Posted 15 years agoOpening for requests
Posted 15 years agoHey dear people,
It's been a LONG while since I've written anything even remotely like a story. Writers block, me thinks.
So, to try and get over it, I need ideas, something to get my creativity working again. Hence is why I'm going to take requests. Not many, and only the ones I like best, but I will make a few. It might take a bit to get them written though.
So, to take a request, I need at LEAST a decent written description of a character or a character sheet (I need more details than a simple picture with your cock showing for example, I need sizes). I also need more detail on what you want happening in the story, a scenery, certain specific topics.
For example, if you tell me you want a German shepard male bouncing on a german shepard female in a wardrobe, that's not enough.
If you tell me you want a Green 6 foot tall anthro dragon with 2 black stripes along his back to safe a damsel in destress from a 30 story high appartment building which is being threatened by a brown grizzly bear holding a knife to the only rope holding the girl from certain death, I can make something from it... but I would need something to work towards it. And if you want me to write them bouncing together, with or without the brown bear, I'd need the details. I'm sure you know which details.
No details, means that I'll have to make them up! If you want me to write your character down accurately, you will have to supply the details. I will not search all over the web in the hopes to find the correct details.
Content limitations!
- I will do (hyper) scat, (hyper) watersports, (hyper) farting, incest, dragons and herms with delight.
- I will not do Gore, Vore, (hyper) muscle or anything related to visible blood.
- I will do other things, but for specifics you will have to ask.
So, to sum it all up:
- I'll take up to 2 requests (for now)
- I need details (numbers, sizes, etc.)
- You need to supply the details.
- I need details about what you want in the story, scenery, characters, genders etc.
- The story won't be much longer than 5 pages, unless I really get going and turn it into something amazing...
- No details, leaves it up to my imagination, if I even accept the request.
- No time-frame garantee. I can't say I'll have it done by some date. Deadlines mean pressure. Pressure, means no story.
- No means No. If your story idea gets rejected, you've got to accept it and live on. Nagging will only get you on my ignore list.
- PLEASE remember, writing a story takes me time, a lot of time. By accepting your story idea, I am freely using my own free time to do you a favor. I appreciate any pointers you have on my stories to help me improve, but I do not appreciate complaining.
Perhaps, if this turns out to be a succes, I might start doing commissions... >.>

Posted 15 years agohttp://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1406984/
There, I'll admit, he's a friend of mine, one I've known for... well, 3 years now, through awesome and less awesome times...
Anyway, he's got some problems on money front, and he's taking commissions!
GO and ask for one, he's quite talented. ^.=.^ And for only $20,- for a full body, I'd say it's a steal!!

Confuzzled Dairy day 2/4 Saturday: Meh... could be better...
Posted 15 years agoI'll start where I left off yesterday, after breakfast after a night where I slept only 1.5 hours.
After about 7AM, after finishing breakfast, I basically had nothing to do until about 10AM, so I took my laptop and started playing games with a dutch friend, Pyre, until about 10, when the Dealer's den opened for sponsors. I didn't really start purchasing anything until later in the day, when I had stared getting used to the Den, which I regret a bit because I didn't get to get a snow leopard cuddle plushy. v.=.v
I did end up with a moodcard with 7 moods, a pretty sweet scribble conbadge, and a few commissions (both sketch and otherwise). I also made a bid on one of the guest star's pictures, but I quickly got outbid Almost into the outragious, really... 100 Pounds for a reasonably small picture, is a bit too much for me to over-bid... especially on a reasonably tight budget.
I was a bit sad though when at around 10:45 Dan said that because he wanted to visit the dealer's den again, the movie I've been looking forward to for a few months was called off... It gave me time to acclimatise, and I got back to the dealer's den as well, but I still was a bit disappointed.
The rest of the day went rather quietly. I joined Stripe with a walk to the small town nearby, for him to get some extra cash. It came out reasonably handy because I wanted to have a look around for a 4-way-timer from Salter, and since I knew there was a Tesco in that town, I joined him to look there (Salter's website said that they sell at Tesco's as well). We seperated on the way back when I wanted to get some golf balls for my dad. I got him two for 2 quid, so I think he'll be happy when I get back home.
I paid another few visits, and went online with my laptop for a bit before I went to a Cartoon workshop. I really noticed there that my drawing skills really do leave something to be desired, but the pictures I did try to draw turned out better than I thought they would, it took an hour though, and tiredness stared to catch up to me. After than workshop, I had another visit to the Dealer's Den to check up on my bid... It was then that I found out that my bid had been out-bid by 35 Pounds, a bit too much for me to catch up to, since my first bid was £ 65,- to start with. I was a little bit disappointed, but maybe I'll have a little more luck at the actual auction.
Between 16:00 and 17:15 there was another small event I wanted to participate in, fursuit electronics. Even though I don't have a fursuit (or patials), I'm still interrested in the workings behind it, and I might make use of it on a later part of my life. It wasn't really what I expected though, but it was exactly what the title suggested. I was expecting/hoping for more robotics and animatronics than the basics, but it's good to start with the basics I guess.
A little while later, I went to the local pizzaria, had some 'garlic bread with cheese'. I have to give the british cooks behind it credit, very few people can take such a simple dish, and completely ruin it. What I got was more olive oil with cheese and garlic bread than anything else, worth a 3 out of 10 at best. I was quite in a pissed mood, so I went to get my card-deck and played solitaire for an hour or two before getting my laptop, and sitting there for a few hours, playing games on it.
I continued to play games until around 11pm, when I thought it would be best to head for bed... turned out to be the best idea indeed, because I slept much longer last night than I did yesterday... about 4 times as long with an interruption at around 2:40am, because Griz woke me up with his snoring. >.=.> I'm NOT sharing my bed with him after confuzzled, unless we're both naked and 'cuddling'. So Griz, don't bother asking unless you intend to do just that.
I fortunately got back to sleep again, and woke up roughly around 7AM, after some much-needed sleep. I had cerials for breakfast and left it at that. I'm sitting at the main bar right now, sitting next to Stripe Kazama, with my laptop. Rather calm.
You'll get another diary entry tomorrow. With more news on the ash cloud that is threatening my return flight.

Confuzzled Diary Day one of four (Friday)
Posted 15 years agoFirst day of the first furry conference I have ever been to! First day of the first convention I have ever been to, even, and it began much like any other day (except for the raised heartbeat in anticipation of course). I stayed in bed until around 10:30AM, lazying my way to breakfast until I ultimately got on the train at 14:13. I arrived at the airport at around 14:47, and got in line for the baggage drop-off and check-in.
At the check-in though, I was quite unpleasantly surprised by how busy it was... There were only 3 counters open, and behind each of them there was a line of almost 20 people! Luckily, the opened up the 'elite' check-ins for us, so the line for me was reduced to only two people in front of me. I hadn't really paid attention to what my bag weighed, but I secretly think that it might be suspiciously close to the 20kg maximum... It weighed a heck of a lot more than I thought it would, even while it was only half-full.
Moving on, I had a meal at McDonalds (medium fries, mcflurry, large milkshake which I honest to god think tasted like caramel), got a small bit of bread with cheese and ham on it (yum!), and at around 16:40 I got on board the bus that would take me to the airplane.
I must plainly admit that I was even more excited to board that bus than to board the plane... I have never been in such an airport bus before, and it was fun to see more of the inner working below the terminal floors!
The flight went pretty smoothly, not much different from what I expected, to be frank. KLM is a good airline, I can tell from experience and the fact that it's DUTCH (country pride, you can bite me in the ass if you don't like it), and we landed exactly on time, at 17:20 UK time.
After the flight though, the rushing started... I had my bag and possessions all around 17:35/17:40, but I did still needed to get to the hotel and get used to using English constantly, and to seeing furries all around me (At the hotel, NOT at the airport). One call to the T-mobile service desk later (they blocked my number surprisingly), I was ready again to make calls. First one I called: Griz Sylverwing, and he came with some slightly bad news (which wasn't completely unexpected). They (Dan_the_wolf and him) weren't going to pick me up from the airport, which meant that I had to call up the hotel's coach services.
The airport hosted a couple of Courtesy phones, which had internal numbers for most coach services, including to my hotel... I tried calling them once... twice, trice, and hung on the ringing phone for about 10 minutes until I finally went to the service desk and had them try it... Same happened, but with use of another phone number, they finally got me into the bus and off to the hotel.
Arriving at the hotel the first thing I saw was... well, take a good guess, it's a furry conference being hosted there, and it made me slightly uneasy to be surrounded by so many unknown people in suits. I've always been uncomfortable in large crowds, and this was (sadly) not different. I had to get in the queue to register for the con, and get my goodies and pretty much had to rush upstairs to get ready for dinner with friends in the center of Manchester... While calling Griz at the airport, he told me that he had my room key though ( I know you will be reading this, Griz. I appreciate the effort, but in future scenarios I really do want to pick it up myself... I am frankly amazed they had you take it with you anyway, poor security. )
So, I went to the room, sat down on my side of the double bed I'm sharing with Griz, and started reading through the conbook... When I looked at my watch, I quickly realized that I was at least a couple minutes late for the bus I needed to take... Still being a bit upset about being in unfamiliar surroundings, surrounded by all sorts of strange/new people in suits or partials, I didn't really feel like going, and so let it slide... with an attempt to still make it at around 19:47, but the bus didn't show up so I simply went back to the hotel, got in line for food at the hotel's restaurant, and sat down at a table somewhere in the main corridor.
Slowly but surely, I started to get used to all the new, unfamiliar faces, started getting used to speaking English all the time, and generally started getting at ease... With a few people playfully tugging at my feet-paws, which got my mood up. ^.=.^ I'll be bluntly honest that I enjoyed my games of solitaire on that table, and that I enjoyed talking to someone who I now want to recognize as a new friend, and that I enjoyed hugging all the unfamiliar faces that were open to it and introduced to me by my dear friend Griz (is anyone noticing that I'm mentioning him quite a lot?).
All the while though, I hadn't even seen my other roomy, Dan_the_wolf, until late in the evening when I sat down with Fox, two people I had never met, and mr. Sylverwing. I was happy to see his tired face again, a good friend for whom I think I have feelings beyond friendship (I'll get back to that on a later date... possibly).
Ending the evening/night with a drink and a nice chat (and adding a few people on MSN), I finally decided that at around 0:40AM it was time for me to head for bed. Didn't really work out though... I was still up at around 1:48 when Dan got back and got to sleep, and when Griz got back close to 3AM... I think I only had about one and a half hours of sleep, maybe two, since I woke up at 5AM this morning... Which brings me to, well, now...
The 8th of May second day of Confuzzled. Tomorrow an update on what will happen today.
PS: I'm tired and sleepy and hungry, so I'm looking forward to breakfast.

Posted 15 years agoSince I know people sometimes/often have problems with getting along with me, I think that the test I found in
snowy 's journal works quite nicely in telling you that.
5 - the Observer
you chose BZ - your Enneagram type is FIVE (aka "The Thinker").
"I need to understand the world"
Observers have a need for knowledge and are introverted, curious, analytical, and insightful.
How to Get Along with Me
• Be independent, not clingy.
• Speak in a straightforward and brief manner.
• I need time alone to process my feelings and thoughts.
• Remember that If I seem aloof, distant, or arrogant, it may be that I am feeling uncomfortable.
• Make me feel welcome, but not too intensely, or I might doubt your sincerity.
• If I become irritated when I have to repeat things, it may be because it was such an effort to get my thoughts out in the first place.
• don't come on like a bulldozer.
• Help me to avoid my pet peeves: big parties, other people's loud music, overdone emotions, and intrusions on my privacy.
What I Like About Being a FIVE
• standing back and viewing life objectively
• coming to a thorough understanding; perceiving causes and effects
• my sense of integrity: doing what I think is right and not being influenced by social pressure
• not being caught up in material possessions and status
• being calm in a crisis
What's Hard About Being a FIVE
• being slow to put my knowledge and insights out in the world
• feeling bad when I act defensive or like a know-it-all
• being pressured to be with people when I don't want to be
• watching others with better social skills, but less intelligence or technical skill, do better professionally
FIVEs as Children Often
• spend a lot of time alone reading, making collections, and so on
• have a few special friends rather than many
• are very bright and curious and do well in school
• have independent minds and often question their parents and teachers
• watch events from a detached point of view, gathering information
• assume a poker face in order not to look afraid
• are sensitive; avoid interpersonal conflict
• feel intruded upon and controlled and/or ignored and neglected
FIVEs as Parents
• are often kind, perceptive, and devoted
• are sometimes authoritarian and demanding
• may expect more intellectual achievement than is developmentally appropriate
• may be intolerant of their children expressing strong emotions

Computer BSOD issue
Posted 15 years agoWell folks, it seems that my previous optimism about this computer was misplaced. It's about my HPE030NL (for details look at a previous journal), less than half a year old, which is now stuck in a seemingly unsolvable loop of problems.
The main issue is that is keeps on coming is that it BSOD's every day, average twice a day: "Driver IRQL not less or equal.", where it refers to 'tcpip.sys'. I've tried restoring to a previous date when the problems hadn't surfaced yet, didn't work. I've tried re-installing everything, didn't work. I've tried a lot of things, all didn't work.
A secondary issue which I solved by re-installing was that the back-up system in windows didn't seem to work any more...
If anyone can help solve this problem, please do leave a comment or message, I'll get to you soon.
If you need any details, please also let me know.
I've left a message at the HP support forums, but I don't expect much to come from that, since the people that are there don't seem to read posts (I made a post with quite some information, someone replied telling me to do something I already did, twice).

UK work placement/Internship
Posted 16 years agoWell, for those of you not in the know, the past couple of months, from before my research trip in October/November, I've been trying to get a placement with a UK Civil Engineering company. Up untill yesterday, I thought I had a fairly good chance at getting a placement, but it turned out differently.
Yesterday evening, after having attempted getting in contact through phone a gazillion times, I sent the guy I know there an e-mail (after having to dig it out from his associates), and fairly quickly got a reply.
Basically, what he said is that I was refused the placement, and that I'm better off assuming the company hasn't got place for another student. Even though I know he was being honest, it came as a devastating blow to me, and practically shattered my hopes of ever finding a placement in the UK.
Well, things haven't changed now. I sent the guy two e-mails yesterday, in reply to his, asking a range of questions. He still has to get back to me. He mentioned in his mail that nature might be the biggest interference in getting the communications up, because of snow and nobody being able to get to work. Well, he sent me the e-mail, there's no sense to assume he can't get to work. My friend who lives in the area got to work alright, so why couldn't he?
Anyway, I've send a number of other e-mails around to other companies, and more importantly Aston University. As I understood it from my visit to the British Council, Aston is required by law to help me find a placement in the UK whether it succeeds or fails is a different matter entirely... especially since I'm quite late to start off with.
I also applied for BAM Nuttall, a firm in the UK which specializes in exactly what I want to specialize in. It's a daughter company of the famous Royal DUTCH BAM, an international company active all over the world, among others on the Palm Islands in Dubai with its Dredging wing.
So far, all my calls have gone unanswered, but it's probably the weather to blame, next to the fact that I've only send those e-mails yesterday and today...
Fingers crossed... and let it be know, I AM NOT GIVING UP ON AMEY! (The company that refused me firstly) If I can get my hands on the contact details of the person who refused me, I might teach him a lesson or two about Dutch Autistic Student Determination.

Test results
Posted 16 years agoWell, I'm making it worldly. I've got Asperger's Syndrome, and I'm fucking proud of it!
It's quite a long story as to how I came to that, and how I came to the person that diagnosed me with it, but first I'll give a short explanation of what it actually is.
Asperger's syndrome is a type of high functioning Autism. A fitting description would be "It's another way of thinking and experiencing the world." [quote from a book about Asperger's]. It really just means that my head it set differently from most others. It can be compared to an extremely male brain, where I'm better at systematics and mathematics than the average male/person, and worse on the social aspect. It's the reason why I tend to be very blunt and straight-forward and brutally honest. You can find more details about it on wikipedia, just search for Asperger's syndrome, and you'll find it.
As to how I got to this diagnosis, it's a very long story, starting about 6 or 7 months ago. I failed the school project for the Traffic and mobility specialisation once more, and teachers made it come to my attention that it was likely I failed because of my inability to efficiently coöperate with other peers. One of them suggest that I went to the school's dean. After having visited her and having a nice and long chat about the problems, she refered me to what could most accurately be described as a school psychologist. After the second session she already said she had a strong suspicion that I had a type of Autism, and she started about Asperger's. It got me pretty interrested in it, and I found the wikipedia page. I read through the whole thing and noticed that quite a lot of 'symptoms' were present in myself, weakly or strongly. She refered me to a more specialized psychologist. After the first session she gave me a couple of questionairs to fill in, and have filled in by my parents or close relatives. At the second session she gave me the rather convincing results that I was in fact, Autistic with Asperger's Syndrome. Instead of feeling depressed or bad or negative about it, I experienced it as something positive, a relief so to speak.
I've always been poor at socializing, and I've always been sort of an Einzelganger (another word would be 'solist'), prefering to be at my own instead of being with others. I don't have many friends, but I experience friendship more intensely than others. It's one of the major symptoms.
Before all this started though, WAY before, I was already send to a child psychologist beforem an institute called 'SPEL', where I was 'treated' for my poor social skills, and the negatives I experienced from being bullied from a fairly young age. it didn't have much effect, and they could've spotted Asperger's all the way back then and could have helped me better. Anyway, that's in the past, no sense in trying to fix that.
So now you all know, I've got ASPERGER'S, and I'm FUCKING PROUD OF IT!

Everything has to end
Posted 16 years agoYeah, unfortunately, everthing indeed has to end.
My two weeks in the United Kingdom are over. This life changing event has taken much effort and money to make real, but it was worth it. Very much so, even.
In the past two weeks I have had the privilege of meeting with Griz and Dan the wolf in person, Griz more than once. I've been to the first furmeet ever for me, the first of many more to come. This trip was also the first time I have ever been away from home on my own. Sure, I was left alone at home when my parents were gone, but this it a totally different feeling. The intensele satisfying feeling of being independant of anyone. Being able to make your own schedule, do what YOU want, and nothing else... I'll miss that feeling.
I have also been able to visit some work sides, related to school. I'm a student Civil Engineering, and I am glad that I got to get in contact with a contractor called: Amey, which was as generous as to give me a set of PPE(personal Protective Equipment) for on site. I got to see many interresting, and less interresting work sites, on the roads, and under them.
Basically, this trip was a life changing experiment. One that has been succesful in any and all ways possible. I will do this again sometime, but for now...
I'm just sad I need to go home again...

Worcester Furmeet!
Posted 16 years agoYes, it's my first! The worcester Furmeet, 24th of October 2009.
Basically, I had a great day with many furfriends from the area, and made new friends as well. Many new friends.
This was the basic schedule for what I/we did. ^.=.^
7:22, I took a bus from my hotel on Gravelly hill, Birmingham UK. The bus was actually planned 4 minutes earlier, which made me tink that I'd mis my connection with the train.
7:49. Left with the afore mentions train from Birmingham New Street statoin. The train left exactly on time, and arrived exactly on time as well.
8:29, HUG with Griz at Worcester Foregate. ^.=.^ That was nice. Something I could use by this time. First time seeing Griz in real life as well. Quite a handsome bloke with his brown hat with feather, grey waterproof and small beard. After this hug we went off for some breakfast at some Lounge in Worcester.
8:40-ish. Brittish breakfast at a lounge in Worcester's main shopping street. It was egg with bacon and toast. A bit too much for my dutch stomach, which is why I didn't finish it all, but it was still nice.
9:20-ish. Arrival at Paul's. Paul is one of Griz' friends. Just like all others I've met that day, a really nice guy. He does have some dishes to do though =P. Met up with Dan there as well. I somehow had a feeling with him that we'd get along pretty well! ^.=.^
10:30-ish. Meeting up with some others at the bus station in Worcester. Not really all that spectacular, really. Sharing hugs with each other, getting familiar a bit. I still have no clue what the name is of some of them. I'll know after a while though, I got all their contact info (see later).
10:50-ish. Getting a drink (shake) in an Americanesk coffeeshop in Worcester. The prices were very reasonable for what seemed to be quality products. ^.=.^ Also very nicely furnished.
12:00-ish. Angel Chef's. Angel Chef is an Oriental all-you-can-eat restaurant pretty much in the middle of Worcester. Quite a unique experience with two birthdays in less than an hour. Funny to look at. ^.=.^ I didn't have all that much. I had a big shake at the Americanesk coffeeshop, so my stomach was already filled. I also passed around my notebook, asking for contact information (e-mail/MSN addresses). I think I'm going to get along with them pretty well. ^.=.^
After Angel Chef's and before 15:15. Walked around Worcester park, made some pictures and had fun talking with Paul and some others. ^.=.^ Lots of hugs with Griz as well as with others. ^.=.^ Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Dan, Griz and Paul because they had other things to do. Dan, for example, came all the way from the South of England and had a 4 hour drive to go to home. It was a shame to see him have to go, but at least I got to meet him, that's good enough for now. ^.=.^ I got his MSN address, so I'll get to talk to him as much as time allows. ^.=.^
15:15 Had to say goodbye for not to Griz, Dan and Paul. Big hug for all of them. Wasn't as fun as the rest of the day. =(
16:00-ish. Back to the Americanesk coffeeshop for a drink. Not much to say here, just friendly chat really. Before going here though, we have passed by the VUE Cinema to choose the movie and see when it was running.
17:00-esk. Back to the VUE. We there purchased the tickets for Fantastic Mr. Fox. The movie started at 17:30 (which means the actual movie started at 17:50), and was quite fun! I wouldn't say it's the best movie I've been to. Quite the contrary really. It would've been better if they just made it with CG, not stop-motion clay things, that just seems too old-fashioned for me. Anyway. After the movie had finished, it was time to head for the train station, back to the Hotel.
And that was the end really. If you haven't been there, you'd say it's actually quite a boring day. But let me say to you, you'd be horribly wrong. I had one of the best days of my student life to date yesterday, and it was great fun finally meeting the person I've been huggling online for one-and-a-half year now (Griz). I'll be meeting him next thursday as well. Gonna make him some dinner as well. That promisses to be very fun as well.

New to FurrAffinity
Posted 18 years agoWell, I know it's nothing special being new here and all, and there were thousands before me, so, well, not special.
BUT, hey, I thought, I could try and make it at least a bit special!
So, hi there, and thanks in advanced for getting to my profile page. I'm Diamond_D, short For Diamond Dragon (that name was already occupied, no don't think I stole the name, it actually isn't really original, but I'll get to that later). I got to this site through a few links from friends, on fchan.us (familiar to most isn't it?), and from yiffstar.com
I've been a member of the YiffStar community for nearly one year, and have been a furry for a few years longer then that, although I never knew the exact name before that (only that the search term to get to it, slowly, was hentai).
I'm 18 years old, live in Holland, and my native language isn't english. It's Dutch. If anyone wants a sample of dutch, all you need to do is ask... or wait untill my story is finished, which will be in about a month. I'll dump my previous made stories here sometime soon, so that you can read them when you like. But one warning, there's a lot of smut in it (not that it's wrong, you dirty people :P).
Anyways, I chose the name Diamond_D because the other name I use everywhere, almost, had already been taken. Diamond Dragon. (you can visit my Yiffstar page through that name, for the earlier publications, and the latest ones. They'll get there before they get here.) I chose that particular name somewhere in July this year, when I thought it would be time to get rid of my old name, that WAS original. (it was Flygonatic) But even though it was original, it did get a bit boring, and I got fed up with the species it was attatched to. So, I chose another name.
Anyways, I guess this about sums it all up. Any questions, any at all, please do ask them. I love answering questions. ^.^
So, thank you for reading, and please, do enjoy reading my stuff. ^.^ Maybe I'll try some art sometime.
