I OWN Evil Kryis
General | Posted 8 years agoIt has come to my attention that a user on FA has taken it upon himself to out right and openly steal my rightfully owned girl Evil Kryis character and have the same artist who I bought her from do MINOR changes to this " Copy cat" character and believe that it's perfectly fine to do so.
Stealing someone's rightfully owned character that was bought and paid for by me is NOT ok with me on any level and shows me that not only is this user an out right thief but that the artist themselves won't uphold the right to such a matter since this character was NOT an adoptable, but a once owned and used character by the very artist who I bought her from once used.
I am atm dealing with this issue with both the user and the artist, however, if this matter doesn't get resolved I don't know what the outcome will be for Evil Kryis as I feel if I try to use her that people may claim that I stole her from this user which I did not.
I am honestly exteremely pissed off and upset that a user on here believe's it's alright to openly steal a character and doing minor changes would be alright and no one would notice. It's not, it's stealing and while yes I haven't used Evil Kryis in a long time which is honestly my fault and I take full responsibility for that, she is my rightfully owned character for I bought her fair and square from the artist.
I admit that I have REALLY side tracked from my original goal with my characters and have gotten pin-ups, adult pieces and so on with them when I should have been getting more of story images and really developing them as characters. This I take full responsibility on when it comes to this matter as well.
But bottom line is this, Evil Kryis does belong to me, I paid for her nearly 5 years ago, she's NOT for sale, she's NOT to be used in any images unless you come to me and talk to me about it and get my approval or decline on the matter, and she is NOT to be copied for anyone's personal pleasure nor to make money off of. I can't believe I have to write a journal about this now, but with seeing that both this user and the artist have openly stolen my girl and made MINOR changes to her, it shows me that they are both thieves and have no respect for anyone's rightfully owned character. So watch out for anyone who takes a VERY personal imtenest in your characters, you may be the next victum of character theif. Gallery clearing done

General | Posted 8 years agoJust putting this journal down during my break but this morning Ive seen and image that has just made so angry and the more I think the more depressed Im feeling and the reason is this. Why to people worship those who caused misery to 9thers but because they are best friends with well know artists they are being given gift art and the ones who I think wworship them the most get artwork from them.
Just seeing this happen really hurts me and since I gave this person a chance and I get treated like dirt

Ok I have to address something
General | Posted 9 years agoI feel like there things lately I have to bring up now because so much has been happening in the last few days and I have to address them now
First off is that many people I talk to or RP for a short while automatically assume that we have become super best friends but the thing is some of them have short chats with me or RPs with me and then we don't talk for a very long time. Some of them I view as acquaintance, I will admit I have thrown the word "Friend" out there loosely myself and because of this now I feel like I have to address something.
The reason I am bring this up is as I said there have been a number of issues happening at a short amount of time. They have been happening to me and they have been happening to my girlfriend 
Lacussky And I want to clear this all up so there are no misunderstandings or problems and I want to clear all of this up so no more of these's misunderstandings nor problems continue to happen. Cause enough is enough because lately people have been noting her have all claimed that they are all my best friends when they have not really spoken to me a lot of the time and end up causing her drama or even flirting with her. If anyone wants to talk to her you can go ahead just don't say in your first message "Oh I know you boyfriend we're best friends"
Second thing people coming to me being white knights. Basically me and someone had a falling out and are no longer friends and this person shortly after our falling out began to vent to people in chats and wherever else they could trying to get people involved with a problem that has nothing to do with them. One of these's people who heard about the problem who knew both this person and I did get involved for more then just on their behalf and is trying to cause problems for both myself and my girlfriend lacussky over a matter that has nothing to do with them because they are fighting on behalf of the person who I had a falling out with. I want to say this here and now, this problem between me and the person is no one's business but our own. Please, stay out of it. Do not get involved with this problem for no one knows the whole story and is only hearing one side of the story.
Do not be a white knight on their behalf, please spare yourself any problems and please stay out of this.
Also about gift artwork I do not mind getting gift artwork, I do enjoy it very much. However, as of late,certain gift artwork has not been my taste. I would prefer if they can keep the image to refs I have of my OCs as close as possible. if you have a idea please let me know it about and we can talk more on it. Also I am currently working on getting up to date ref sheets made for my OCs as wellMerry Christmas/Happy Holidays

1) I just had to nuke 4 months of submission messages on FA yesterday. It piled up so badly that I had no choice.
Now I resume seeing furs recent uploads again and keep up to date with what is going on.
Thou some people I am watching you might get a message box full of faves as I might be back tracking in some peoples gallery's.
2) Also I am spreading the word for my girlfriend Lacussky's Autumn sale she is doing.

General | Posted 9 years agoToday has sucked with work because I had family kicking off at me about other customers using a disabled entry pass and that ruined my day really as well as customers having a go at me for something a other ride operator did
And to top it off I have to go to my sisters and finish up her sons bedroom for painting and putting up wall paper. Because they are coming back tomorrow morning because of shit my cousin and her husband are pulling over there.
I am not sure how long I will be gone for as well
*sighs* Today just... really sucks haha....

General | Posted 9 years agoI decided to take a break from RPing. these past few months I have just been very tired from work and lift stress.
And I believe part of this being tired is the fact I have many MANY RPs on here and on my Skype. I think there are to many which drains me of ideas for reply's. Some as well want to RP with kinks of there interest which to be honest are messed up in my mind and NONE of my characters are in to them. And others I have ran out of ideas to keep going on RPs which has caused me to leave people hanging for months on end.
So I think I need and will be taking a break from RPing and will just sleep and rest to recharge now till I feel better Because as well lately I have been falling a sleep on people which has upset them.
Good night guys. I'm tired and heading to bed now

On some other more saddening news I just learned today that my uncle recently passed away on the 17th twelve days after my aunt died. He died of natural causes. I guess he just lost the will to go on with out herJust to let you all

1. I wake up with a sore but sticky throat so I think I might be getting something
2. My mother was starting to feel really ill thinking it was a reaction from one of her tablets after some tests she has in the hospital but they said she might have just worked up a panic and they told her not to take the tablet for at least a day to see what happens
3. my aunt died today as well but the news also made my mum more stressed then she was already

Ok guys from my last sumbission I uploaded Month of Building has ended with the Imperial Knight.
And with that the next to do is paint them. No I am not able to paint a whole model in one day.
Unless you want it looking messy lol.

Month of Building has begun
General | Posted 10 years agoToday I started my month of building where I take as many of the unopened and unfinished model kits I have not yet touched and will be building a kit a day.
I will also be posting videos of them on my YouTube channel the plane is that if I build a lot I wont want to build anymore for a while and just paint them instead.
