there is a reason why i havent been drawing and posting much related to other peoples art at all...


1. im suffering a massive severe burnout right now and i dont know how to get out of it other than ride it out

this isnt the first time i had one i meean i was literally inacitve on this account for 6 months nothing but faving stuff

2. i have been extremely stressed out a lot by irl events and family issues

3. going thru SSRI withdrawals and taking a new anti-anxiety medication

4. executive dysfunction is a nightmare and so is getting depression spikes a lot

5. this is a tad more personal and venty but im constantly anxious over people asking me for updates or start saying i might be scamming them because in their heads i didnt finish it on time. it absolutely triggers my rejection sensitivity as an autistic person and my brain trhinks their gonna ask for a refund or accuse me of scamming because that has happened before esp a few times. i have no idea on how to ease this thanks. (stuff like "oh you do need to make some progress on it" and "its a business" dont help as it fuels my anxiety even more)

this isnt some gotcha "oh i will only do this when i feel like it!" whcih isnt at all i just wish i could just *do* stuff like normal people. but i cant.

Do you have any idea on how to put this in my TOS without making it look like im being shitty or pushing my clients??

Hey I will be taking a break from doing any commission work from 11/6 to 11/16 because I have been getting close to a burn out and I don't want that happening again also been dealing with personal stuff and family house issues.
