As some of you may know, I am working as an artist for a game, so I don't have as much time to work on regular art. So, it may take longer than normal for me to complete these, which is why I don't want to take on too many.

Anyway, keep an eye out for my next journal on the first of July! I'm not going to be picking anyone until then!

I've come down with the flu. I couldn't even get out of bed yesterday. x_x I think I'll be taking a short break from work so I can rest and recover.

We ended up staying in Colorado for a total of one month before coming back. Things were not working out. :( It's a long story, but basically it was one unfortunate event after another.
As luck would have it, my laptop's HDMI port stopped working there too, so I couldn't hook up my tablet. Now that I'm back with my computer, which has a working HDMI, it started dying on me - constantly restarting (particularly when I plug something into it), failing to boot up, etc. I'm currently looking into what might be causing this. I'm very sorry to everyone who's waiting on art from me, or is interested in commissioning me. It might still be a while before I can draw. TuT

I've been super busy, so I didn't have time to post a journal about it sooner, but... I moved! and I have moved in with a friend in Colorado! It's a lot more peaceful here than in LA - I like it. n_n
I'm still getting settled in, and I had to leave my computer (we left a lot of our stuff, but we plan on picking it up at a later date), so I need to set up Sai and PS on the laptop before I can resume work again. As far as commissions go, I have two left to do, and one of them is about 75% done! Yay!

I'm opening 10 slots! They'll be a flat rate of $100 each. I'll also want the payment up front (sorry I don't usually do this but I need emergency money right now ;u; )

What I want you to do is comment with refs/pictures of the character(s) you want (female, male, FF, MF, and no more than two please) and a description of the scene. I'll pick the ones that sound the most interesting to me. n_n Make sure you have money first if you're going to comment!

What you'll get is a full color picture with a background for one character, or a flat color picture with simple/no background for two characters. n_n

Hey everyone, I'm back from my hiatus!!

If anyone wants to know why I've been inactive, the first and main reason is that I wanted to get my current commission queue done and out of the way before opening for any new commissions! But that ended up taking longer than expected. I'm still waiting on payment from one (been waiting for months lol), and still waiting for details from the other. And the second reason is I haven't been feeling that well lately and have gone through periods of particularly errant sleep, which is why I haven't even worked on personal art or the comic.

I'm considering kicking the month off with continuing my comic funding for the next page, and a YCH (Been meaning to do one of those forever!) n_n Hope all of you are doing well?
