I'll be slowly getting the FA up to speed. Still posting on X and BlueSky. I like BlueSky a lot more cause it don't make me as sad.

YO I ain't dead!!!

I've actually still been posting but only on Twitter and Subscribestar. I've been real busy with my IRL job for this past year, hence why posting has been so inconsistent. I tried making art my job but it just wasn't paying the bills (you know... typical artist things). Work goes good and I have good breaks, but it drains a lot out of me. This is why I haven't been asking/opening comms as I am just SWAMPED with other stuff.

Anyway, here are things to look forward too as I start posting stuff

- A new Salli comic is nearly complete and has started to be released on subscribestar
- Subscribestar weekly sketches are starting to go public
- Another Salli comic is currently in the sketching stages (it is a big one) and will be a collab

I also have other updates for other stuff:

- Holiday Requests are completed (They were done January but I just never posted them here oof)
- Couple comic is still in inking hell! <- This fucking thing puts me in a mood I tell you what
- Commissions ETA is currently in the summer BUT it may change. Maybe earlier, maybe later WHO KNOWS!

Hello everyone! Sorry for the hiatus but a lot of IRL stuff was happening. I would go into detail but it involves a lot of moving parts and is very personal. TLDR; I went to go help a family member for a job, they kept me there longer than expected, worked 8-5 everyday coming home both physically and emotional exhausted. So that meant, less drawings, less progress, and more and more neglect from me. But the job is over now, so I am getting back on the horse sort of speaking.

Commissions are gonna reopen next week, not only because it has been a while, but because I also have a "dental emergency". Prices will remain the same but I will be moving more towards a slot based system again rather than the "However many I think I can take" system I've been doing. It has just lead to more delays, stress and me feeling unsatisfied with my work. I will have a system in place where I can take small commissions and big comic commissions but each will be its own separate queue. Just note, if it is a bigger commission, it WILL take longer.

In terms of what is happening to the SubscribeStar, I think I need to do a complete rework. I feel like a drawing a month isn't cutting it (also I still need to do May's drawing as well as Junes, oops) and I want you guys to get the bang for your buck. So I think what I am going to do is provide weekly sketches for DK Crew. These sketches will just be that, sketches. No colors, kinda messy, and should be small and short. Depending on how things go, I will have a vote between the sketches to see which ones will get the full coloring treatment. All of these drawings will be exclusive to only subscribestar. If the drawings ever do become public it will not be until either 6-8 months after being posted here. I'll start next week with a quick Tali drawing and then I will start opening it up to votes/suggestions on who/what to draw. Note these sketches will not always be saucy so don't be mad at me when I start posting silly non-NSFW drawings.

On other notes, the discord should be ready! I'll be postin more stuff there and please join up to get access to emotes, rewards, and goodies. We got nice people here so come an join! It is legit only a $1 to get in and even if you decide to cancel your sub, you won't get kicked out of the server! Ain't that neat?

Yay, it’s the second month of the year and I’m already late on the updates… WE’RE OFF TO A GOOD START. But there is some good reason as real life has been getting kind of hectic. I recently started a new job, not art related but it still takes up most of my time and leaves me exhausted both socially and creatively. So, expect drawings to be a little slower than usual (Even slower? Is that even possible? Hahahaha….*cough*). I do have some small stuff in the pipeline so expect to see some WIP’s and stuff soon.

First up, commissions for this month have already closed. Thank you again to everyone who got a spot and passed the form a long, it really means a lot. Please note, if your commission is “big” it will take a longer compared to the normal 4-6 panels. I’ll do my best to get it done as soon as possible.

Second, new comic is coming along nicely. No, it is not another couple comic (the first one isn’t even done yet and it is just stuck in inking hell), instead it’s a collab with a friend! It is Mass Effect related and is another Salli adventure. All I really want to say is that it involves some Quarian inside Quarian action~ I don’t know how long it is going to be, but I plan on it being at least 25+ pages. However, I am not doing this by myself so it may take longer than usual. In the meantime, I’ll have WIP sketches once it is fully rough sketched and put pages up on the subscriberstar. And the couple comic isn’t dead yet and it will be done before even one page of the Salli comic is colored.

Lastly, speaking of subscriberstar, I have been thinking on how to enhance supporter’s experience and make sure you guys are getting the most out of your sub. So, I am currently in the process of setting up a Discord server! You don’t need to be a full-on DK Crew member to get access and just the $1 is enough to get into the discord. And even if you cancel, you still have access to the discord, but you will not be able to see specific channels. There will also be exclusive emotes and such to the server, and I might host a stream there once or twice a month. I would also love to do like a game night with supporters but again this is all just ideas. Let me know what you guys want from this discord so it is all nice and prepared. ETA on it will be late Feb.

So that is what Feb is going to be like! Kind of slow but new projects are starting to take shape. Hopefully this new job doesn’t tucker me out too much, especially as my workload is slowly increases. Thanks again everyone for all the love and for enjoying my weird ass stuff. Hello! Making a New Year's resolution to post an update every month, just so you guys can see what is in the pipeline for stuff. If you want the TLDR:

First of all, COMMISSIONS WILL OPEN ON FRIDAY! I am sticking with the regular pricing for now but expect in the future a little increase. These comms take time and I've been getting bigger and longer projects so it has made things difficult in making my own personal stuff actually done. A price increase will not only help me financially but also time wise. Sorry if it is inconvenient but the changes won't go into effect until at the earliest Feb or latest March. So if you like my prices now, Friday should be the day to get that commission you've always wanted from me ;3

Second, the Couple comic, where the hell is it?! Well this weekend I plan on release the full 56 sketched pages on my subscribestar. It will be inked and colored in time but since it has been almost a full year since the project began, I might as well get the roughs out there so people can see how this story goes! It will be finished and when it is, all the pages will be posted weekly (with subscribestar memebers getting in a couple pages early like always).

Third, future comic I have in the pipeline is a collab with a friend. A lot of fun quarian on quarian action in that one. Also when the first Couple comic is done, I'll get started on the second adventure. This one won't be 56 pages long but it will still be quite heafty. Another Salli comic is also planned, mainly involving a VERY hungry hanar but that is far down the pipeline.

Finally, animations! I have recently acquired Toonboom and Maya for the year. I have been taking animation classes all thru 2022 and I want to actually show off my skills and make some lewd stuff. They will mostly be 2D animated but if I ever get a rig to play with, you bet your ass I'm gonna go ham on it. I might even do small storyboard/animatic style animations as well instead of fully coloring it but it depends. Anyway, just know I am looking into making more animations and it should be a lot of fun :3
