It's been a while since I put up a journal like this, especially before I move the entire world forward an hour! Shocking right?! Anyway, how are all of you doing? Anything you want to talk about?

I honestly couldnt believe it when I heard it... but...  animeloverchaos A good friend is no longer with us... But I have some things to say.

Many, many years ago, I first met Spencer otherwise known as Animeloverchaos... I have to say I was a little intrigued by what kind of person he was, but I had only recently stepped into being a macro and showing myself really into this fine community of furs. He is a great creative, a story writer who knew how to get into the minds of those under him and really show how powerful he can be if he let his character do his own thing. He was also incredibly kind and worked hard every day to both help himself and the people around him.

To many in this community, he was one of the first few people that new macrofurs may have met, showing them things about the macro community, explaining things, and just being all around kind and awesome. While I myself didn't talk to him quite as often as I would have liked... He had an impact on me and many hundreds of others in this fine, and wonderful community. He introduced so many people, he brought many artists to light, and with his story telling he made each and every piece he got from artists so much better. He is an amazing creative and kind and wonderful.

He had an amazingly vivid animation too, I remember years and years of working together and writing different ideas together. He introduced me into a side of macro that I currently am a part of and I can never ever stop thanking him for that, But in knowing him, he always had a spark of friendship, a sense of humor that could get anyone smiling, and he was someone you could call a true friend after not talking to him for quite some time.

To many people, he had more than an impact on others, and spread love and joy into peoples lives. And those memories will never be forgotten by me nor anyone else. You were truly wonderful and an amazing friend, and the impact you had on me was like no other. Thank you, thank you for helping me become what I am today, because without you and your wonderfully creative imaginative and kind mind, I never would be where I am today.

I wish and hope you find peace, you awesome, wonderful and amazing macro wolf god friend. My condolences go out to his friends, his family and even those he loved very much.

Whew boy... it's been one hell of a crazy ride this year and I have a feeling it's going to be getting crazier from here on out. But that's besides the point, we made it through the year with our friends, our families, and and those that care about us and they have pushed us every step of the way to be better than yesterday. We have had experiences like no other, developed relationships like no other, and have grown together both literally and rhetorically.

And I have to say, I'm proud to have met all of you this past year, and have also got to know you too. You are all wonderful people. Kind and loving, sweet and wonderful, each of you have had an impact on someone this year and it is wonderful to know that. But let's keep doing that, let's grow together and make even more friendships in this wonderful community of ours! I look forward to seeing more of you in the coming year.

So again everyone, have a Happy New Year! I'll be stomping around, probably even bigger than before and spreading all of these shocking wonderful happy feelings to each and every one of you.

I want to say this past year has been incredibly interesting and crazy, but I have built so many friendships, I have been able to get close to so many people, and I can't tell you how happy I am to have had all of you in my life. You have been a giant influence on me, in some ways more than others, and I can never thank you enough for everything you have done to make everything be better.

I hope all of you are having a wonderful time today and throughout the break with your families, your friends, and your loved ones. While there may big gifts, the best gift you can give is spending time with those you lovea nd making sure they know you are there for them no matter what happens.

This may seem like another journal being about oh no, what happened. It kind of is, it kind of isn't. I want to open up by saying that I am concerned most about our rights as individual human beings, not just as furries or scalies or anything. We are human beings, we stand up for each other because we believe in whats right. Not every human being is perfect as seen by the events last night, but that said they are still human. They are all people, with love, with ideas, with feelings, with stories about themselves, and no matter how much you hate what has happened we must not stoop down to a level where we attack other people because of what happened as people are able to change their mind, they are able to be taught, they can understand how we feel and we can understand how they feel just by talking to them. But remember they have the same rights as you.

That's just one thing I wanted to say. The second thing is our rights are currently on the line. I will not stand idly by if our rights get taken away as it affects ALL OF US, not just you and I but the people around you. For all you know hateful person may have someone in their family who is also gay or whatever that can't be represented because their rights were taken away. If our rights begin disappearing in front of us, I want to see us all stand up together and say with a loud voice, and not just -A- loud voice, but one that will resonate that says that we will fight, that we will stand up, that we will not go quietly into the night without a fight. We are not just Americans, we are human! And our goal as a people, as a species should be the protection of everyone, everything, and every bit of this planet and whatever else. Our goal should be the preservation of this entire planet into the stars and beyond. But that feels like it's in jeapordy, and what can we do to secure our future if the future currently looks bleak? We do have to keep trying, we have to stand up, or else we fall into a deep hole of despair. But while we stand, we need to stand for our fellow people, no matter what their views are for if we stand up just for ourselves without any thoughts of the others, I fear we are doomed to repeat the past and cause major harm to the people around us.

I want to also tell you that I am a major history buff. I have studied cultures and histories. I have studied how this world works and how we have repeated history on so many different places and different times. Many of us today are fearing for their lives, for the livlihoods, their families, their friends, their countries. They fear that we have taken too many steps backwards, that we have let something horrific happen. That may be true, and then again it may not be the case. But it's hard to see through the tears that we have for the people around us. It's okay to be afraid, at least for a little bit but we need to realize we cannot become complacent, that we cannot sit idly by as we have a bit of time to make sure we make this right or rather to stick for our people. We have seen Jefferson and Adams, Lincoln and Douglas, and many other presidencies in the United States of America. We have seen scandals, and we have seen events that have made us question what makes our country so great. "We've had a lot of hardships and tests of character before and the country has managed to stay united, we need to remember the divions of the past and keep our minds on how we got through those in order to help us through our current hardships and the major divide" This is sadly one of those piviotal moments in our history, and we all knew, if we studied it, that it was going to happen. I just don't think anyone knew that it would be like -this-.

I have thought about this immensely, I am constantly thinking about it to the point where it's hard to move, to think, to understand where I am coming from as a person and as an individual. How can I help the people around me understand what to do next, how can I help everyone without having to divide our beautiful country and the kindness that we as a people but not as a government, evoke to the world around us. "-And this is why I have written this journal-"

The one thing that we must do now, is one very very specific word.

-THINK-

With this word, we think about what we are as a people and as individuals, we think about how we can move forward as a society, we think about how we can protect the people that we love from hate and bigotry, but we also think about why that hate and bigotry exists and how we can lessen it through our actions. We think about how we can fix this country to a point where it is not divided anymore and think about how we even got here in the first place. We have to think about how we as a society manage to survive and how we don't give into hate and bigotry. We need to think about our actions before we make them otherwise we are no better than the ones who attack our civil liberties and ideas. We have to think about how we reunite our country under the values of free speech, free press, freedeom of assembly, freedom to petition, and the freedom of religion, where we also excercise the other freedoms given to us under the Constitution. We have to think about how to think, and we need to think together in order to protect the future of our planet, for we only have one.

We are going down a very dark path, especially when I look back at history and see what kind of people are currently in power in our country.

If you are American, do not think about just four years from now. I implore you to think about in the next two years and stand up and support the candidates who will move forward to help this country in a way that is beneficial to ALL people. We are a society fo freethinkers who are also one of the largest melting pots in the world. In order to protect our future we must work together to come up with solutions. I for one have decided that I will begin looking into politics and see how I can change the world. I feel that I have to do it, because I love everyone around me and I'll be damned if I don't help them out.

So please, remember. Think about how we can work together, because when we work together we can accomplish great things very, very quickly.

I want to let you guys know first off, that I'm the kind of person that sticks out for my friends, my family, all of you here. I try my hardest to listen to each and every one of you when you want to talk, I write stories and try to understand where every is coming from when they talk. I try to see what brings people together with smiles and happiness, and I do my best to be a hopeful individual.

That said.

What I'm seeing right now, what I'm looking at, what I know about whats going on. Our future is bleak, our future is screwed, and I want to say that I love each and every one of you very much. I don't know where I am going to go, I don't know what to do, as my future, my friends future, my families future, and your future is bleak.

Again, I am really not a particularly religious person, as I do everything I can to help others, but I feel hopeless. I'm scared.
May god help us all.

I remember years ago I dressed up as a Roman Gladiator, a mechanic, a video game boss (cant remember which one), and I believe a lion! Each year it was a lot of fun and I was happy to be with my friends and family.

In other news, life's going fine, I've been pretty busy working on plenty of homework and other material before I graduate. There's been a huge focus on studying, and I have also been writing even more stories. They have been taking too much time on top of all of my other work. But thankfully you'll be seeing the results of many of those very very soon! one other thing is i will have a journal post soon that may be the most detailed you will ever read!

Sorry it's been a while, I've been incredibly busy studying for a comprehensive exam on top of a few other things like finishing up the semester. I've also been working on an entirely new even original character, and writing even more stories! It's going to be fantastic!

Yeah I just got back from a horribly delayed bus ride from Pittsburgh, I had a ton of fun, but I need to have a power nap. A few things are going to get done today, scan the Anthrocon stuff, look for jobs, print out more info for my comprehensives, look for jobs and network more across the country, get up at better times instead of going to bed at 5am from now on, even though it's like 10 am right now. I am exhausted! But I will tell you I had a ton of fun, expect an Anthrocon Journal in the coming weeks

So I'm leaving in a few hours for a journey like no other. A journey to be with my friends and participate in a community full of like-minded people that just love to be around one another, participating in an event that celebrates who they are and the togetherness that they have with one another. This journey will be taking me to Pittsburgh, PA! I went to Anthrocon last year and it was an experience like no other, I made so many new friends, I met so many kind people, I learned about so many different artists, both up-and-coming and artists that have been around for years. There are so many kind people that I have met through going to AC and I'm hoping to meet so many more this year. The friendships I have made since last year, as a result of everything last year was fantastic. While I did have trouble in keeping in contact with everyone from last year, know that I enjoyed every second of it, every meeting that occurred, every party that I had attended, and each event that was held by the con itself. I want to meet so many people again and build even better friendships than I have had before. This is going to be good for everyone, and I'm sure everything will go alright. I hope it will anyway. I'll see all of you soon!

And on one note for Anthrocon, contacting me through twitter, telegram or skype is probably not going to happen as my phone is too old for that stuff. So try contacting me through  thefandox or anyone else who may be going to see who can get in contact with me. I will try to be around as soon as I can. This has been bugging me for a little while and I feel like it would be a good idea to get an idea of what everyone thinks of me around here. I mean, I know I'm going to Anthrocon in less then a week and I'm really excited to see everyone again, but I have this nagging fear that how I am perceived compared to last year may have gone bad in that time. I'm honestly not sure, so that is why I am asking you guys.

I also have 3 to 5 submissions that I will be uploading in a bit, I'm also planning on making journals based on my experiences at Anthrocon this year! I'll try to be as in-depth as possible in telling you guys what I did and who I met, however I don't know if I'll be able to take photos this year as I do not own a camera of any kind, my 3DS broke and I have no smartphone to use, I also haven't been able to get a digital camera but I could probably find one this coming week. We'll see what happens.

Another couple of cool things that's been happening in my life is that I am almost done with my Masters Degree, I still have comprehensives to do which are in august sometime but I'm having difficulty as one of my teachers still haven't given me the research I need for 2 of the classes out of the 6 or 7, I need to pass either 4 or 5 but I think it is 5 that I need in order to pass. Other than that I've been becoming pretty successful with cooking, starting with small things like rice, eggs, pancakes, meat, and even messing with berries. It's much cheaper than eating out all of the time, just so you know, but at the same time the food tends to come out better when you cook it yourself anyway, as youc an put it to the parameters that you want. I've been wanting to cook some cookies as I've been inspired by a friend of mine and I've also wanted to try to bake my own bread too, however I have no idea how to do that. But you know, it's nice to have a new hobby that takes some time that also helps you out at the same time!

I can't come up with a good story for it but no matter. Anyway, you will see at least two or three pieces of art from me today.

I've been busy preparing for it while also getting back in touch with friends, to find out who is going. On top of that, I have also made significant progress on a new character how he will look, what features he will have, what weapon(s) he wields, what he is proficient at, what his weaknesses are. That sort of thing. I need a new character anyway.

So I submitted an art by my good friend  thefandox on the night before everything went down. Well looks like the file was lost and the submission was lost as well. This sucks. Might as well go about trying to resubmit it and such. But hey had a good day in the meantime and yay the site is back up. Other than that I have quickly been updating other sites with the submissions and information from my profile. I will finish getting that done as soon as possible. Also it absolutely sucks that the 2 millionth submission doesn't even exist after all of that mess. Nyeh...

Another thing i should mention is that my birthday went pretty well. I had over 500 people say happy birthday to me through various social media websites including here on FA. I cannot thank you guys enough for that. I also received various gifts from my friends and honestly I can't stop thanking them enough for being awesome and wonderful. I had a good day with my friend, who was leaving that night to go home after the university was complete and such. I even obtained my grades and i did quite well this semester, only one more to go until i obtain my masters! So thank you again everyone for all of the birthday wishes and everything else. You are all awesome people.

sorry about the multipost, FA has been very weird... Nyeh.

And I'm still growing much larger than I have in the previous years! The universe will not be able to stand up to the big blue electric wolf! MWAHAHAHA!

In all seriousness though, my birthday is happening today! I've been on this planet for 24 years, growing slowly to take it over with my electric awesomeness! I have made so many friends in the past couple of years, some of whom that have changed my life, some of whom I have changed theirs, and in many cases, people of whom I can trust with anything. It's a bit of a self reflection as well as a look forward into an increasingly uncertain future by the day.

By becoming this old, or young depending on how you look at it, you often find yourself in a philosophical state of what to do now, you're almost a quarter century old! But you need to look around you at the things you have accomplished and what you can do to better this future that you feel that you are heading down. Surround yourself with the friends that you have made over the past few years and talk to them often, make sure that everyone is happy and that everyone and everything is awesome.

The good news is that I succeeded this semester and I am now on my break. There are some minor problems this coming summer, doing a comprehensive exam of all of my classes and hopefully succeeding. doing some more art and writing to better hone my skills for the future, while also spending more time with my friends.

On top of that, as this year draws to a close, things are going to be interesting! I'm going to be going to Anthrocon! I'm going to be rooming with a few individuals of whom are my best friends and someone who could potentially be one hell of a great friend. There is one problem with Anthrocon though, at least for myself. -I need a ride-. That's the only thing I need in order to get to AC. That is it. Everything else is settled.

So yay! I'm now 24 years old! I don't know what I'm going to do today but it's going to be one hell of a fun day. I'm certain of that!

Scruff is one of the coolest artists I know with one hell of an amazing style, as I've been watching him progress over the past couple of years. He proves again and again that he can make anything look awesome.

The best thing about his work is how expressive it is, the paws, and how he is more than willing to work with you to make sure you get the best quality out of your idea. He's the kind of guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with what you get, while also trying to find ways to continue to improve himself at the same time. He's a great person and from what I hear, amazingly fun to talk to.

So basically, the semester is now complete. I do have a few more things I need to wrap up and a few more things for work to do. Other than that, I'm free. Uploads should be more regular during the summer, and I will have to talk about the trip to Anthrocon later in May. One thing about Anthrocon, everything else is squared away, all I need left is a ride to the convention.

I usually don't post journals often about such things, mainly because I rarely ever dream. You know, REM stuff and I rarely ever remember. Well this time I did remember. It wasn't good.

So in the dream, I'm at Anthrocon. On a side note, I am going to the convention, more on that later on. Now in the dream I'm trying to find my friends but I notice that in the area where the suiters get their massive picture, there were shirts everywhere and I wanted to get a few. Now what i do remember after that is I get distracted by something, probably go back to the hotel room, which was oddly still in the main convention center, I don't know why, I seemingly forgot almost everything that I was going to bring with me to the convention including some sketchbooks to get some art. I make it back to the shirt place and it looks like everyone is packing up, I run down there and almost everything is gone. As I'm looking around everyone who is there is staring at me very weirdly, I don't know if that's a thing that happens in dreams but whatever.

Then I realize, oh no! I need to find my friends! So I leave the building from the back side, run as fast as I can to one of the hotels, apparently I ran to the renaissance because that's what I remember. I go up to the reception ask if they have seen these specific people. They say something about if you get my some new paper I can help. For some reason I do find new paper. Now I see my friends coming out of the elevator, but suddenly they fade away, like smoke or dust. Everything got really dark, and the receptionist says... "You don't have any friends."

I woke up shortly after that, sweaty hurt, body aching I guess. I had to do a double take and look at any pictures and everything around me. Checking on different forums too to make sure that wasn't true. One of the biggest things that scare me is being left alone, one of them at least. The other is being forgotten.

I am certain I have friends, right? I know I talk to people every day, people I love to chat with. Theyre my friends, I'm sure of it. It's just this dream was way too scary.

I hope everyone else is doing alright though.
