Hey there everyone, I hope that you have been doing quite well this past year. For me, it's been a lot of ups, a few downs, but many many more ups because of the many different trips I went on this past year. I got a new job earlier this year, I have been going to tons of events in my local area, and a few dozen other little factors. If anything, I feel like things might actually be even better going forward. This past year, I've seen so many wonderful people, visited new locales, seen so many exciting new things, make new friends, join new parts of the community and get my life back in shape in a way that I think will work out better for me.

At the same time, this next year may be filled with even newer exciting things, as long as everything goes alright of course with some of the things coming up. I've also been feeling more able to upload some of the art that I've gotten over the past few years, but let me tell you that I have a lot, and I mean a lot to share. It also seems like the last time I put a new journal up was in June of last year. So, you can imagine that I have been exceedingly busy with getting things back together, but I think I'm almost there. Also, I kind of figured that it should be alright for me to put up a good chunk of the work I've gotten over these past many many years. I think you guys would really like to see it, and because of that, I feel like I can do it~! So, stay tuned.

Hey there everyone! Hope things have been going alright for all of you!

I've been growing with excitement for quite a while for this moment as I will soon be stomping my way to Anthrocon 2023! It's kind of crazy to think how many times I have gone, with how many changes that have happened, and how I have much to look forward to, but I love going to this convention for many reasons, especially with this wonderful community of ours being so awesome.

I'll be staying in close to the convention, getting in late on Wednesday due to me taking a little time to really step in, and then staying until early to mid-Monday to help really leave an impact, while hanging out with some very wonderful friends of mine.

If you happen to see me at the con, definitely give me a shout! I'm happy to give a big shocking icy hot hug! I'll be wearing a small number of badges of my characters, Manny the walking blue thunderstorm, Adake the Icy Hot Tiger, and my Shadow Yeen Randolf. I'm actually pretty curious which of my dudes you see me as more, although it'd probably help to upload more of my work to help make that determination haha.

In any case, do feel free to approach me and give me a hug or talk for a little bit! You may also be able to contact me on Telegram to get my attention, but I'll admit I may be a bit sparse as I'll be running around a lot for the first couple of days. Either way, I'm quite happy to catch up, learn more, and really just open up to new things!

There will be a few things that I'll be doing such as going to a few more panels this time, check out the cool new stuff in dealers den and likely helping friends out at the artists alley if need be, potentially volunteering for the convention if there is a chance to, as they always need the help, and also get a bit more acquainted with the area! A lot has changed since I went last year.

Its another shockingly huge birthday!

My goodness this past year has been an experience and I know that the year forward will definitely be far more positive and fun.

If anything I feel like I've kind of reconnected to a lot of different places, and even to my own characters. Things feel better, clearer and far more happier! Hello, everyone!

Oh my gosh it's another year full of growth and I finally hit the big 3.0! I'm now 30 stories tall or 30 countries tall or 30 miles tall or 30 planets big or something! Who knows but this next decade is going to certainly be something else for sure! If anything I'm going to be taller than the mountains and make plenty of huge steps when going forward! Either way it's been one very fun birthday so far with lots of happy birthdays from close friends to family to so many others. It makes me so happy to see everyone and I love each and every one of you!

Lately ive been working on a huge move to have greater access up and down the east coast so I can see more of you as well as have easier access to go to Europe! The biggest thing is that I have some anxiety with looking for something out east first before I move and I'm pretty close in numerous situations. However it hasn't happened just yet, but I know I'm close, very, very, very close. I'm getting interviews, companies are interest in me, and I'm driven to succeed in this. I have a lot of questions about what to do going forward, but it's been a process and many of my close friends know that I have an incredible drive to get this done. In any case, I'm not going to give up and I'm going to keep pushing really hard.

Oh! I also baked a carrot cake with some close friends! And I've even traveled around the state a bit at least before I have to do a huge ride back out east! Tonight though I'm going to have a bit of a tournament in Smash or something, and once I get the job I'm definitely definitely posting a lot more. Especially with the lighting and environment being more my thing when I move back east.

The artist is  onion_zero and their is awesome, especially with the way they do their colors, their lighting, and the way they form the shape of a character. 2021 was actually pretty good for me in the end. I built up a lot of confidence, build up a lot of my skills, got more open about who I am, and got together in a relationship again after so long. As for what I got planned going on, I'm planning on making a rather large move again soon. Hello again everyone!

I hope that all of you are doing wonderful and well as of late! Sure it's only been a couple of weeks since the last journal but given the length of time between prior journals that didn't pertain to things like a holiday or birthday or something, oh dear like a year or so and such, I thought it'd be a good of a time as any to go and make another one! How exciting!

Well anyway, I've been having a bit of a think on things in this fantastical community of ours and there was something that came up in a conversation a friend I had. Everyone has to start somewhere and sure there's that point of time where you actually joined and became a part of things, but the interesting thing that came up how did you get here and how did you even start? Heh, well that one's a bit of a long story but I think it all boils down to one thing, and that one thing being confidence.

I've found that confidence is something hard for me to come by, where I feel afraid to jump forward sometimes whereas with others it comes by with relative ease. I get this feeling that everything has to be done just right, and there can't be any faltering in those steps. It comes to me in such a way that things have to be well researched beforehand, taking into account every single factor, make something that "wows" others and so on and so forth, where others can just walk into a room with a stride like no other and own it! It was about oh gosh almost 11 years ago now when I first joined Furaffinity and started to be a part of this community, but there was a time prior to it where I watched, learning and then joined the site, before waiting another year I believe before making a real push into it. If anything, I found FA through a webcomic ages ago through DeviantArt, and then found a link to an artists webpage here and then everything just grew from there, quite literally! There was a bit of time prior to those 11 years where I was also watching, mainly due to no new accounts being able to be set up, so that helped me in a ways with figuring out how I wanted to enter the furry community. Our community is a fascinating one, full of care and love and joy and appreciation for ones self and everyone around them, where there is creativity like no other, where there are stories told that have never been told before, where people create, invent, inspire each other in so many different ways and it is so nice to see. But I'm getting away from the point that I'm trying to make I think, that confidence.

Joining the site itself was a hurdle for me from the get go, faving that first artwork I liked and then, gosh now that I think about it it makes me chuckle, panicking when that very artist comes to my page saying thank you for the favorite, and then disappearing for a week or so was another hurdle. To be fair I was going through a big jump in my life at the time with my education, but that's a story for another time. What I'm getting at is that since then I've developed quite a lot more confidence since them, I feel like I can reach out to people and say hello, how are you doing, what are you working on, is there anything I can do to help you out or some such, even play a game or something. To sit down and write with a friend, to buy a tablet and try to art with my friends before the tablet decided to kick the can shortly after getting it, still miffed about that, or to join a massive social group online and be a part of something and be known for something that is totally not falling asleep when it's too late and forgetting to turn things off, or even helping people with a multitude of problems through a variety of studies in anatomy, color, culture, history, and so many other things. The thing is, I took those steps and I feel good about them, despite the failings that happen sometimes. It's actually really nice to have that now and it all came from me taking that first step, and I wonder what it was like for others, or maybe even everyone else.

The thing is, confidence is a very difficult thing for me to figure out. I've tried a multitude of ways to deal with it, but I always get held back on the "how". Most recently, in the past couple of months I've been working hard on trying to make a significant jump in my life that will bring me more stability, that will make things plenty easier for myself and others around me, and on top of that get things on track. At the same time, it's the uncertainty that stops me, factors that I don't know and don't know how to understand or in some way control. I get this feeling that no amount of study will give me the correct answer since everything is an ever-changing variable that can significantly have an impact on everything in life going forward and I feel it is a form of fear that either holds me back and stops me, or makes it so that I can't figure out if I should move forward. I get this feeling that this happens to a lot of others too, even through the community and elsewhere and it's something that's been around for ages. I guess what I'm looking for is some exercises to feel more confident and to feel like I can actually do a thing no problem. With that said, I find myself being the first to volunteer for some form of initiative, or be the one to say hey let's play this game or go here, so I guess I am getting better at things!

With that said, all of you are an inspiration in one way or another, you help change the world around you in many different ways. It's always wonderful seeing all of you around and the things that you want to go about and make. You are all fantastic to talk to in one way or another, as you make everything feel awesome, so please do keep being awesome!

So hello! It's been a little while since I've done a journal, but that's alright! I wanted to first thank all of you for all of the follows, all of the faves, and the watches too! I'm honestly not sure how people keep finding my characters despite me not posting so much but hey, that's cool as heck and you're cool as heck!

So! A friend of mine has been doing something cool recently about self-reflection, their place within the community and it has inspired me to be a little more open about myself and the thoughts I have and my place in this wonderful community of ours. I'm hoping to do more of these kinds of journals going forward if time allows for it. I think I'll post things about random thoughts and stuff I have seen over the past decade in our community, and share them if that's cool.

As for things with myself lately, I've been making lots of self-improvement lately in trying to understand the different states of mentality and the thoughts that go behind them, with a combination of trying to understand the biology behind it. It's been an interesting and enlightening process that has helped me open my mind and heart up more to things, where I feel like I'm becoming better and more optimistic again. But I'll go into that part another time, maybe in another journal if that's alright! Which I'm sure it is, haha!

I'm also going to upload some artwork, as I need practice with the new system and hopefully I'll feel more inspired to do it and also in pushing myself forward. Practice can be a bit hard sometimes but hey, once you get past the how and find a balance, you can accomplish anything! So again, enjoy!

What's that rumbling?! Ohno, it's Dialuca and he's growing yet through yet another level! Gosh, I'm getting so close to three decades on this planet, I feel like there's still so much to see!
So yes, I just turned 29! It's exciting!

Another year, another bit of time, a load of new experiences, and company to be had! This past year has been fraught with many crazy things, many good things, and I would say many better things too. With a good chunk of promotions in my career, plenty of new friends with many of those being new to the community and new relationships being fostered, as well as plenty, plenty of art! When thinking back on this past year, I can think of how it felt like for a moment I was holding myself back, but at the same time focusing on striving to improve myself and how I am and how I act. I feel I've made progress on those fronts, not as much as I'd like of course, but it's been progress nonetheless.

It's been positively wonderful to be a part of this community for close to 1/3 of my life now. It's really helped me experience all these wonderful things, like you, the artwork, an appreciation fo rlife and creativity. It's truly wonderful to see and I can't wait to see MORE!

That said, I really, really really gotta do more uploads and more journals, I swear. I keep saying that but history shows that doesn't really happen. I'm gonna make more of an effort!

My goodness what a year this has been... But I will say that I'm more than happy to see this past year go and for us to go into the next one. For I have hope, hope that things will be different if we all keep working together, keep being together, and keep trying to be more than we are! For I'm motivated to make the changes that I need to be a better person, I'm motivated to keep trying and make a different not for myself but also for other people around me. And I'm going to try to make that change as I have been for the past couple of weeks. I'm not going to sit here anymore and do nothing. I'm going to make plans, work on those plans, and execute those plans, and it will be great! Hello hello everyone! I hope that all of you are doing absolutely wonderful! I know that with these crazy dire times that it a bit harder to feel good and wonderful, but I want to say that if you need to talk about anything at all, I'm happy to listen and help and do everything I can make sure we can get through this together. I know how scary it is, I know how terrible it is, and I know how things are confusing, and I want to say it's going to be okay. It will be, but for now we have to do everything we can to help each other out.

Anyway, it's been about 5 months since I posted my last journal. Sorry about that, been slightly busy then this whole mess hit and now things are slightly better at least in terms of timing now that I'm working from home which was actually pretty interesting to adjust to. Being able to make lunch at home during your lunch, being able to still relax and then break into a different kind of work mode immediately after everything is all said and done without getting bogged down, is nice. Although I do enjoy the view I have when at work, but now I can get out and around more easily.

So, the one big thing today is it's my birthday! I'm now 28 years old! It's been a long journey and Ive made many many friends, and of course many many memories. I feel as i move forward i understand just a little bit more about the world through my studies and am open to always trying new things out. So lets see where things go. For now though im going to continue to do everything i can to help people, learn more about the world and find out the best ways to help people smile and laugh and be themselves despite all the crazy things going on in the world.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year to all of you!

I want to say firstly that this past decade has been quite the roller-coaster, but in a good way.

Ever since I first joined this community a little more than a decade ago I got to get to know all of you, how wonderful all of you are, how kind you are, how much of an inspiration you can be to me and others and how you truly make a difference in the world through your actions. You are all so wonderful and if I could go back in time to do this all over again I think I would, because of how much I greatly appreciate all of you and everything you do.

But that isn't to say that this next decade will not be full of opportunity because it will be. There is opportunity to grow and to continue to inspire others who are within our community and those who are just entering it. There's an opportunity to continue to foster and grow the relationships that we have, the friendships we have, and sure while there may be times where we fumble and mess up, we can pick each other back up and keep moving forward together. And that's what I'm always going to do, to help others through difficult times and to help others grow while also doing what i can to help myself to improve myself too.

I'm also excited to announce that I just got all the parts for a new computer that I'm going to get built with the help of some friends, and speaking of thank you all of you who helped me with figuring out the parts. It's my first build and this thing is going to be super duper powerful and last for quite a long time. I plan to stream, to draw, to do more gaming with all of you. I also got two Dungeons and Dragons books and have been studying through them to further understand ways to do some fun group activities together. This next decade, I want to be more active in this community and with my friends, and help others who want to grow and change. I want to pick up a hobby and I know I like making things with my hands, maybe sculptures or something. I also want to upload more of my work over the course of the year and while I know I say this every year, I'm going to do more on that front. I'm also going to make more of an effort to get work with others because I think it's about time I put that past of always getting something for myself and changing it up a bit to get more with all of you wonderful people.

So lets look forward into the new year, let's grow and change and make this next decade into something wonderful. Something where we help others grow, something where we make a real difference in ourselves and others, and something to make this world be a better place today for tomorrow.

Yes please! I always enjoy seeing more art of my characters and seeing what people cna create whenever I get something from them. It's even better when they draw their character and mine! It's like a set of memories but in a way that just feels really, really special.

I'm definitely going to the macro meet, but it is unfortunate the Haida meeting is at the same time. Otherwise I'm not sure, maybe I'll see the dance competition this year. But I know I want to go to the con starting meet.

I am really excited about today, with leveling up and everything and well becoming 27! Sure that's a couple years before 30 but let's make the most of it and all of that good stuff. What I want the most though is to know that all of you are doing alright and that you guys are happy. But today is going to be nice, as I'm going out to get some nice food, play some board games with friends, and we'll see what happens!

Then afterwards I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I had a nice few days off. I am learning tons of new things with cooking, my city planning in games, among other things. But in the meantime, I'm going to try to enjoy a big birthday!

I hope that all of you are having one very wonderful day. It's been a couple of months since I've done one of these journal things, so I thought now would be a good time as any to let you know what has been going on and what things will look like moving forward!

Since last time, I believe I let you guys know how things are going with my job. Well the good news is I worked a little too much, but I'm likely to get a promotion sometime soon, so that's nice! What's also nice is that I've also been helping to represent the place I work at to different locations around the globe, which is a very cool thing that has happened recently. I guess another thing to take away from all of this is how I have effectively helped save a few people with what I do, and it's always nice to help them out in every way that I can especially their families. I still do want to help even more people out, and where I'm at now does help with that but doesn't fully accomplish everything. For now though, I'm content with doing everything I can to improve my skills.

With life, well that is going pretty good too. I'm learning more about cooking, nutrients and calories and fiber and protein. It's weird finding this stuff out a bit too late, but since I have oh my gosh I have made so many cool healthy meals. Oatmeal, eggs, oolong tea and some fruits in the morning is really good for you and I haven't felt that energetic in ages. And what's even more hilarious is I cleaned my home and I feel so happy and clean and everything just feels good. I still have a lot to learn and plenty plenty more cooking utensils to get. But I'm excited to make more things, and I'm really really good at making omelettes.

I do have some good news and bad news! The good news is, I have a lot of art to upload and share with all of you. The bad news is I have a lot of artwork to upload, and by a lot I mean... well I haven't done the full calculations yet as I've been spending a few days pouring over everything but you could say it's maybe a um... couple hundred? And by a couple hundred, that is a vast underestimation. I want to preface this though by saying that I love everything that I have got from each and every artist and with my friends too. Just because I haven't uploaded anything in ages doesn't mean I hate it at all because that's most certainly not the case in any retrospect. I will admit, I've been afraid to upload a few specific things due to something that happened many years into the past. But I would honestly say at this point, I'm likely over it and I think that I should be able to upload those now. It might also stem from the fact that there is so much artwork to upload and it's going to take ages to go through all of it. I mean, can you handle this much fire and electricity? Now can you handle a mass upload spending I dunno, all day? That's the main question! But we will see what happens, and I'm going to not fall back into this rut, enough time has passed.

I think what would help is if I condense things into little folders instead of having it all in one very large folder. Hm, I'll try that soon. But for now!

With a side note!

TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY! And I'm going to be 27 bigness tall! I'm actually really excited as I have made plans with a few friends to throw a nice party with, and I've been completely focused on just doing everything I can to be better. I want to be there for all of you, I want to talk with all of you more! But I'm just excited for the birthday first and foremost since there's a few active plans.

Anyway, I think that's a nice little update.
