-Mart, whilst living with my family while I figure out this art shit. For the time being I'll do commissions if anyone is interested of course. Though I'm also going to start testing the waters for comics [Of my own creation]. I'll stream on days where I am either not working or working for a shorter time. I will not stream on days I work long shifts. Hopefully that'll allow for a 5 day streaming schedule but it's entirely dependant on when I work.

The coming comic I plan to make is not of any characters I've currently made, though if all goes well I'll stream the first testings and see how it goes. Creating worlds and stories of my own has always been a lifelong goal of mine. The whole idea could go either way, but I'm really excited to try. Given how things go I may permentantly close commissions in favor of working with comics.

Also I do plan on doing a face reveal. I finally feel comfortable enough with myself to actually share what I look like with you all. Though I want to make the timing an event. So idealy I would make the post at 1,000 watchers!


Life updates: So as stated above, I'm only working part time at a Wal-Mart working as a cashier. I'm mostly looking to just supplement myself while I work on my career goals for the moment. I do plan to move up and do bigger things but I need to get my own life in order first. Of course I am still living with my family so my situation isn't that dire. Work has been going well and the way people act around me makes me feel more and more comfortable with myself. At this point I have been on Horomone Replacement Therapy for six and a half months, and thus far it has been one of the smoothest transitions I have made ever. Everything's seeming to work out fine. I wear make-up and style up my hair and it looks super fab. The boobs are slowly but surely coming and my overall shape is good too. People have commented on my voice sounding nice too and very few people take note of anything may seem off. I'm effectively living completely as a female outside of my own immediate family.
Things overall are starting to work, but it has taken a lot of effort. I plan to use my motivation to move my life foward.

I just thought I'd post a journal on what you guys think of the recent inked pieces I've posted. Would you want one? I'm pretty interested in doing a lot more and experimenting with color. If anyone would like one, you guys can hit me up with a note or comment.

I know that a lot of the other sites I post on are not updated frequently, though if you value my artwork please follow me on these other sites. Furaffinity has been a nice start but it's unreliable. With the site being constantly attacked and whatnot, I'd really like to go elsewhere as a main account to post things.
