Just curious
Posted 8 years agoHi, I hope no one minds me asking, but I know that I have friends on here who have watched me for years and who I care about dearly and yet when I post art recently I get essentially zero feedback. Granted everything outside of my photos is a commission, but I would appreciate some honest comments since most of these are my ideas and do want to know if at least what people think of it, or am I just freaking everyone out from time to time. Thanks for reading.

Anyone able to help a fellow DA artist?
Posted 10 years agoI just wished to share this terrible news with my watchers in the hopes that perhaps someone will be interested in commissioning some cute art as this artist had all the funds stolen from her account and is in need of cash quick. Thank you for your time.

I want to know
Posted 10 years agoJust curious but does anyone ever actually read my journal?
Question
Posted 10 years agoJust wondering but have any of my watchers ever come to a point in their lives where they have become so absolutely jaded from life that being around people is actually painful at times? That being surrounded by others just drives you mad and all you want so to be left in peace and away because being near people makes you feel more alone? I am getting that way now and was wondering if anyone else has faced this and what helped you. Right now I'm tired of being around screaming kids, families who don't care about their own health, highschool bs, and can't form any actual connections since I find no one to try and be friends with who doesn't leave me in the real world. Sorry if this brings anyone down just asking.

Happy Thanksgiving
Posted 11 years agoI hope everyone here has a very Happy Thanksgiving this year. May we all take a moment to thank God for all the good He has given to us and show appreciation for what really matters.
Merry Christmas
Posted 11 years agoTo all my watchers, favers, viewres, fans, and anyone else who finds this journal, may the Peace of God and the love of our Lord impermiate you with the Holy Spirit that today and all days we may all feel and welcome the beloved Lord Jesus Christ into our hearts, souls, and minds. May we all of shared humanity find that gift most precious in our redemption, that so dear in our mercy towards all others, and that we worship and live as children of a just and loving God. To all I say peace be with you, have a very Merry Christmas, and God bless and love every one of you.
Go see Frozen
Posted 12 years agoIf you haven't seen Disney's latest film yet then get a ticket this instant because it's absolutely fantastic. The art, the songs, the voices, and the character development between the two sisters is so perfect. Heck Elsa's change when she became Ice Queen was one of the most awesome sights I've seen and my jaw dropped at the end of the song. Go see it, enjoy it, please.
Happy Easter
Posted 12 years agoHello all my friends, watchers, and everyone else who comes by this journal. Have a very Happy Easter and may the Holiest day of the year bring you joy, happiness, hope, love, and peace in Christ.
Top o' the mornin'
Posted 12 years agoA great big happy ST Partick's day to all my friends and watchers.
Not a pleasant evening.
Posted 12 years agoLast night was the first time in a long time that I didn't feel safe in my own residence. My neighbors are great, where I live is wonderful, but among the creeks and moans of my home cooling in the night I kept hearing someone testing the doors to gain entry. I looked and saw no one, I made sure that the doors were locked tight, and that all was well. The sound kept returning and I took comfort in one important thing, the fact that I had a gun and bullets. Did I kill anyone? No. Did I just randomly start shooting? Nope. But I had the right to defend myself, my pet, and my home from someone who was going to try to harm any of those. That is why our founding fathers insured that the second amendment exists: to protect ourselves from any intruders into our homes who want what is not theirs to take or harm those we love.
To all my family, friends, and watchers on Furaffinity

Since this is likely the only place I can say this
Posted 13 years agoCongratulations America on once more electing the most hypocritical, manipulative, devisive, self-serving, and insepit President we have ever had to have four more years to ruin this nation, attack the founding principles of America, make war with God and religion through forcing institutions which have stood for the right of life to provide birth control (in a manner which does not actually protect one for any disease and how expensive are condoms) as well as abortions, and rule by mob rather than reason. However, God has a way of giving us small indicators of real hope and for me today is was a Superman cartoon on the HUB, the one about Zod and Ursa seamingly taking a world of barbians and turning them into a people of order and structure when in reality the Phantom Zone criminals where forcing totalitarian rule on the populous. Superman at first doesn't fight them, but when one brave native shows the true evil intent of the overlords he can't not fight. It's a great episode and ends with one of my favorite quotes "All that is nessisary for evil to triumpt is good men to do nothing".
I just got this
Posted 13 years agoI have great news to share. I just got my acceptance to MSU and will be starting classes in January. I'm so happy right now it's not funny. :)
Some important news
Posted 13 years agoWell after some thought about some really bad news I'm going to follow my dreams and apply myself going back to school. I just got back from Bozeman MT where I submitted my application to start classes next semester. I took the time I had there to introduce myself to the staff, familiarize myself with the campus, and actually got to meet Dr. Jack Horner in person. Very nice guy and I emailed him just wondering if he would mind meeting and he was more than happy to and it just happened to work out perfectly. He even signed my Montana Dinosaur Trail Passport. So things seem to be working out and I hope to have been news soon to add to this.
Happy Independence Day everyone
Posted 13 years agoHappy Independence Day one and all this year. While this nation is facing some terrible problems right now I felt that I should post a journal and say thank you to every man and woman who is, has, or ever will serve this nation and insured that the ideals of freedom and liberty are not fancy word thrown out in speeches, but hard fought rights defended against by tyrants of all types. Thank you and may God bless and love each and every one of you.

I know why the cowboy rides.
Posted 13 years agoI had a great day today and spent more of it with my great friend Fr. Todd Kreitinger. We shared a couple of meals, chatted, and watched the Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs DVD. I had a great time and one of the most jaw dropping parts was what I saw as I drove home. There is a reason cowboys always road into the sunset in old films, and it's not because it's a tired cliche. After passing through a rainstorm I was treated to what can only be described as a Divine illustration. The billowing clouds over Dickinson were lightly tinted with highlights of blue and violet as the setting sun dipped over the red horizon. The road, covered by a fresh coating of water, seemed to made of a series of silver mirrors that at times made the heavens and the earth converge. As I drove further West into the Painted Canyon region the skies were getting clearer and the heavens were one large prism (or rainbow) starting from the bright orange-red sun in the distance to a faint streak of green, to typical sky blue, and a darker blue overhead. The canyon's stratigraphic markings (clearly defined lines of grey, black, red, and brown) were dotted with green shrubbery, trees, and scattered grasses still all visible in the light given by the sun that was still very visible on the horizon's edge. Once into the Montana badlands just outside of Glendive the Sun had finished it's falling below the line of sight and the band of orange-yellow left behind with even more prominent green, blue, and violet with all the trees, outcrops, ridges, and anything else placed in front of me solid black silhouettes. This is why the cowboy always rides into the setting sun: to try and catch this most perfect of artworks in the fleeting hours of day. He tries to catch and be in silent awe and wonder of the artistry and poetry God writes in the heavens before the clear night air twinkles with cascade of stars like diadems in the blackness of night. And then to smile as he dips his head in humble gratitude for the privilege to be witness as the epiphany of just how finite a glimpse of the Glory of the Master of the Universe we are offered, how insignificant in comparison he is, but how loved he must be to ever be freely offered such a sight at the end of his day. That my friends is why the cowboy rides into the sunset.
They're here! I'm just so excited.
Posted 13 years agoToday has been a day of total win for me. I completed the Montana Dinosaur Trail this afternoon, my Fred Perry commission was here waiting for me, and the DVD I talked about earlier arrived. Yep the one I am part of the special features segment on (which I just watched) was waiting for me when I got home and it is so cool. A bit rushed and some really cool shots were removed, but still very cool. Interestingly enough for you Fred Perry fans out there, you will notice a special something I had on me that may put a smile on your face. Here is the link to anyone who's interested and really these are great specials for dinosaur fans of all ages so please enjoy.

Thank you so much for all you have given
Posted 13 years agoTo all those who have given of themselves in service of this nation, especially those honored dead who loved their nation and what America stands for more than their lives, I thank you. May God bless you, keep you, and those no longer with us may He who made us all keep you in His mercy and love.
HAPPY EASTER!!!
Posted 13 years agoHappy Easter everyone. I hope that everyone is able to enjoy the love and happiness of the Holiest Day of the year. May the Peace of Christ be with you all.
Anyone want to help kids by paying someone to play games?
Posted 13 years agoHello my awesome watchers, and I hope all is going well for you wherever you are. I have some news I wish to share about a very cool online friend of mine named APienkoss and his drive to help kids by playing games. What he's doing is a 100 game challenge where he asks for donations of $10 per game for him to beat before a set date and all the proceeds from this go to the local children's hospital where he lives. It as a great success last year and I hope that he has a great success this year. For those who can spare an extra $10 I ask kindly that you drop by APienkoss's journal (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/...../#cid:25066936) for details. Thank you very much for your time.
Sincerely,

Anyone going to Akon?
Posted 13 years agoIs anyone going to Akon this year? I would love to get something from Fred Perry and was told he always goes, but as I said in my last journal I would love to get something from Fred but can't go to conventions myself. I'm more than willing to pay for any help any other fans of Fred can offer and it would mean a lot to me as I've wanted him to make something for me for years.
Anyone know how to get a Fred Perry commission?
Posted 13 years agoI figure that it may be too late this year, but does anyone have any idea how to get a Fred Perry commission or would be willing to get one for me (for full reimbursement of course)? I always keep missing out as I don't know where to go to sign up and I have no idea how to explain what I would like or what his current prices are. I know he had a sign-up page but I always kept missing openings as I would forget about it. If anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative.
Sincerely,
DemitriVladMaximov

A moment of everyone's time please.
Posted 13 years agoIf everyone on my watch list has a spare moment, would you please be so kind as to take a moment to pray for those suffering from the latest disaster in the South East? They need all the help they can get.
