Also on a side note im still lookign to see if there are potential roommates for Anthrocon/AC I'll be checking with a few people later.

So AC is drawing very near and the time left to get a room is starting to become a little frightening. I've been trying to talk to people to find a room available see what hotels are available but I'm having little to no luck. The issue that I'm having is I need to find a room that will also include my self and my friend  thefandox I'm looking to see if anyone is open and of course we would have money for the room.

If worst comes to worst, I may find a room myself and ask for roommates. So this is my question to YOU! If I were to do that how many of you would be willing to get on board. I'm actually very -very- wary of how much I'm going to be spending at the con so finding the best price, and also trusting that you guys would be able to pay into it. I currently know that the Westin is out as an option as the rooms were all bought up a few months ago. Theres a couple of other hotels available near the con, each ranging from about 156 to 200 something dollars per person if there are 4-5 people including myself and Mars in the room from thursday to monday morning.

I -may- have transportation set up as I found a greyhound to the city for super cheap, however at the same time it wouldnt hurt to have a ride up there. If you are interested in that, I would be happy to talk with you and also help pay into the gas money that it would take to get up there. But I would need to get to know you first before hand, this also goes for anyone wanting to room. It helps if people know me already though.

However, I will still also be looking for rooms with others at the same time to make sure I keep all of my options open. If you are interested comment below about either the transportation or the room.

One note though, I have not found a room yet because I've been too focused on fixing a few things and getting my papers done for this semester. I will be contacting hotels hopefully very soon.

I get that it's a block button, but is it absolutely necessary? O.o I guess what I'm saying is we already have a function that is sort of inside of the account settings and that was working just fine. I just find it as a bit of an unnecessary, especially since it's quite literally next to the watch button. The other reason I'm concerned is due to people possibly wanting to troll. What's going to happen, is there going to be a box telling you who you blocked and how many you are blocked by now? Hypothetical thought of course but it's a bit of a concern. Especially since it may relate to something that happened recently, who knows though. I guess it's time to unfurl the sail.

Anyway.

I saw the Pokemon Direct, and it was a little underwhelming. 6 minutes of details relating to the 20th anniversary and less than 20 seconds of footage relating to Pokemon Sun and Moon, I mean dont get me wrong, I'm thrilled. but at the same time, I wanted to see more footage of the game, possible pokemon, geographic locations, all of that stuff. Sure I know it's early on but in regards to the past where I learned the entirety of gen 5 and wasn't blown away, I'm a little worried. Who knows though, we'll see how it pans out and how many new pokemon we'll be getting. I'm sure there will be a mega mightyena or something.

It's been quite a little while since I last gave a real update to all of you, and I apologize for that. Life has been busy and I've been sort of lazy with updating everything.

Over the past couple of months, classes and work have been taking up a good majority of my time, but also the fact that I try to remain connected with people who are my friends, establish new friendships, and in general try to be as nice and helpful of a person as I can be. This may be a part as to why I haven't been around much of anything lately.

I have been obtaining new pieces of art too, plenty of it, but its hard to keep up with writing stories for nearly every piece when I don't have too much time to do much of anything. I'm still working on things, as I often get bursts of inspiration in writing, but at the wrong times of day. I get too distracted sometimes.

But, despite all of this there is a bit of a hope I have, in er... 10 months, I should be getting my masters degree in PR, and be able to move out of the terrible town that I'm stuck in to experience the world itself. I have no idea where I would go, what I would do, but I know with my degree in tow, and the experience that I have, that I may be able to find a job anywhere, as long as my own resume is in check. I have hope thought that I will figure out what I'm doing, I think I'll make plans this spring break or in the summer as to what my next step is, as my current focus is on classes and I'm actually helping organize a donation drive for a healthcare place. It's a lot of fun, if infuriating at times.

As for my friends and myself, I cherish every moment I have with my friends. I love talking to people, helping them out, and I enjoy everyone's company. At the same time though, I don't have many adventures if that means anything, so I've been making it a priority to go out on walks, meet new people, hear new stories, even go to a few museums in town, even if they aren't all that great compared to some of the other art and historical museums that I have been to in the past. I enjoy new experiences, I enjoy reading stories, going to libraries, to learn more. With my friends, I can't wait to get out of this town and experience another convention, probably go out hiking in the west, visit a national park, maybe Yosemite or the Shoshone national parks. I want to play games with my friends, I try to hold events to help bring people together to help establish new friendships. I just enjoy the company, and try to make sure that everyone is happy.

Heh, this journal seems a little more saddening than I thought, that wasn't the intention really. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I've been too busy on preparing the next step in my life, and trying to keep in contact with people here. I want to show people the art that I have obtained over the past 6 years, at an increasing rate. So we'll see how that goes as well.

I hope all of you are having a happy holidays and are enjoying the last moments or the future, of the year that is now, before the next one comes. It's been a crazy good eyar I made so many friends and new best friends and everything. I got back in touch with so many of the people from my past, it was fun. But now, I believe 2016 is going to be quite a challenge for me in terms of school and sorting out life. And hopefully everything goes well.

So hi everyone, I hope you are having a happy holiday! I know I am. Anyway, have a merry christmas everyone, I hope to hang out with all of you some more soon!

I wish I had more to say but it's been a pretty interesting day, nothing happened, but i made some scrambled eggs that were actually pretty darn good. Gotta go to work tonight for some reason though. honestly I wish I could have had more fun today and hung out with the people I truly care about, but maybe next year. Maybe next time I'll be with my friends and we could celebrate christmas and new years together.

While the air may not be cold with that hint of frost that we love, we still take solace in those that are around us. Smiling and hugging, with an embrace like no other. Today is a day where we wish each other a Happy Holidays, where we celebrate the end of the year. We give each other gifts of kindness, ones that are from the heart, others from the mind, but in the end, what matters most is that one hug, that one smile that makes us say thank you.

Hehe, I probably got a little poetic there. What I really want to say is thank you for everything this past year. Without all of you, I never would have been able to get through my classes this semester. Without you, I would never have made so many friends after going to a convention this past summer, I want to give back to you guys in a variety of ways, and I have a few plans ahead in these next few days on how to do that. It will be a lot of fun to show you what I have in mind. But anyway, I'm just so glad I have you in my life, all of you wonderful people who say things to me and care about me. Thank you.

I want to wish all of you, my watchers, the guests who regularly check my page out, my friends, and even the people from my past of whom I don't speak much with anymore; A Happy Thanksgiving. But before I go on with all of the thanking, I'd like to say that I'm sorry for those of you that are unable to be with your families or friends, like myself today due to work or the inability to go home and enjoy the time you have with everyone. I want to wish those of you a happy thanksgiving as well, as I know how hard it can be to not be home with friends and family, to not be able to be there with anyone and deal with peoples need to buy things. I wish I could be there to tell you a happy thanksgiving and have a nice meal with you.

In the past 5 years that I have been in this community, I have met many great and wonderful people. People of whom I have loved and cherished, people of whom are some of the greatest friends I know today, people of whom that have helped me become the person I am today while constantly pushing me forward as an individual striving to better himself for the benefit of all people.

You have each made a difference. It's wonderful having people of whom that I can talk to and relate to, of whom I can play games with, and also share my experiences with. The one thing that does suck is that I'm unable to physically hang out with all of you for now, and I wish to change that in the future. I want to be able to tell you in person how much of a difference you have made in my life. Thank you every one.

Anyway, I'm thankful for the friends I have made of whom have made a difference in my life, my family for helping push me forward in life, and I am thankful for the experiences that this community has given me, the life in which I can feel happy in this community while I try to become a better person. Sorry I havent been around all that much, well I have been if you find my comments on various pieces of art from time to time, but it's mainly because my primary focus this semester is college and making sure that I succeed at getting two A's so that I can continue my education for the following year without having to worry about this huge mountain of debt that is over my head. Personally I'd prefer paws over my head but that's just me. When I do happen to get most of my assignments done, I have a ton of work I want to upload, I have been writing stories for them, yet I haven't had the time to properly upload them and format them correctly. However, because of classes, I have had a lot less time to do much of anything in general, as well as working 2 jobs for a while has really cut into my time. I do also have to upload a journal from AC that I've been working on but... its been nearly what... 4 to 5 months since AC? Eesh, still was awesome meeting so many people from there and making all sorts of new friends.

As for myself, life has been holding up pretty okay, i got two jobs, im doing two classes, i have to get two A's this semester otherwise my life will be a constant struggle for the next couple of years or decades, no clue yet. but basically stress is high and im doing everything i can to get my life in control!
