Hey everyone! I've recently tried taking semi-fixed monthly slots and I'm a lot happier doing it this way, but at the moment I have 8 things in my queue I'd like to get done before thinking of any other slots. So for now I will be closed for commissions until further notice! I'll be taking November slots on the 25th of this month and upping the slots available to 10

I've lapsed on uploading some commissions recently so get ready for a handful!!!

Those who follow me on Twitter know I recently had to fly out for another heart surgery my sister had to go under for. There was a dormant fungal infection in her blood that triggered and attached to her artificial valve they replaced 6 months ago. This time money was a lot tighter and it was at the end of my bill cycle, so I am currently without internet trying to scramble enough money together to get it turned back on. Hey everyone, things have been a little rocky these last few months. I'm hesitant to divulge too much because I don't want to come across as unprofessional, but it's affected my work enough to make me want to explain. For the last 3-4 years there had been a very long, and very tiring struggle with my mother and her substance abuse issue. And these past seven months have been exceptionally difficult due to being the only one left to take the brunt my mother's relapses. I did everything I could to keep things running, but it wasn't enough, and this past month I had to surrender the house and my dog to move in with another family member. As of now things are already a lot more stable in my life and in my work, and I won't willingly put myself in that position ever again.

I want to apologize for what feels like the 50th time I've made one of these journals, but I hope it's the last one. I want nothing more than to have a functional life and healthy work habits. But from the bottom of my heart I want to thank every current and past commissioner who has given me their patience and understanding.

So recovery took a bit longer than expected because I had apparently been getting sick before my wisdom teeth were pulled, and that surgery caused an abscess blow up like a balloon in my throat leading to immediate hospital attention.
But all is well now and I am back at work on my queue, thanks to my commissioners for your outstanding patience so far! I'm so glad to be back at work!!! :D

Now on to some not so good news. I recently got served with a court date and am under the threat of eviction. I am currently the only adult working in the house but my roommate has already finished her studying, and got her insurance license to start selling so we will be fine in the coming months. However I am in great need of any help to try to make it to the end of this month so I can keep a roof over mine and my pets' heads! Hey guys! For those on my queue and have sent me notes recently, I wanted to update you all. I just got some wisdom teeth pulled yesterday so work has been put on hold while I rest up. I shall be back to work as soon as I am able!

Hey everyone! First off if I have responded to your inquiry about a commission slot this following message will not apply to your commission and it will continue without a hitch!

However starting today I am closing commissions for the foreseeable future, at least until I get to a less chaotic place schedule wise. A lot of my scheduled work time gets cut up between helping out the family and getting others where they need to go. To compensate for closing slots I will be continuing with YCHs only!

I do have plans to get a patreon back up and running and push my redbubble shop more but for the time being I appreciate everyone who has commissioned me in the past and I look forward to being able to re-open slots in the future!

Hey guys! I wanted to make a quick update as I've been behind this last month and commissions kinda went into a grinding halt in the middle of October. I am well, but there's been some very large family issues that has been taking up a lot of my time/health. Due to ongoing complications, this past year & half have been a very repetitive 'stop and go' kind of progress, and I apologize for sounding like a broken record at this point but I assure all commissions will be finished. :)
I really appreciate all the understanding and patience from my commissioners, things will pick back up!
