See, what had happened was, I had a long war with a very unpleasant, very large, very fast spider last night, the likes of which I have seen once and only once.

It was the other spider's brother out for revenge, I am sure of it.

Anyways. After successfully purging it from my room, I was sleepless with thoughts of just how many more there might be, and how long it had been lurking in the dark, picho-fluff filled corners waiting for me to discover it.

Suffice it to say, it was a long night, due to unforeseen spider difficulties today's stream will not begin until 1pm.

Sorry. BLAME THE SPIDER. I need coffee and some wakeup time.

Tomorrow at 12pm PST I will be streaming the rest of the day in order to make my Fallout 4 Preorder happen.

Getting back into art after even the smallest hiatus is brutal.

So, I did a thing. A Patreon thing. I notice a lot of artists have it (those who treat their art like a job, anyways,) and have been considering it ever since I pushed to start my web comic. Stability didn't allow for much outside of commission work, but I feel like now this is something I can commit to.

Gonna require that you have Painttool Sai to color it, but I legit have no idea what colors I want to make him, so I figured I'd offer up my lineart for people to color should they want to color but not actually draw anything. :D

You'll notice a layer beneath the lines in clay, that's for ease of coloring inside the lines, wand it and color in the selection on another layer, oooorrr, clip things to it, whatever you want to do. :)

Each sheet is flat colored and comes with a portrait picture, additional studies may be added for appropriate fees. Bear in mind all prices are a base and are subject to vary depending on character complexity/add-ons.

Standard - Back and Front, 1 Portrait - Base of $85.
Deluxe - Back, front, 1 outfit and a Portrait - $125.
Super Deluxe - Back, Front, Side, 2 Outfits and a Portrait - $160.

Cell Shading - $5 per pose.
Soft Shading - $7 per pose.
Painterly Shading - $10 per pose.

Illustrations -
Illustrations come standard with flat color and full lines and typically refer to a scene out of a day-to-day, roleplay or whatever. The background will be simple and not overly complex unless otherwise agreed upon. All rates are base, and subject to change. Additions can be made for a fee.

Lineart -
Lines come standard with a transparent, or color filled (one color) option. No background is included, additions can be made for a price.

Weird combo, right? I've been out a new prescription for glasses a good two and a half years over the suggested two year mark, went in recently to get it filled, and it seems it was just in the nick of time, too. This last week has been killer for eye strain in front of the computer. What's worse, I think I'm not only dealing with that, but this horrible mutated flu working its way through people I know. On the plus side, my body's fighting it off before it can really take root, but I'm achey, headachey and prone to nausea from basically anything that moves too fast.

So that ruled out all my good times Skyrim binging-- sad day.

Anyways, glasses should arrive today sometime, which means I'll be back to posting art (albeit slowly, I'm working on two relatively large YCH wins, so it may just be the occasional progress shot) HOWEVER, while browsing FA for adoptables, I noticed an obscene lack of hyper masculine male types (which is sort of my bag, I like those hunkier looking boys) while trying to find something to suit my tastes and enable my own personal laziness, lol oops.

Anyways, what's the deal? Is there just not as large of a market for the truly MANRY adoptables, is it more of a ladies market, femboy, etc?

I'm genuinely curious here, this is sort of research in the event I want to introduce adoptables in the coming weeks.

And one more thing, what sort of adoptables do you prefer? (if any at all) Let me know in a comment!

So, I've listed my first YCH. I don't have an enormous following, so, that's always a problem. I thought I'd try a little incentive package.

For anyone who does happen to signal boost and effectively net a bid, I'll do your choice of a couples sketch, or a single subject painting similar to  renarde's in limited palette.

I've never actually done anything to quite the scale I'm intending to do the YCH to, so this is a new experience, but I'd prefer it be both lucrative and beneficial to both parties, so you can bet I'll be putting some elbow grease into it.
