First, reverse racism doesn't exist; discrimination and/or prejudice towards white people because of their race is just plain, old racism.
Second, racism doesn't have to be institutionalized or systematic to be racism; these are just two different forms of racism that happen to exist alongside standard racism.
Third, saying that an individual or a group of people can't do, be, have, experience, etc. something because of their race is racism (I'm looking at you, people who claim cultural appropriation and white supremacy over hairstyles and other such shit).
Fourth, racism towards whites is not and probably never will be as prevalent as racism towards non-whites; it's more of a piece-meal sort of thing.

Time and time again I hear people complaining about labels, but you know what? I like labels. They help me categorize, organize, and identify who and what I am. But what gets me is when people use labels to describe theirselves and then go on a tirade about how labels are evil! For example (and this is just a random example, so nobody get butt hurt): "I am a vegan transgender lesbian bicyclist soldier, but don't label me." WHAT?! How the fuck can you use labels to describe yourself and then get pissed about being labeled?! I can understand if the labels are inaccurate or untrue, but...you shouldn't complain about the existence of labels or their use unless they are in some way offensive (and not the "I'm easily butt hurt" kind of offensive). Basically, we all label ourselves and should embrace the existence of labels for what they are: categorized descriptions of who and what we are.

Monday's my birthday! That's right, your favorite chunky mole turns 26 in a little over 24 hours! But, instead of waking up and celebrating in a normal fashion, the first thing I do on Monday is go for a drug test for a potential job! YAAAAAY!
