Terms of Service (TOS)

If you are interested in a commission you should read this thoroughly.
Payment:
VERY IMPORTANT
Here is an introduction on how to use different payment options.
Paypal is very prefered.
100% upfront. Payment plans for anything over 150€ can be discussed.
Paypal’s invoices now have to be used for digital goods and services. I will ask for your Paypal-associated email for payment.
Never send as 'gift' or 'for friends' neither send as 'for goods' ALWAYS send as 'for Service'. Never write anything conflicting in the note/commentary field.
Split payment made by two individuals is welcome, if you want a commission shared with somebody, ask! To dim down the fees associated with Paypal I ask to either have one of you send the total sum, or add +2 Euro to one of the two payments if you prefer to send your money individually.
Ask for other forms of payment, such as SEPA Transfer (EU only), Bitcoin, trade for goods, wishlists or Gift coupons
I do not give refunds, please be sure of your purchase before you commit to it. I will not send you the sketch first unless specifically asked for it.
Keep in mind I most likely will have other commissions listed to do before yours, I will inform you about this. Keep in mind that I also have school and a private life.
Changes you want done after the sketch stage cost extra, no changes once the picture is in the final stage or finished. No changes on traditional work post-sketch phase. No changes on traditional sketch deals. Be sure of what you want.
Note: What I draw might not be legal in your state, check beforehand. I do not take responsibility.

I do not have specific pricing for art.
If you want to commission me, tell me what exactly you want and I will talk out the price with you.
Don't be shy to message me with your request, this is a job. If you feel more comfortable you can also request the image to be private (I will post it but I won't mention your name I still have the right to publish the image in other ways, ie. digital download sales). If you wish for your commission to only be publicly uploaded censored there will be a 10€ fee.)
I will claim the right to refuse business with you for no stated reason. My works are fantasy only and I want to keep this a safe space for everyone to enjoy.
I can do fetish art, but its best to talk about it with me first.

Paypal Invoices: “(insert something about 20 cent fee here)”
October, 19th 2016, Paypal changed their ToS regarding using invoices as self employed artist. The artists is now legally obligated to use invoices.
Using this however not only protects me as working unit, it protects the buyer samely. Should there be a case of receiving a wrong product, or none at all, you have the option to get your money back even if I financially, physically or otherwise can not do this for you at this time.
Tax-free Income: “Why don’t you take more commissions/ why do you put people on hold?”
Legally I can make exactly 425,70€ EUR a month without having to worry about taxes. Giving myself a buffer to ensure this does not happen, I cut my income at 400 Euro. Included in this cut are: Any form of commission, digital downloads (excluding pay-what-you want, those are declared as donation), shipping money for prints etc.,. You might think 400 Euro is a lot, but it is really easy to lose count of what you did and who paid ahead, it is easy to make a mistake here that would cause me to be obliged to file taxes which I may not even know about. I put customer’s payment or work on hold or a waiting list to ensure the proper order of this.
