It was freaking awesome! Not money wise as such, but the people and artists and oh my god all the cool fur suits! And they had horse drawn carriages, it was so cool! Now to do the multi art site shout out to every one i met at the con! I can highly recommend the Quality Inn, in downtown Atlanta. I'll add the artist here as soon as i get them all written down in one place. BRB!

If i go for the mini scanner i can post smaller pics in pretty good quality sooner. and the model i want is portable as all get out.
But the larger scanner would make it easier to scan big pictures. but i have access to one of the big scanners on campus and it's not like i do 12"x17" pics all the freaking time. plus that scanner kicks all sorts of ass.
also i have a bad feeling i'm going to end up on a porn blog in an effort to try to make art more well rounded. (and for the sake of really good cookies. well they better be good cookies what with all the effort i'm putting in here.) at least if i go the pr)n blog rout the screen won't fill up with aggressive smut adds. yeeech.

Actually that's not a surprise... and I really need sushi and to finish some art! and a 1980's or earlier Spirograph kit. I'm not even joking. =O_O= Also I need to make a tail and figure out how to get good pics during the process since i want to re-do a friend's tutorial on how he made his tail. Just need long pile faux fur. Time to go finish art work! But first to check my gallery for the how to.

Oh My GAWD.
I just finally got the commissions list from Otakon 2010 today. that's the draw back of being on the other side of the state from the rest of the group, what I make up for in freedom and low cost of living, i lose in taking like 3 plus weeks to get the info and ref pics on what folks wanted me to draw in the 1st place. On an up note 1st semester was starting up so that's hectic anyway. Work work work.=\
Anyway with out the 4 commissions from friends, 1 who's leaving the area next month for North Carolina, so I REALLY have to do her's first. I still have 18 COMMISSIONS total. Most picked up from Otakon even including the fire alarm of stupid. which is why even though I usually don't quite enjoy it, I still go every year.
Yeha I'd like to say that's why I don't update my comic on SmackJeeves, but really it's because i don't have easy scanner access and it's just for fun and practice right now. So the list is arranged by which con you commissioned me at, if I have your ref pics if you provided them, do you know where i work ( 3 of the non con people live in my town), and how hard your picture is. Seriously someone requested a really big fun pic of 5 centaurs playing Rock Band. *sigh* that one's gonna take awhile. =^_^= So in conclusion, if you need to send me any more ref pics drop me a note at

It's been a long iffy year, so i'm glad it's close to over. Everyone who isn't my Mom, big brother, or a unknown small child in a 3rd world country is probably getting art as a present. heh, and in one persons case at least an 8 page comic, welcome to being an adult sweet heart! As the year draws to a close and i realize we managed to pull off the DFC neko con launch with only minor problems, I realize that i feel almost entirely nuetral. I don't even fell my usual yuletide rage, and the yuletide deppression is almost completely gone. huh. That vuaegly worries me.
anyway i also accept cd's of anime I know they'll never release in America as a form of payment for commissions. LONG LIVE THE BARTER SYSTEM!! XD
